I'm so glad I took my coworker's advice and tried out this place. When we got there, it was incredibly busy. There was a steady stream of people going in and out of the restaurant. The employees are super sweet and hard-working. The whole time we were there, there was an employee cleaning off the tables and chairs. She kept sweeping, too. As a result, the restaurant remains very clean. The cheeseburgers and fries are soooo good. It's all very old-fashioned. The prices are about the same as they are at Burgerville, but the flavors are much better, and you get more food for the money. Their ice cream looks good, too. I can't wait to go back! read more

The service here is beyond horrible. I came in and went through the drive through the wrong way by accident. I've only been here twice and never been through the drive through. The girls begin glaring me down and yelling, which I felt was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. We proceeded to try to order... but they kept bringing up the fact that we were bad drivers. I felt belittled and quite frankly really uncomfortable. It took us about 20 minutes total to get a shake and fries... which I felt completely unnecessary. I'm not one to make someone serving me feel unworthy. But I felt so mistreated. This place needs to re-evaluate their service and how they handle situations. Local favorite for years! They really do have amazing seasoned fries - and their ranch is the best. I worked there for a while in school, and I don't remember what kind of ranch that is - but I wish I did! It's not Greggs, but it's magical. We have lived in Camas for a while now, and eaten at Top Burger quite a few times (despite the seriously high prices) - however, yesterday's trip may well be our last. We phoned in our order ahead of time, and were told it would be ready in 25 minutes - we arrived around 30 minutes later, and had to wait at least another 10-15 minutes. When our order was ready, it was cold, and one part of the order was missing. When my husband returned, it took ages for the staff to acknowledge him, even though there were plenty of staff around chatting, cleaning etc everyone refused to make eye contact - it was only after he loudly asked for assistance that someone came over. They were rude and questioned whether he was being honest, and no apology was given for their mistake (even the owner was rude, which was surprising). Food was okay, but not great. If the food was better we might put up with the service issue they clearly have, but as it isn't, I think we'll try elsewhere. If anyone is looking for an alternative, K & M Burger in Camas/Washougal is awesome! read more

Don't be the one that got Burned by Top Burger! I went to Top Burger in Camas. Great food for fast food but terrible customer Service! They forgot my wife's burger and forgot the sauces that were promised on the receipt. I called and talked to the manager and she give me two options, return and we will make you the burger we forgot or come back later and great a free burger. Pretty sad way to fix a problem! I told her that that for me to drive back out, my burger will be cold when I return home and I will have to heat it up in the Microwave when I get back. Have you ever had to warm up Top Burger food (wilted lettuce and sauces, splattered grease all over the place, yuck!) Her answer was well we only make mistakes with 1 out of 100 customers because we care so much about our customers. I said so it is OK that your good to 99 out of 100 customers, but what about the one who gets Burned on their order! What about me and what are you going to do about it? The she repeats her previous statement from before (bad enough to hear it once, but twice, ouch!). What she should have said, please come back and let us make your Wife's Burger fresh and another Burger for you as well so you both get what you ordered and you get nice and Fresh Burgers and maybe some free fries for your troubles! To me that is how you handle a bad customer service situation. Take time too listen to the customer, and put yourself in customers place, and pretend you are the one out of 100 that got Burned by Top Burger. So based on that I give Top Burger a Low Zero today for mistreating one out of 100 of their customers. So very disappointed. I was told by a friend this was a good burger joint. He was mostly wrong. I went inside and ordered the "Teen burger" (just a bacon cheeseburger) and a peanut butter shake. They first handed me the shake while I waited for the burger. I love peanut butter shakes. This shake on the other hand was disgusting. It was just a cup of soft serve ice cream with NO peanut butter in it first of all, just an artificial flavoring that tasted like old reese's pieces you'd find in your couch cushions long after Halloween is over. The ice cream was just bad and had a very notable greasiness to it. I couldn't eat more than a couple spoonfuls of it before I started feeling sick. I went up to the counter and asked if they could make me a different flavor to which the young girl replied that she could not unless I paid for another shake. I told here it was horrible tasting and she simply said she was sorry that I felt that way. I promptly threw it into the trash and waited for my burger. The burger came out (about 5 minutes later). I had gotten it to go so when I arrived home (another 5 minutes later) I ate it. It was not bad, a full notch above a McDonald's burger, but 3 full notches below a Killer Burger (a different great burger place in Vancouver, WA). It was not good enough though that I would go back for one again. It was a thin patty (clearly pre-frozen) with wilty shreds of lettuce. The sauce and raw onion was good. The bun was obviously just a factory bun from a bag. I can't say I'd recommend this place for fear they'd have the same bad experience.
