This is a large beef bop

They give more rice than anything and it's $16 for a thin layer of meat unless you plan to add other things on to your order I'd say it's not worth it for the price. I could have eaten somewhere else and gotten more it tasted good but my hunger was not appeased with the little protein given. She also still gave me mayo even tho I said I specifically said I didn't want mayo at all if that came with the corn I would like to know because I get nauseous eating it so half my meal felt wasted.

I was surprised to also have noodles along w my rice bowl when i ordered the beef bop! it was very good and the spice was very flavorful, the seafood dynamite was also well seasoned with the perfect amount of spice, it was definitely on the spicier side but we loved it!

Top Bop has such an awesome business model. We'd never ordered from this particular location before, but as at other locations- our experience was precisely the same, excellent. This local business' ability to consistently deliver a quality product, exactly the same way, every time, in under 15 mintes, at an affordable price, even in the middle of a pandemic is really impressive! Great food. Delicious, fast, friendly, and contact free.

I was hungry and didn't take a picture of my bowl. I got the Poke Bop with the seasoning of the Ahi Bop. It costed $1 extra. Quick service, I did a phone order and it was ready within 15 minutes. Food was flavorful and tuna was fresh. Salmon was ehhh. I like my food to be spicy so I added sriracha sauce, yummy. Would recommend and will come back because pricey is reasonable, food was prompt, fresh and service was fresh. Plus it's near our place.

The tempura shrimp is so yummy! And the sauce I think is sweet mayo and teriyaki. $8 for 4 pieces and 1.50 for rice

I have picked up from this location twice now. First time I ordered online second I called in and waited in the parking lot. I only order the 4 piece shrimp tempura with rice. $8.99 for the shrimp and $2 extra for the rice. The sauce automatically is level two which isn't spicy. Level 3 is the start of the spice. Guy said 10-15 minutes. It would be nice if they called when it was done but I think they are too busy for that. They ask for your number when ordering though. It probly sat for a few minutes.

a plate of food and a container of dumplings

Well I'm not so sure about the new containers that they have. Yes they are great and reusable which I am happy about. And allows them for less rice portions. But will they be doing the same amount of meat and veggies? The katsu was always great and the dumplings are good! Wish the sauce can be put on the side for the dumplings. Overall great food and service just a little unsure on the new containers.

Driving around town looking for something new to try for lunch that's quick and easy and top bop caught our attention. A simple yet amazing creation with rice lettuce meat and spices it is the perfect lunch bowl to keep your day going strong! Or I suppose you could crush it for dinner to knock you right on your back and in to a deep sleep!

The food is amazing but their customer service sucks, I called to place a pick up order and I said I wanted a number 7 and I was gonna tell her to add 2 shrimp tempuras but she interrupted me saying "anything else?" Then again she asked me and I told her to add extra sauce on the bowl she kept saying "anything else?", like maybe if you would shut up I could tell you if there's anything else. Really trying to get off the phone! Update- picked up my food and there's extra sauce but not on my shrimp tempura!

Haven't been to Top Bop since their first location in Muldoon opened--so glad they now have a restaurant minutes away from home! So many different, fresh bowls to choose from. Ordering online is a breeze and it's usually ready in just 15 min.

Took more than 45 minutes for my food. Cashier seemed like he did not want to take my order. Do not come here!

Always look at newest reviews!!!…read more We saw the 4.4 red stars and thought this was gona be an amazing place. The first red flag was 1pm on week day and there was only 3 parties in the place. The one and only server was very nice, but being the only one, twice when new parties entered he would walk away. Wife ordered chicken katsu rice plate. The overall theme is everything is bland. EVERYTHING.. Her cabbage slaw/salad had a white creamy sauce, my best guess is mayo mixed with ranch but only if both was every kind of free there is, fat, sugar, carb, keto, and most importantly, taste FREE. Her rice was purple, there were purple chunks, not sure if it was potato, the rice was mushy, wet, and Bland. Her kutsu sauce was made from the same everything free ingredients. Come on man, Kutsu sauce is 3 ingredients and all three are bold flavors, how do you mess that up. But ok, they want to be fusion, maybe add some cilantro or chili. She asked for soy sauce and salt to try and add some flavor. Half way through she has me hold out my hand and pours a handful of the "salt" from the shaker. It was not salt granules, almost looked like a salt substitute. I honestly don't know what it was but when I tasted it I would be extremely generous by saying I got a 25% salt flavor. Normally, you put 2-4 tablespoons of salt in your hand and lick your finger, when you taste that, you get a powerful punch in the mouth of dam, that's salty. I was dumbfounded, if they are using that "salt" to cook with them makes since why everything is so bland. I don't want to repeat the Bland Bland Bland theme over and over. I had bulgogi, kutsu, and BBQ chicken tacos. I will skip to the end- yep, you guessed it, Bland. We did have the bulgogi egg roll, I do want to touch on this only because I was so mad at myself once we left I dug Into the reviews. These are one of the most positive commented items, BUT those comments are from over a year ago. Overall, 11$ for two small egg rolls cut in half is ridiculous. Then if you bite/taste just the egg roll, there is a 5% taste of bulgogi sauce. Which again is so explosive of a sauce. But, If you drown the egg roll in the creamy mild sriracha sauce then the egg roll is ok. If you forget what it should taste like and just concentrate on how did they make the sauce with no heat, then you could get at least a 2-2.5 star. Server deserves 5 stars, Food deserves 2 stars.

I like their menu because it has a good variety, and the food is pretty solid overall. The dine-in service has generally been good, and the restaurant itself looks clean, modern, and comfortable. That said, the takeout experience has almost always been on the slower side throughout the years, so that is one area I think they could improve. Still, Phonatik is one of the better pho restaurants in Anchorage. I really think they have a lot of potential, but they may need to step up their game a bit to become truly outstanding.

Our table had hoisin sauce, sriracha and a pot of chili oil. There was oil on the underside of the pot of chili oil though, which was a cleanliness issue. Our family got the all shrimp fresh rolls, a seafood pho, a mixed beef pho and a small kid size chicken pho. We also tried the hazy IPA beers on tap. Notes on the food: the rolls were okay. The peanut sauce was a touch too thick and lacked dimension in flavor. Ingredients inside the rolls were fresh but would've been improved with a little mint, basil, or other fresh herb. Seafood pho was decent, but I longed for a fish ball, fish cake, or other item besides the imitation krab. I picked out the squid because it was too chewy. Our server was cheerful and pleasant, and parking was super easy just outside the front door. Might be back if in the area but I think will continue my pho search elsewhere next time that pho craving hits.

A fried ono fish burger, a seared ahi sandwich, cheesy seafood dip, and the cookies. Everything was awesome! The fish burger had lilikoi tartar sauce and the fish was super fresh tender and flaky. The ahi sando had chopped kimchi and a garlicky mayo. The dip had a touch of smoke and didn't taste fishy. The cookies were bigger than I imagined and were excellent especially with the generous sprinkling of maldon sea salt crystals. If I was forced to split hairs, I'd wished the seafood medley in the dip (shrimp, halibut, etc) were chunkier so you could identify what was in each bite. It was more whipped or creamed together. I also think the cookies would be better if they were just a little thicker, although I can see the allure of a thin crispy cookie also. The cost was pretty expensive, but the ingredients they use are fresh and high quality so you can see where the money goes. The staff were really above-and-beyond friendly. They quickly set up an extra folding table for our family when they noticed we had no where to sit. Please visit this food cart (and follow them on socials, to keep track of their weekly specials) -- let's keep them in business! Anyone can see they take a lot of pride in their food both taste, image and creativity. I can't wait to try more things from Familia.
