Stopped by the Tiff's Treats store after dinner to try the Dubai chocolate filled cookie. Tiff's Treats makes amazing cookies from high-quality ingredients and bakes them when they're ordered, so they are warm and fresh. I saw the new item on social media and was excited to try this cookie flavor. It is their take on the viral chocolate bar, filled with pistachio cream, kataifi and topped with chopped pistachios. When you walk into the store, they have a case of baked goods next to the register with all the cookie flavors to choose from. There were a good selection of flavors available, but I had my mind made up to try the Dubai chocolate cookie. It was served warm and had the rich pistachio cream inside that melted in your mouth. It was also topped with pistachios that gave the cookie a nice crunch texture. I am also excited to eventually try the Dubai chocolate cookie pie. The employee was quick to take our order and provided efficient and effective service. It did not take long to select and then warm up our cookie. The store was clean and displayed all the flavors of cookies available. They also offer a delivery service if you choose to order this way instead of coming to the store. Happy to support a cookie business started by former Longhorns and looking forward to trying more cookie flavors soon. read more

Made an order at 1:30 pm for a 3:30/4:00 pm delivery. At 4:20, cookies had not arrived, called Tiff's, said out for delivery. Called again at 4:30, TIFF's said delivered, told them delivery had not happened. Apparently order delivery at wrong address, reconfirmed address, still said delivered. One of my favorite cookie joints of all time! Tiffs treats get right, every time. Every cookie is baked to perfect consistency; chewy on the inside and hard on the outside. As a surprise during work-at-home Covid19 times, my husband's employer sent all employees a delivery of warm cookies from Tiff's Treats. We had never had Tiff's cookies before, and thought they were absolutely delicious! We received chocolate chip, peanut butter, white chocolate chip and a kind of sugar crumble snickerdoodle. so warm and soft like they had just been pulled from the oven. I mean, what is there not to love about Tiff's Treats? Warm delectable cookies and my personal favorite the brownie! They've even got you covered on the milk front or for the extra adventurer, you can get two cookies with a scoop of ice cream and create your own ice cream sandwich! I particularly like this location because it is right next to Five Guys. This is our pit stop for dessert whenever we go to Five Guys for dinner. My only complaint is that it can be pricey. I love Tiff's Treats and this has been my second location I have been to. It had the same simple set up like the one out in Bee Caves. The employee was super nice that took my order. He actually had some just baked fresh cookies he was putting out when I walked in. I did however decide to buy the last brownie left in the display cabinet. Tiff treats are the best. Finally was able to go to the actual store last night and the guy there was pretty nice. We ordered two tiffwiches and I got mine as an open face cookie (basically ice cream on top of one cookie and the other cookie on the side) it was sooooo good. I want more just thinking about it. The chocolate chip cookie was the bomb! And the white chocolate almond was even better! The only thing I wish is that there was a seating area. Maybe one or two small tables inside and two outside; but it's not a very large space so I understand them not having much to work with. Other than that everything was great!! Update: I went in to get the exact same open face cookie I got the first time and Brian( manager) refused to make it that way . He said that the previous person "wasn't suppose to make it that way and we're trying to conserve on boxes" Trying save boxes??!! What?!! It took everything in me not to laugh in his face! That's like going to McDonald's or Burger King and them saying "we have to serve your fries on burger paper because we're trying to save our fry containers."... anywho, I said "okay I'd like to speak to your supervisor" He gave me the number. I called and spoke to Austin who was extremely helpful and kind. She even put me on hold while she contacted Brian(the manager) they spoke and when she got back on the phone with me she stated that she let him know I'd be returning to get the tiffwich exactly how I wanted it. She also sent me a little gift card. Once I got there he didn't even come to the front to apologize or anything. Oh well he probably felt bad and he should have for giving me such a hard time. All he had to say was "it wasn't suppose to be made like that but I'll make it the way you want it this time but going forward blah,blah,blah..) But he didn't. So yesterday a coworker brought a box of brownies to work from Tiff's Treats ... they were so huge and delicious!! I stopped in the store one other time a couple of months ago to try some cookies when I was having a sweet tooth craving. The cookies were soft which I liked. I tried the chocolate chip, snickerdoodle and sugar. They were all good. But that brownie I had yesterday I think was where it's at ... it had chocolate chips on it and no icing. I kinda hate when there is icing on my brownie. That brownie was chewy and fudgy just the way I prefer it! I am eager to try the cookie sandwich they offer ... I haven't tasted product from this store because I've only bought for others. But I wanted to say what a superb job Tiff's Treats does for others on short notice. I was meeting an out-of-town friend and her daughter for a quick trip to Costco and a lunch at the nearby Cheddars. She'd been through a lot this year, and I wanted to do a little something nice for them that they couldn't get in San Marcos. Tiff's quickly took my indecisive phone order on the short 1 mile drive from my house to Arbor Trails without insisting on a credit card. Two'ish hours later (OK, so I was about 30 minutes late on the 2 hours), they made at least two people I really care about happy with two dozen warm cookies in a box. Of course, it's their job. And yes it's "just" a box of fresh-baked cookies. But how many businesses stumble and fail over things that are already on the shelf and require no preparation? Happiness. Tiff's is happiness. My wife LOVES Tiff's chocolate chip cookies, so I thought it would be sweet to send her some for our anniversary. Since it's our 14th anniversary, I wanted to have 14 cookies delivered to her. I was told they only delivered cookies in half-dozen increments. No problem -- I order 18 cookies, and ask that they leave 4 of them out of the box. Impossible - cannot be done, I'm told. After speaking with an apologetic "call center manager" and being told the same thing, I give up. :-/ It's a sad day when a home-grown Austin success story gets so big they forget that great customer service got them where they are. REVISED TO 5 STARS! WOW! Within minutes of posting about my disappointment (at 10:30pm!), Sebastian reached out to quickly and generously rectify the situation, and went above-and-beyond to make my request happen. Their cookies are naturally amazing and delicious, but this shout out is for the team and their delivery. I ordered cookies this morning at 8AM crossing my fingers I could get same day delivery, and boy did they come through. The cookies were delivered, on time, hot, and the driver followed the instructions for our office. The order was correct and the driver was nice, I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Only suggestion, allow customers to select the number of cookies, per flavor, they want. I think requiring the dozen/half is great, but sometimes I don't want 6 of one flavor. read more

I have never had a bad experience working with tiff's treats. I order online and pick up within 2 hours. It's amazing! I work in client relations and bring cookies to more than 20 offices each month. With austin traffic being so yucky, these cookies stay warm all morning, leaving me plenty of time to get to each place. The one time they messed up my order (my fault, actually!) The brownies are a little hard and my Oak Farms low-fat chocolate milk tastes like chocolate water (I like chocolate whole milk), but I would definitely use them as a pick-me-up for myself or someone special. read more
