Our group of eight was able to be seated with a call ahead which was very convenient. The Filipino food was delicious and everything was served family style which made it easy to share. Their halo halo is currently my top one. So refreshing and so good. If we are back in the area we will definitely return.

Got takeout here, and tried the ginataang with green beans, shrimp, and sweet potato. I also tried the bbq chicken skewers, which were juicy and a great portion. Overall, the flavors were great!

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. We were seated rather quickly but the service can be a bit slow, so expect to spend some time here. I truly had no idea what to order so you can go in many different directions. We got - Inihaw Tuna Belly: We were torn between this and the tuna jaw and our waitress swayed us this way because the jaw has a bunch of bones. The meat was nicely charred on the outside but so tender on the inside in a way that was jarring. Our waitress recommended a small (I do not understand their sizing system) which was certainly more than enough. - Pusit (Squid): I could never have expected the size of this portion. It was so nicely done. The dipping sauce wasn't terribly special and I think it could have been a more interesting dish but the squid meat itself is so nicely prepared I didn't even mind. - BBQ Pork Skewer: I actually asked to choose between two other BBQ options but was directed towards this dish and am so glad I was as this was easily our favorite dish of the day. Such plump meat with a delicious seasoning/sauce and ample portion. - Grabbed some garlic rice (it's a bummer nothing comes with rice as you certainly need it and the rice was a bit on the expensive side). The portion is huge so we ended up taking probably 1/3 of it home. The service is a bit slow and it's definitely easy to get lost in the crowd. But if you're mindful of what you want and order everything all at once it's absolutely a nice experience.

My Philippino gf took me here saying it was her favorite place. I ordered the wonton soup and the goat. Both were very good! The soup was a little salty but so tasty. The wontons were yummy. The goat was port tender and the sauce was tasty! She ordered tuna sarcido and vegetable Bicol express. She loves the Bicol express and said the tuna was ok. I found them both decent and thought the Bicol has an interesting flavor and a decent kick!

first time at s filipino restaurant and thought this place was solid. we fot the lumpiang shanghai, sizzling sisig, inihaw tuna belly, pork skewers, and garlic rice and left stuffed. service was definitely slow but this is the kind of place you take your whole family and sit for a long while. my favorite was the sisig which was amazing with the garlic rice but the other dishes were just ok. everything was cooked well and staff were very friendly.

If you are craving Filipino food, this is the place. Went on a weekday after work for early dinner and the place was almost empty. Ordered the lumpia sariwa, the lumpia Shanghai, the ukoy, the barbeque pork skewers, the crispy pata, the tuna belly and panga, the ginataang sitaw with calabasa and okra and the pancit bihon. We definitely got excited ordering as all that food was for a party of 3. The food was really good. My favorite was the lumpia sariwa, the ukoy and the crispy pata. We went home stuffed and with a lot of leftovers. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend Tito Rad's.

My go-to Filipino restaurant in the area! I have been coming here for years with friends and family, some come here from LI. Conveniently accessible via public transit. Most of our party came via subway. There's a large room in the back that can be reserved for parties. I had been to a large birthday party there, and 2 of my friends had been there for a wedding celebration in the past. Our group was 10 people for dinner on a Saturday night. Ordered everything family style, one person in our party is vegetarian so she ordered 2 separate veg dishes. (We had a lot of food that unfortunately isn't all in my photos!) The staff were great and the food came out quickly considering it was such a large order. They only accept 2 credit cards max per table so one person paid. No alcohol served - most of us ordered the calamansi juice. Unfortunately we didn't save room for dessert this time.

This was my first time here and it was really good! We ordered the ukoy (fried bean sprouts with some veggies and few pieces of shrimp), the sizzling sisig, ginataag (a curry dish with veggies), garlic fried rice, lechon kawali, halo halo and a a calamansi juice. The ukoy was just okay. There wasn't much flavor to it so I wasn't sure what to expect as we ordered it. It did come with a vinegar sauce that we used for all the other dishes, as it really helps cut though all the other fried foods we had. So if you're not going to order the ukoy, def ask for that vinegar dip! The sizzling sisig, I was so shocked by how good this tasted. We added an egg with ours. The dish was slightly spicy somehow, crispy, savory and just went so well with the garlic fried rice. Lechon kawali: another delicious dish, friend pork belly. Garlic fried rice: absolutely delicious and will definitely have that as a consistent order. Ginataag: omg. This was so freaking delicious. This was my favorite out of all the dishes we preferred. It was coconutty, savory, slightly sweet and paired so well with ALL the dishes we had. Calamansi: helped to wash away the fried foods. It was refreshing. Halo halo: you can skip this one. The beans were super hard and it was basically just a big cup with milk in it. The portions were big and the service was good and I would definitely come back to try some other dishes.

The food was delicious, but the packaging was poorly done. Unfortunately, the food spilled all over the bag, making a mess. I hope they improve their packaging to match the quality of their food!

The mafadine pasta was a good pick adorned with springy components like pea leaves and a compelling Parmesan vibe. Maybe I like vegetables more than I thought? The steelhead carpaccio special was a stunner. Based on my 1.5 bites of monkfish I'd also endorse that. This may be more of a "DVD extra" but when I originally looked up the QB many of the top-ranked items were breakfasts and some were p-zza (reverse SEO). Based only on lower-left menu placement I would say don't go that route and that specials are a good bet. Again this is only based on 1.5 bites but the eggplant parm special had great sauce. I'm undecided on the watermelon granita which wasn't all that watermelony but spicy dessert was different. I was surprised by how much I liked the edamame, since you can get that everywhere, but the Japanese 7-spice add an intriguing citrus kick.

My husband chose The Queensboro to celebrate his birthday with a brunch alongside my grandparents,…read moreand it felt like a great chance to revisit a spot we'd previously enjoyed for lunch and dinner. Food: 3.5/5 We made it a point to try a range of brunch options. My grandfather ordered the sweet potato and chorizo hash, I went with the two-egg combo with pork sausage (eggs over easy), and my husband chose the Moroccan eggs. Overall, the food was good and flavorful, especially if you enjoy dishes with a bit more nuance and influence from Spanish or Mexican flavors. That said, as someone who leans more toward classic American diner-style brunch, it didn't fully hit that nostalgic spot for me. It's not that anything was bad--it just wasn't the most memorable brunch I've had. Still, it was nice to explore a different side of their menu beyond the burgers, fries, and pasta we'd tried before. Service: 4/5 The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming, which made the experience pleasant. However, they do rely on a QR code-style menu, which can be a bit of a learning curve--especially for those who prefer a more traditional ordering experience. During the brunch rush, things definitely got busy and a bit overwhelmed, so service slowed down slightly. One tip: if you already know what you want, it's best to order everything upfront to avoid delays. Vibe: 3.5/5 Like many New York spots, space is tight. Even as a party of four, we were seated at a small square table, which could be challenging if you have strollers or extra belongings. That said, the space still feels cozy and neighborhood-friendly--great for a casual brunch, just not the most spacious. All in all, It's a solid neighborhood brunch spot with interesting, flavor-forward dishes and kind service. I wouldn't call it my top brunch destination, but I'd come back if I were in the area--especially if I was craving something a little different from the usual diner fare.
