Cute little place with limited seating. They have toasts, smoothies, and bowls. It's great for those who are trying to eat healthy and watch their weight but definitely nothing here is filling. I witnessed a friend eat 2-3 different things on the menu and still crave a cookie. We came as a party of 4 and there was only one table big enough for us and there were 2 people sitting in it so we had to piece together some tables but they were heavy and hard to drag around. The place had high ceilings, which made it feel spacious, but very limited seating and tiny tiny tables. I guess it's fine since you won't be eating much. Not a hearty spot where you pour your soul out. Maybe good for a casual, initial meeting with someone new. read more

Such a welcomed addition to this area! I get my hair done next door, and this is always my go to for coffee, fresh pressed juices, and yummy toasts, savory or sweet. They have a variety of other snacks, smoothies, bowls, etc., everything is much more health conscious and made from whole food ingredients. The vibe inside is very chill, a great place to come and study or have a quick bite with friends. The staff is also super friendly and fantastic at accommodating food requests. This new breakfast and lunch spot got a lot of social media coverage when they first opened, and a visiting friend picked it for us to meet up over the weekend. The GOOD: The space is modern and cute, and the menu is more expansive than the name initially led me to expect - several toasts with different proteins (lox, crab, prosciutto), plus acai bowls, juices and smoothies. They also have featured monthly special toasts and juices, and I like how they bring the orders out to our tables (this may be from feedback in other reviews). I got the tomato and burrata toast, which was $13 and excellent - I actually had to take some of the tomato off to eat it without making a giant mess, so it felt like a better value than I had expected. The pesto was also nice and vibrant and the used just the right amount. I also used a promotion to get a free juice - the featured "seasonal special" Heartbeat juice (pomegranate, fennel, mint?). My daughter liked it so much she stole it from me! I would come back and try another toast if I were in the area. I appreciate that they have changing tables in the bathrooms. The Not So Good: The inside is smaller than expected and tables are pretty close together. Hopefully they add pull-down window shades to adjust with the sun, as another review mentions, because it was quite bright. Despite having changing tables, they did not appear to have high chairs - bringing a stroller in with the tables as close as they are was less than ideal, but it worked since they weren't too busy. In contrast to finding value in the toast, the regular price of $9.50 for a 16oz cup of this juice is very overpriced - this is not a cold pressed, made to order juice, it is kept in a dispenser like what Mexican restaurants use for their aguas frescas. Staff were very quiet and not especially friendly, no one really smiling or checking on customers after receiving orders. There were a few minor issues during our visit (drink ordered hot, received iced), and an odd delay for one order in our group. Nothing huge, just a few little things that stood out as easy things to improve upon. OVERALL: I live far from here but would go back if a friend suggested it, sticking to the toasts or trying their coffees. Definitely get their app or join their loyalty club on the website to be able to get promotions like a free juice with $10+ purchase, like we did. Would appreciate them adding nutritional info (like calorie counts) by menu items, or having it available. read more

I saw pictures from Toastique on social media so I decided to invite some gal pals here for brunch when I was in town. The place is tiny. There are only a few tables and a long bench to sit at. Felt very cramped. The storefront is made up of floor to ceiling windows and that made it hot and bright in the cafe. I couldn't imagine sitting there in the middle of summer. Staff seemed a bit off their game- maybe they are still learning the ropes. My avocado toast was so loaded with tomatoes and other toppings that it quickly turned into a mushy mess. I went here to catch up with a friend on a Sunday morning. This shop is super cute inside very cozy and welcoming. It's not huge but there's a good amount of seating available. I love all the savory toast they offer. Usually a toast place has a lot of sweet ones so I like the savory variety. I ordered the Tuscan tuna and my friend ordered the smoked salmon. They had gluten free toast available which I appreciated. We got a huge portion and the presentation was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and service was quick. Toastique absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the very start, the service was beyond exceptional--20/10. The woman who answered the phone was so kind and patient that she literally read me the entire menu because my phone wasn't cooperating. I finally told her to just put together her favorites... and wow, did she deliver. The açaí bowl was incredibly fresh and delicious, the spicy noodles were packed with flavor, and the true star of the show was the in-house gourmet granola bar--so good it deserves its own spotlight. My husband loved his salmon bowl, and my four-year-old thought he was eating a sweet treat (joke's on him--it healthy!). And I can't forget the green juice--so fresh and perfectly balanced. Really welcoming. My boyfriend got a vanilla latte with their organic syrup and I got the beet juice which was sooo good. We also shared the peanut butter bowl. We aren't big açaí bowl eaters but wanted to try something new. The base was really delicious and the toppings were fresh! Loved the fresh banana and blueberries. It was a little too peanut buttery for me with the PB and roasted peanuts but I'm also not a huge PB fan. My bf thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely go back to try some of their beautiful toasts. The food was excellent! Unfortunately, nothing else was. I placed my order online before driving over, but my daughter and I went in to wait. They finally brought out my toast but then realized they had forgotten to use gluten free bread. (This part was an honest mistake, so I wasn't upset at all.) But I noticed that even on this gluten-y version, they forgot to put the prosciutto on the side as requested, so I asked them to please do that on the next round. Quite a while later, they brought out my gluten free toast with various toppings. But 1) they forgot to put the prosciutto on the side again, and 2) they also forgot the poached egg I paid $2 to add. I picked off the prosciutto, which they definitely watched me do, and they didn't realize their mistake or apologize. Then I went to the counter to ask for the poached egg, but initially they ignored me. So I gave up, then tried again a few minutes later. They gave me the egg in a little cup, with absolutely no apology or explanation. Fully 40 minutes after I originally ordered, they brought out my daughter's acaí bowl. They seemed to be aware that we had been waiting for a long time--the one team member said that aloud to the other--but there was no apology or explanation. The two team members working there seemed stressed and possibly annoyed or angry in general. I guess we picked the wrong morning to go. This was probably the worst service I've ever experienced, and they didn't offer so much as a single apology. Idk what was up this morning, but I won't be back. Hope their day improves?! read more
