I got wrote up for being too early on my second shift. I quit that same day. STAY AWAY! They don't have donuts, no one speaks English there

Didn't want to sit in the very long line at drive thru, so decided to walk in. It opens at 6am; however at 8am the lobby door was locked with no sign indicating a reason. Went through the drive thru and spent 8 minutes waiting for coffee. The person at the window was frazzled and less than friendly. Bummer. This used to be a great store. If the lobby/restaurant is going to be closed, at least post a sign! read more

My wife - Kandice - ordered food (order #9263) via mobile from your restaurant at 7493 Sawmill Rd at 8:40am EST on 11/11.    I arrived at approximately 9:00am and went to the mobile pick-up area and my food was not there.  No problem.  Several workers were making mixed coffee drinks.    About 5 minutes there a female worker acknowledges me "One minute" and continues to go back to fulfilling orders.    Another 10 minutes goes by and the same lady directs another male worker to check on me.  At this point I was a bit antsy as I had been trying to get their attention with no luck.  He comes over and asks what the name for my order was and I said it's under Kandice Chandler and he goes away again.    He comes back  a few minutes later and says "We don't have your order.  What's the order #?"  I reply "it was ordered online...one moment" as I had to get those details from my wife who placed the order but in the 10 seconds it took to get my wife on the phone he went away again instead of exercising one fraction of the patience I already had to exhibit.    He comes back another handful of minutes later.  At this point at least 20 customers had gone through the line.  I give him the order number and he says "We don't have your order, what did you get?"  I show him the screenshot of the order and he walks away without communicating what he was doing but it was assumed that he was going to put it together.  Nope.  10 minutes later he still hasn't come back.    So, I decide to get into the back of the line to determine what is going on with my order and hopefully have a conversation of more than a word.  Of course, the line had grown to about 20 people deep by that time.  I get all the way up to just two groups ahead of me and they just stop taking orders at the desk for another 10-15 minutes.  It felt like an eternity as I discussed with the customers behind me my scenario when they lamented how long the line has been, but finally....   I get to the front - and lo and behold - the same lady that first acknowledged me comes up to ask me what I need.   At this point, I've been in the restaurant for over 40 minutes.  I explain to her that I had a mobile order, I've verified that the order went through and the address of the order, I've waited at the mobile order area and through the line and I just want to know whether you are going to make my food or if I need to just cancel."  She asks "What did you get?"  I show her the screen and read it to her:   "Large coffee one cream three splenda 4 chocolate dip donuts -  she almost enters one instead of four as she goes through it really quickly.  I've already wait 40+ minutes, why are you rushing through this still? 1 Vanilla Dip 1 Honey Dip 2 Sausage and Egg Breakfast sandwiches with no cheese on English Muffin 2 Plain Bagels"   They do put together the food pretty quickly but advise that they do not have honey dip donuts and what would I like instead so I say another chocolate dip.  I get the bag.  I look in the bag and I see the sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches are on bagels instead of English muffins.  She comes back a minute or two later and asks if it is everything.  I tell her they were supposed to be on English muffins but that's okay; however, I still need my two plain bagels that were separate from the sandwiches.  She throws those in the bag and I leave 1 hour and 5 minutes after the order was placed, 45 minutes after I got to the restaurant.    I open the bagels on the way home and sure enough they have cheese on them when they weren't supposed to.  My wife's coffee was black with no cream and no splenda.  My daughter's plain bagel hadn't been toasted or buttered or split.  Just bagels straight out of a bag.  So my whole family - wife and three daughters - that had been waiting wasn't happy and I was infuriated.   This was without a doubt one of the single worst experiences I have EVER had at a restaurant. read more

The drive through line takes forever!! It's actually ridiculous and makes me want to never come back to this location. Update- it took me 20 minutes in line for a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. The drink was terrible. It tasted bitter and there was nice ice. read more

Went to get a bagel and coffee at 2:30pm yesterday and waited at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment? Pulled forward to the order window and saw two people inside presumably working? They never helped or approached us to help us even though we tooted and tried to place an order so we assumed that they did not want our money? Bottom Line: if I'm desperate! There's always a line around the building for the drive through. The coffee is weak. I wish I had read the other review saying to order double strength. The bacon on the breakfast sandwiches is so undercooked I actually threw it away. I mentioned to someone that I went and what I had, they responded "Mistake. Unless you are coming home to double microwave the bacon. The way to go is sausage, egg and cheese". So that's what I ordered second time. Not as bad as the first sandwich, but like I said unless I'm desperate I won't be going back. Even the donuts and muffins are just blah. read more

If you go here for food you area just denying the fact that you are really here for a donut. The food is unremarkable but the donuts are good and the coffee is weak and sweet if you order it as a DOUBLE DOUBLE, which is the only way it should really be ordered. The HONEY CRULLER is a delicious light treat, somehow cold and wet when you bite into it. Don't think about that too much, just enjoy. And order a couple of TIM BITS for variety. read more

Ordered food from drive through. Requested toasted croissant with ham and cheese. I didn't realize until I was driving that they gave me a burnt croissant - whoever prepared it knew it was unacceptable but served it anyway. I'll never visit that establishment again. read more

Went to Tim Hortons this morning for an Iced coffee and I decided to try their peppermint dream donut. The picture made it look good so I decided to give it a try but when I got it I was ver disappointed. Tim Hortons just creates the ultimate diet Boston Cream donut- the frosting falls off in chunks and tastes terrible, saving lots of calories. This is the second time this has happened so I'm thinking they may have changed their recipe. It's awful. The coffee was fine but not worth waiting in the very long line. Luckily there is a Kroger in the same parking lot, where you can pick up a Boston Cream and grab a coffee at the Starbucks inside the store. That's what I plan to do next time. read more

This place needs management oversight in a big way. It's located in a nice, upscale area but it is not run that way. While I was there, the men working behind the counter were constantly yelling at each other. Yelling loudly. "shut up!!" "You're not doing your job!" Etc. Several times over an hour. A young man who was drinking coffee and reading politely came up and asked them to please be quiet. He said he'd heard similar shouting on other occasions. We ordered a Ham and Swiss and they forgot the Swiss. We also ordered a Bacon Chicken wrap and got some sort of mini wrap. Both were terrible. Had no idea what a Tim Horton's was but had seen them all over. Didn't bother to investigate as I was a die hard Starbucks fan, until a NYC friend of mine mentioned he loved the donuts there. "Donut's? They do donuts?" was my reply. Ok, so if he really liked them - and he doesn't often like anything outside of his backyard - I had to try them. I like Starbucks coffee better, but for the price and the donut holes - Tim's is going to be getting more of my coffee dollars!! Tim Hortons: Great donuts, just ok coffee. But really, you need to go try these donuts! This Tim Hortons location is clean and conveniently located in front of the massive Kroger Marketplace. A few shelves of donuts line a glass case with about twelve varieties to choose from. My favorite is the creme-filled chocolate glazed and the Canadian maple. The dough is oh-so-soft and there is the right creme-to-donut ratio. Tim's really does have the best breakfast treats! They also serve muffins, bagels, and breakfast sandwiches. While I'm normally not a fan of bottled orange juice, the Tim Hortons brand is actually delicious! Whatever you're craving, you can get a drink and a good meal for under $5.00. read more

Went through the drive thru and when I got home found out they messed up my order AGAIN. Went to the store, told them, and they remade the right sandwich. Then we're going to send me off with the original chips which were cold at this point. No apologies, no refund, no nothing. They even acted like they were doing me a favor by making it right! Tim hortons. A chain coffee donut shop that has pretty good coffee and donuts that are OK. I am writing a review for this location because I do go here at least a couple of times a month and have always found the staff to be extremely pleasant. Especially when going through the drive through I have found that I always revised a warm greeting as well as a smile. These small gestures make an average food experience enjoyable. I love Tim hortons but this time was an epic fail they moved the one from riverside up here and it's a brand new building and beautiful grey floors smells great, but no baby changing station where do I change my daughter on the counter? First time trying Tim Horton's breakfast-had steak egg muffin and bagel melt. Both tasted decent. I think their breakfast serve its purpose, if I want something quick, fresh, and affordable, I'd probably come here sometimes. Great coffee but I got a 20 Timbits pack(random). 3 were chocolate glazed, 5 were plain glazed, 2 were plain cake-like, then like plain and cinnamon ones. About half were STALE and the other half weren't the most appetizing. I brought the donuts back and asked them, but they WOULD NOT REFUND or REPLACE THE STALE TIMBITS. I will no longer be happy when picking up my coffee from this location(sawmill/hard, kroger plaza). Worst fast food experience of my entire life I wouldn't even recommend this tim hortons to my dog. They'll mess your order up even if you come in with the same order every single morning. My boyfriend went in to ask about why the orders keep being wrong because we were about to place an order and didn't want it to be messed up AGAIN. He simply starts to say "hey I came in yesterday.." and right then he's cut off by the tall male who is in the window every morning, and he started yelling? And repeating "No No No No Get out!"? and the guy was yelling/rambling about a coffee that had nothing to do with us. After half a sentence he was told off for no reason it was super weird. It was the most rude that I've ever seen someone handle a customer in the entire food industry. Everyone in there needs re-trained on how to make the menu items, 2/3 of the time the order WILL be wrong and they don't give a receipt for this reason. Man in the window needs a mental evaluation, not even to be funny I hope he's okay. If you ask for a manager they will send any crew member over instead of a manager. I had a very bad experience at this Tim Hortons this morning. The car in front of me ordered and received his order and left. During this time (over 4 minutes) they still didn't take my order. Since there were no signs I drove to the window. They refused to take my order and said I had to drive around again. I asked to speak with the manager, Brenda, who told me she would call the police if I didn't pull my car away. She said there were signs by a new speaker to order. I told her there were no signs instructing what the protocol was. She said they must have blown down and it was too bad and she would not take my order because the others were getting cold. I refused to move and she picked up her phone to and said she was calling the police so I sat and waited. She finally comes back to me, takes my order for two coffees and told me to never come back again. Do you really think with that attitude I'd want to go back? BTW I go there three times a week for two coffees since they opened. Brenda said she didn't care. Some customer service. I will still get Tim Horton coffee (the best) but definitely not from Brenda at 7493 Sawmill Rd Dublin in the Kroger shopping center. It was a total disgrace. This location gives Tim Hortons a bad name. We were visiting family in the area and was our first time to try Tim Hortons (dine in). We were literally the only customers in the store but their drive thru was busy. The elderly lady at the counter was giving me attitude, like she can't be bothered, not sure if she's the owner or related to the owner, but hey, they got into the customer service business and yet they can't deliver. I felt that I was being rushed and like my orders were being challenged. Geez.
