This was my first experience at a Tim Hortons and this coffee shop was very new. The staff was super nice and ordered a coffee and Hot Breakfast Sandwich. They must be very popular where have a lot of their own branded merchandise. The coffee had a great taste and the breakfast sandwich was rather large and tasty. They seem to have a lot of food items on their menu. The place had a Canadian atmosphere with hockey touches.

Ok this is the second time in two days!! I came in for the pumpkin muffins and donuts!! It's really tasty and the staff is so helpful and my friend who bought the muffins.. they threw in a free donut!! Ooh.. I love the pumpkin donuts!! Now the pumpkin muffins have that creme on the inside!! It's the best I have tasted! Better than other cafes!! It's quaint and definitely have a Canadian vibe with the hockey stick door handles and the Canadian flag on their ads. I will be back to see how their drive thru is next time maybe... I dunno cause the folks inside are so sweet!!! Definitely a great experience!!!

I enjoyed the Timbits and the Vanilla Iced Coffee latte, then we followed with the chocolate donuts and the Sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. All of them delicious, people were super friendly and as for the ambiance, I did not eat in there but will try the next time

I had only ever heard of Tim Horton's when talking about Canada related things, so imagine my surprise to hear a location had opened up in Austin! The location itself is on the smaller side, but there are still a few tables if you want to hang around and work. (I believe they also have free Wi-Fi.) The workers do not seem like they want to be there though lol. But they were still polite in getting our orders and everything. I got the vanilla cold brew and it was a lot sweeter than I expected. But I liked that because normally I don't like cold brew and I like my coffee really sweet. Prices seem pretty reasonable and if you do the survey on your receipt, I believe you can get Timbits on discount!

Tim Hortons is a famous Canadian chain similar to Dunkin Donuts and this is their first store to open in the area. Having never been to one before, I was excited to check it out. The store was just built from scratch this fall so it looks great, and while it feels pretty small inside they still manage to fit eight small tables inside including a couple bigger ones, an ordering counter with display case, and single-person bathrooms. Plus outdoor seating on the front patio with umbrellas! Of course most of the traffic will go through the drive-through, and there are plenty of options when it comes to coffee, doughnuts, and breakfast sandwiches. I got myself some Tim-bits which are doughnut holes that are merely okay, and a seasonal peppermint mocha coffee that was pretty enjoyable once I made them add 4 more pumps of peppermint. The default didn't have any peppermint taste, so I suspect you have to ask for more pumps of anything when it comes to flavored coffee. Frankly, I might have rated things three stars except the employees were so darn friendly and welcoming. Service was fast and accurate and if they stay this nice all the time then I'll find myself coming back since this is a convenient location right on 620. I recommend using the app for good coupons like a free drink with your first purchase!

they were delivered like this!!! Wth? Just kidding. It was me. Lol

Coffee is great! Donuts are a bit too cake like for me. I think of donuts as light and airy. These are thicker but some like that, just not for me. I'm very pleased with the coffee. It's not bitter at all. I used delivery service and it was very fast. Under 30 minutes!!! TY

A little difficult to see the sign through the trees, and ongoing construction. So be attentive if its your first visit. Staff was very attentive and got our order in a good amount of time. Doughnuts and coffee are good and fresh. I got Croissant with Whipped Cream and Nutella. My wife's new favorite coffee.

I am so excited to have a Tim Hortons nearby! I was a little bummed to hear they do not have decaf espresso but I still grabbed an iced vanilla latte. We also got a snowman vanilla cream donut, 10 chocolate glazed timbits, an m&m cookie, and an iced chair latte. I did not like the m&m cookie. It tasted like a biscuit with a smidge of chocolate. The vanilla latte was good, simple, with no complaints- although I do wish it were decaf.. The snowman vanilla cream filled donut was so cute but a huge bummer! My son loved it but he's two... the dough was a bit on the stale side but the biggest issue was that it is supposed to be a vanilla cream filled donut and the amount inside was the size of a small blueberry. Even on the skimpier side of fillings, that's not remotely filled. The chocolate glazed timbits were tasty, I've never had donut holes that weren't standard glazed so that was exciting! I am not too fond of the iced chai- it tasted like cereal milk. They did forget our food items for quite some time. I'm not sure where the mixup happened but I'm sure it's because they're new. They threw in a few extra snacks to make up for it so that was pretty nice. There is plenty of parking and a whole bunch of seating inside and out. It's a nice spot to grab some breakfast and a drink whether you're on the go or want to take a seat and enjoy it.

The coffee wasn't my favorite, but it wasn't bad either. I will try something different next time. I really enjoyed the Timbits--they were delicious! The service was excellent, and the store has a little area to sit inside or outside. The employees seemed excited to be there and were doing a great job.

The maple leaf logo is ubiquitious here, very fitting since Hortons is such an iconic piece of Canadian identity.

O Canada! It makes me irrationally happy that there is now a Tim Hortons in Austin, even though I've never gotten the chance to visit one of them before today. The coffee and prices are on a par with Dunkin' (not a slur), and the Timbits donut-hole thingies are excellent. It's a clean, welcoming place. The staff are newly minted (since the grand opening won't happen for a couple of days) and friendly. This place has the potential to become Northwest Austin's unofficial Canadian embassy.

Tried the Son of a Peach with cream cheese icing, spiced peach filling, cake mix topping, cinnamon and sugar with honey butter. Why am I going to one in Austin? Well, it's because I am a completeist and I try to go to as many Voodoo Doughnut locations as I can. Austin has two locations but Steve was only willing to tolerate going to one location so we went here. The doughnuts are going to be about the same as any other location however I did come across one that I haven't seen before. I am not sure if it was limited edition or what but I liked it. It was kind of take on a Black Forest Cake but it wasn't cherries that were on top of the doughnut and cream. It was more like blueberries. It was good and I am glad I tried it! I was really hoping to see the Ring of Fire Doughnut as it's my favorite but I didn't see it here. I got more of a powdered doughnut too as I do like their more basic doughnuts too. Steve got something that almost was like a Dubai-esque Chocolate Doughnut. It had pistachios on it and was a chocolate cake. That one was good too! Atmosphere is weird and quirky like all of their locations try to be which I can appreciate. So if you are addicted to Voodoo Doughnuts or have been wanting to try them but don't plan any PNW trips then definitely swing by the Texas locations. More and more locations are popping up all of the time!

A good size and not a weak donut. I did a fancy chocolate cake donut of the Butterfinger kind. A fantastic blend of a good chocolate cake and the touch of peanut from the crisp. A good combo of about 50/50 share of flavor. Focusing on the cake donut resulted in a favorable chocolate cake donut. Freshness is key. Lastly was a buttermilk bar. Good, just good. I know where to get great. You'll have to read my other donut posts to find out where. Just good. Glaze could improve and the complete cool through would be helpful. The dough was alright, not bad. I was able to place my order and pay with Apple Pay. I ordered the Taiyaki Sundae with black sesame and ube swirl soft serve served in a fish shaped mochi Belgian style waffle with Oreo dust on top. You can customize your sundae with filling like organic red sweet beans, Nutella or custard and toppings like Oreo dust, fruity pebbles or rainbow sprinkles. I ate this on site and the nutty black sesame balanced the sweet ube perfectly, and the Oreo topping added the best crunch. They had a variety of mochi donut flavors. Lucky for me, nothing was sold out today. I ordered the Oreo ube mochi donut and ube milk tea to-go. I ate the mochi donut later that day and it was probably my least favorite item from my order. It had the chewy mochi texture however I didn't get enough of the rich ube flavor. It had somewhat of a bitter aftertaste and the Oreo overpowered the ube. I drank the ube milk tea the next day and it was creamy, smooth, and not overly sweet. I really enjoyed the flavor profile of the beverage and would order it again. Overall, enjoyed my selections and will be back to try more dessert options and flavors from one of the most unique Asian dessert spots in Austin!

Everything was made fresh to order, so there's a bit of a wait, but it's worth it when you get them hot. I tried the Italian cream cake donuts. They have specialty flavors that were $1 more and all of them were appealing to me. Unfortunately, you can not order a sampler pack of different flavors and have to just pick one flavor which is why I am giving 4 stars. My recommendation would be to offer a sampler pack as to not have to commit to one flavor. The pink dog stamped package came with multiple tiny donuts inside. They were freshly made, soft, and served warm. My friend ordered the regular donuts and I have to say that I didn't notice the Italian cream cake flavor as much as I would have liked compared to the original. There was a good balance of sweetness and a creamy, slightly rich profile without feeling overly heavy. The mini size is perfect because you can try a few without feeling like you've gone overboard and it is great for sharing. Overall, Little Lucy's is a solid dessert stop when you want something warm, fresh and satisfying. I would not recommend paying extra for the specialty flavors like Italian cream cake donuts and will just go with the original donuts in the future.
