Okay....bad experience alert. We went thru the drive thru and ordered up a large order of burgers (six people's worth) and when they ran our card for payment something went wrong and they ran the card a second time which wouldn't clear (by this time there is just shy of $99 dollars being held by the two authorizations they just put thru on the card. When the bank confirmed that the first transaction was good and would clear the bank this restaurant wouldn't give us our food. The bank is processing a dispute for the money we were charged for burgers we never got. We went to a different restaurant and will never return here. Waste of nearly two hours for our quest for food. Manager will have to reverse the transaction tonight or something cause she definitely screwed up on this one. Showing the two debit on our banking app should've been enough to get our lunch we paid for. read more

Pulled up to the drive through window and waited and waited and waited while just on the other side of the glass I watched the owner and a gaggle of girls talk and hand money to each other (tips I presume). I sat there looking at them for minutes on end with not a single one acknowledging I was even there with my wife and daughter wanting and ready to order. I waited longer; waved my hands, honked the car horn; waited some more. I finally waited so long - watching at least 6 employees (including the owner) purposefully ignoring us, I drove off completely disgusted with the blatant brush off. Top Burger really does make a TOP product, went there last Sunday for the first time, loved it. I'm a Burger and fries kind of guy so I've eaten a ton of them, this place does a really good old fashioned kind of burger, plenty of meat and great shakes and fries, I wish there were more like it, I live in Vancouver so it's a drive, but worth it. read more

I lived here as a kid and was up visiting this week and made it a point to take my kids here to see if it was as good as I remember. Oh yeah!! I got a peanut butter shake, I can't even make them that good at home - how do they do it? The kids got an Oreo Shake and a Nutella Shake and an Italian ice - they all raved about them! (By the way, they have so many shake flavors to choose from) Then the burgers and fries. The burgers were the smaller burgers and not as amazing as I remember ( I just took a bite), but the kids LOVED them. The fries were as yummsious as I remember and even though we were stuffed we still plowed through them, (take note though - the large will feed two people!). There's a reason this place isn't as fast as McDonalds. When you place your order, one of the friendly local kids working at Top Burger gets into a time machine, goes back to 1955, waits while an old-school short order cook to make your patty melt, corn dog, fish and chips, chicken strips, or chocolate/banana shake, or whatever. Then said server steps back into the time machine, returning your delicious food from a bygone era to you with a smile. All things considered, it's pretty quick for having travelled 60 years, so just chill and enjoy the experience. This place is a delicious time capsule, reminding us of why drive-ins became popular in the first place. It's pretty hard to remember if you go to one of the big chains. Shakes are very good. This place was awesome!! The location was great for us (we just came from Lacamas Lake from fishing ) just down the road. The have dine in, to go, and drive thru. The season fries and onion rings were awesome! I got the Top burger and my husbamd got the 2 patty burger.. everything was fresh and smelt great. All boothes were being used and the. Drive thru was constantly busy. The staff was nice and brought the food to the table. Was too full to try the ice cream but i saw other enjoying theirs and it looked great! Definitely will be back! Best burgers and fries in Southwest Washington

We recently had the opportunity to go to this restaurant for some burgers, fries and shakes and were left with very unsavory results. The burgers themselves were very dry, almost like cardboard, they were not juicy at all and had very little if any flavor. The remaining ingredients on the burgers were not very fresh and when I'll put together not very good. All three of us have the blue cheeseburgers with fries and either vanilla or chocolate shakes. The fries were thick cut steak fries, again very little flavor and more mushy than anything else. The shakes were also very middle of the road in no doubt due to the fact that their ice cream is mediocre at best. Definitely will not be returning to this establishment. read more

Let me start off by saying this place is a bit hidden, but worth finding. If their were any place to get a juicy delicious bacon burger I would recommend going here. The burger could be a bit bigger, but will fill you up when you have the side of seasoned fries and a nice thick strawberry shake (or any shake of your choosing). This place is a little hole in the wall, but don't judge this book by its cover. Everything here tastes good. Their fries are some of the best fries you'll ever eat and their shakes are delicious as well. It's across from the park so order to go and relax at the park. Recommend calling in your older if it's in the summer, because it gets pretty busy with the sun is shining. read more

It's okay, the Fries are fantastic but everything else is way to expensive for what it is. You would be better off going to the K&M drive through instead, it's even faster. Been going here since I was a kid, it's a cute little restaurant. Awesome french fries, ice cream, milkshakes and good burgers. It has an older feel and the staff have always been friendly. Sometimes the drive through can take a few extra minutes but it's allot faster than the nearby Burgerville or Dairy Queen(they're both sooooo slow). Awesome food, thanks to our friends Don and Barb for telling us to try it. This is a small place but great food, the owners are dedicated to hiring only local teens as their staff and I thought that was great. This is fresh cooked food and fresh handmade shakes so you must wait but the wait was only about 15 min. I had a double patty melt on toasted rye bread and a peanut butter shake while my husband enjoyed the super burger and a strawberry marshmallow shake. Top Burger is one of those places we always stop by when we are in the area. They probably have the best tasting fries that you can get. The burgers are pretty good as well. The food is always hot and there always seems to be a line. On hot days, this is when they are busiest. One time I had to wait 15 minutes for our food in 90 degree weather. There was a line for the drive through around the entire burger place. It looks like the owner employees a lot of high school students. The kitchen was just filled with high school employees frantically getting orders out the door. So 98% of the time they have the best burger, fries, milkshake around. I grew up in Camas & have been here too many times to count. Only once was I disappointed. The fries have always been my favorite. You get so many & probably will have to split a small! I love the milkshakes. The burgers are so good as well. Terrible experience at top Burger today. Their credit card system was down and made me wait for a long time and then basically just told me to go away without my food that I've been waiting for for a while. I go here a lot and since they had already made my food it would have been a reasonable customer service gesture to let me pay them later after their system was back up and running. I love non-franchise, family oriented, down home burger places. That's my jimmy-jam. I've been to Top Burger probably 3 or 4 times now, and it's been the same great experience every time. The burger is cooked fresh, not super juicy but the sauce they put on it makes up for it. The fries are seasoned wonderfully and the fry sauce is good. Came here tonight to get a burger and fries. Posted hours are until 9pm. The gal at window said they were closed because it was slow all day. No wonder your slow when you don't stay open for the posted hours. I left and went to K&M which is WAY better food anyhow. The staff was super friendly, but the wait time was over 30 minutes. Way to expensive for what you get. The burger patty was to thin and it was over cooked, very dry with blackened edges. Way to much lettuce and the onions were way too over powering. I felt like I was eating a lettuce and onion sandwich. I got the onion rings and they were dark brown, very over cooked and way too over priced. I felt like I could go to Sonic and get the same similar burger and it would be cheaper. I did try my sons fries and they were good. This place is way over priced for the quality. Again, you can go to Five Guys for the same price and get a much thicker burger that is not over cooked and loads of fries. If I go back to Top Burger, it will be to try their shakes only!!!!!! read more

Childhood favorite right here! Went to get ice cream and fries with some of my good friends,eager to show them this fun little place and experienced some of the worst service ever. I don't know what her problem was but from the moment we walked in the door Kara's service made us uncomfortable and unwelcome. The ice cream was pretty good, very soft, and the fries were per usual. Would have been nice to know that one scoop was going to be one massive scoop so I wouldn't have bought two, but after rushing through my payment I didn't even have the chance to know.
