Loads of fun, after you get past the horrendous crowd trying to get in the front door. While they do try to manage the crowds, it's still a zoo on Saturday. And even after going through the line and gaining my membership (discount for veterans, by the way), I don't really have a good idea what I need to do reserve a bay the next time I show up. A friend had the bay reserved this first time. They don't seem to have golf bag racks at the entrance for people who brings their own clubs. While a friend and I stood in line getting our memberships, we had to lean our bags against the railing outside. They do have bag racks at the bays (and also Topgolf clubs if you don't bring your own). At the bay, they have a few glitches with the ball/software interaction but it's good that there's also a method to correct scores that are obviously wrong. Food is good, maybe above average. Service is on par. They also have a large bar area if you're waiting for a bay. I didn't have beer this time but I noticed their selection is decent, with a few local drafts. Pepsi instead of Coke. I came here on a Friday night around 10:30 and I was still able to find a parking spot rather quickly. The wait for golf was only 20 minutes and there are plenty of things to do while you wait. The bar on the top floor is great for groups with plenty of seating and a live DJ. Once seated I ordered a margarita, a salad, and some wings. The margarita was terrible. It tasted like juice and I didnt taste any alcohol. I complained to the waitress and she got the manager for me who gave me a free shot to add to my drink. I enjoyed my food and it the prices are reasonable. Great spot to come even if you dont play golf. First time to a Topgolf and had so much fun. Good food and ambience and they have AC/heaters outside too so you can go out throughout the year. I was there for a team event and everyone had a blast. My first Top Golf visit was Las Vegas. Second was Chicago. Years later, I finally visit the location in my hometown: Atlanta! Sadly, this location was the most disappointing. On a late Saturday afternoon, there were swarms of people everywhere -- lines out the door, and just general crowds. We put our names down for a bay at 5pm and had an hour wait. When we arrived at our bay, the previous guests still had not finished closing out their tabs and were still in our seats. Maybe this is their expedited seating strategy? Anyway, the gentleman who walked us to our bay was very nice and our bay server was also super friendly. I liked having the plush couch on the first floor and our hour of golfing was enjoyable. However, in general the floors were dirty and restrooms were not in great condition. Two parking options: valet and self-park, but when we left at 7pm there seemed to be jams in every direction. Probably the worst location I've been to. Really slow customer service/wait staff. Although they were friendly and apologized. But I went twice and it lacked both times. We went for brunch and they didn't have a couple of items on the brunch menu, saying they had run out... it was 10 in the morning on a Sunday. Also they need to fix the computer system. Let me start by saying that I owe Tiger Woods a HUGE apology. All this time I've been saying golf is not a "REAL" sport. Well, maybe I should say non-contact like soccer, football or basketball. I woke up after a wonderful night of Top Golf hurting. My back and knee are killing me. This place is a definite must visit. Skip the food though. It's definitely not worth it. Service was prompt and friendly on all levels. It was super crowded and there was a 2 1/2 hour wait for a golf bay. Although that sounds like a long time it actually worked out. By the time we were done eating our bay was ready. Also, save yourself the headache of driving around for parking. Take advantage of FREE valet. SIX HOUR WAIT My dad wanted to use his gift card that I bought him for Father's Day. It was going to be his first time there. I had a few from work which gives them as awards. So me and dad both took the day off. Thought Tuesday would be slow in the middle of the day. We arrived at 2:00 and were told 4 hours for wait time. We were shocked but understood what the man told us, there were events downstairs and reservations while the top floor was closed due to staffing. We went to eat somewhere else and had a few drinks came back and had a few more drinks at the bar at top golf. Check back in at the 4 hour mark and they said maybe 30 more mins. Check back in another hour later and the lady at the front tells us we might not get sat at all. Speak to the manager Chris and he says he'll see what he can do. After a total wait time of almost SIX HOURS from our initial arrival we left. What a waste of a day. I'll never recommend any events here again for my friends or company. You shouldn't take walkins if you've booked up most the bays to events. Would have rather been told you were closed when we walked in read more

The best time to go to TopGolf is during the week, and even then still plan for a wait as this is a very popular activity. I came with a few friends, and the server was very helpful with getting us set up in the bay to play. The food was really good for bar food. We shared the flat bread pizza, chicken fingers & fries, and the chicken nachos, all which I would recommend. We went on a chilly day in April, the server noticed I was cold and kindly turned on the heaters which I truly appreciated it. We had a great time, and would come back again. read more

As a woman I was totally prepared not to like it! However, when I got there I realized how fun it is. The golfing is as serious or casual as you want. It's not expensive I split among a group for an hour rental and drinks are cheap! You do want to get there early or make a reservation if possible on a weekend. Staff outside was a little rude. I ordered a kale salad. I was brought a romaine lettuce salad. I mentioned it and the staff member sighed and was like the manager will have to come out here to take it off your check if that's what you want. I was a bit taken aback. This was the most fun I've had all summer! When I first heard we were going to TopGolf, I had an image of a place called putt putt golf and games which I went to as a kid, do those still exist? Anyway, this is NOT that, as we drove up I was like holy crap, that's Top Golf?! I had the chicken and waffles sliders and they were awesome. I was definitely disappointed with my visit yesterday overall. We had to pay $105 just to RESERVE 2 bays........ it was 9 of us and it took about 1.5 -2 hours for us to get our food. We were in the corner that has no airrrr on top of that, so we were sticky and hot (but I do understand it is outside, it was just way hot than normal when I have been in the summer multiple times before in the past). Our server was very nice and manurable. That's all I can say positive. Me and my family were most upset about us playing 1.5 of the game and still didn't have our food as well as the SUPERRR INCREASE IN PRICES! It looks like they definitely upped their prices for the games,,,, that is probably why it cost so much. But that is a quick way to lose business in Atlanta when you start taxing too much. Very fun place to hang out with friends *as long as* you ensure that the wait is not too long. The food is pretty good, the staff is really nice, and it's fun to hit some balls while talking. Just know that it is pretty expensive, so if you eat it'll be around $30 a person for lunch. I went with 7 others for brunch and had a great time. Fun for the adults and fun for the kids. I am not a golfer, haven't golfed since the alligator traps in Tampa 35 years ago. ( really ) But Work had an outing to TOP Golf in midtown. Think of this as a golf range, restaurant and bar all in one The golfing scoring is based on distance and accuracy. SO even if you haven't golfed in a while, you can still get fair scores ( after a while). For the outing, our company supplied the beers and more beers ( bus to bring us back to the hotel) . When we walked in, the host greeted us nicely but then when we said we wanted a quick 30 minute playing time, he looked displeased. Then he asked if we wanted food, we said no just drinks & again he looked like we were bothering him that we weren't looking to eat at 11:15 at night. Then we went to 211 and ordered a drink & water. Margarita came out after 10 minutes of us playing, then water came after we had already paid our tab and had 5 minutes left of playing time. After about 2 minutes of sitting in our booth trying to finish our drinks we only had for a short while, our server rushed us out claiming she had another reservation in 5 minutes. When we walked out, half the place was empty, and there was no guest waiting at the host stand to be seated. Overall, the staff was greedy, and seemed to only treat u well if u we're planning on spending $300 or more & saying for hours at a time. Everything here was amazing from the front entrance to leaving ..., My guest & I were greeted at the door by two employees both smiling & letting us know it's a 45 minute wait which we didn't mind since it was a Sat Afternoon.... Tonight turned out to be a horrible experience , I went to. Birthday party with coworkers and we had a reserved 2 Bays and being that it was such a large party I had to put it on my card for everyone and we all shared the tab via cashapp but our waitress Danielle J . Was so rude I or none of the party enjoyed her , being we are all business professionals of some sort we tried to keep it that way even when she was acting out of character , from the beginning of the night she seemed to have a issue but we weathered through it. My only reservation is that she would of caught on from the vibe the female who Birthday it was she would of lighten up more but never did , 15 minutes left to go she asked if we would extend it and we said no and she asked for payment and we asked her to wait while we finished our round but she became a little hot headed , so one of the party members asked if she could at least until we got to 5 minutes remaining to handle it and she wasn't trying to so we get rushed and a attitude to match the whole situation . This is a great place for a date. I have been here a few times and always enjoy playing golf . The only thing that I always have a problem with is the service. This last time that i went was no different. I think the waitresses have too many parties to tend to so maybe that is why they are so slow. It took a while for the waitress to come and take our drink order. The drinks were made pretty fast. We then placed our food order, which also came pretty quickly. The food isn't gourmet but it is pretty good..the nachos was really good. My apple martini was heavy on the alcohol but it was fine. I believe the longest we have waited for a booth to open was an hour. The food is delicious but I would prefer improvement on quantity. I understand that these are finger food but it seems like all appetizers. I tried the cauliflower crust flatbread. It was surprisingly delicious but way too salty. It is supposed to be a healthy choice so it should be healthy. I prefer ordering directly from the bartender downstairs. Such a cool venue! I absolutely loved the variety of games offered. I also enjoy that folks of all ability levels can have fun here. I have played on all of three tiers, and the third is probably my favorite. The bays are usually clean and the heaters can be turned on in the cold, as we were completely comfortable on a cold day. We always order food and drinks (I can highly recommend the strawberry jalapeno margarita and the individual nachos) and service is hit or miss. We have had great experiences (timely checks, fast refills, friendliness) to not-so-great experiences (MIA waiter/waitress, shift change issues.) They rush you the last 15 minutes to leave so you really don't get the full 2 hours plus I've never been before and did start right away because we didn't understand how to use the equipment. Too expensive for the food with the event platter. Most of the items did not get eaten. That food was horrible. It could have been open bar but they make you put it on one credit card. Do not get that party platter it is horrible. The mystery meat had a horrible smell. I guess I should have done more research and I would have definitely asked for an open tab. We came to Atlanta for the holidays and came to top golf twice so far, both times we had a great experience. Clean facilities. Good service. Destiny was our server the second time and she was so funny with great energy she always made sure we had everything we needed. Aside from the fact that I'm thoroughly trash at golfing we had so much fun. They play good music. We went on a Saturday night and there was a DJ. The wait is about an hour for a Saturday night and there's a nice bar where you can wait and grab some drinks. However we paid the reservation fee online of $50.00 keep in mind this did not go towards our bill it's simply a fee that allows you to skip the wait. Excessive much? First time I visited it was for fun. This time I brought a group of co-workers and it was just as much fun!! Great stress reliever and team building activity!! This is a great activity for a group of close friends or co-workers. We rented two bays for two hours for a group of 9. Each bay made it through two rounds. I think this was a good amount of time and good group size per bay. Don't have to wait long and we were all able to play a good amount. It was in the afternoon and they have a sliding scale for pricing. We were in the $35/hr range. Going in the morning or afternoon can definitely save you some money. It is first come, first serve unless you get a VIP pass. Since it was in the afternoon, there wasn't a line but be warned that there can be on the weekends. If you want guaranteed, might be worth the VIP pass. The food and drinks are great! Some places slack on the food and just provide a fun activity. This has both. We had wings, flat breads and nachos. All delicious and great for sharing. Staff are super friendly and attentive without being annoying. Always there to get you more drinks and foods and explain how something works. Lots of parking!! I visited Top Golf for the first time this past weekend and I don't think Saturday evening was the right time to go. It was ridiculously crowded. I parked valet because my patience ran out looking for parking and when I got to valet they informed me that unless I had a reservation, there was a 3 hour wait to play. Thankfully we did have a reservation but it still took over an hour to get a table to sit and eat before a bay became available and about 2 or 3 hours to get to play. Our server, Sebastian, didn't seem very knowledgeable about the menu but the spinach quesadillas we had were really tasty and the brisket grilled cheese had perfectly toasted bread, was nice and cheesy but tasted mostly of butter. I had a GREAT time at Top Golf. It is quite pricey, but well-worth it. We played several holes/rounds/games or whatever it is called in golf lol. It took some time for me to get the hang of actually being able to hit the ball. But luckily, they sell spirits there that helped increase my confidence and skill level (or so I think). I really enjoyed this place! It was our first time there and while they were pretty busy for a Saturday morning, the service was overall pretty good. The line moved fast, we got someone to personally escort us to our bay and explain the process. Our game system wasn't working very well and they said if it took a few more minutes to fix, they would add extra time for us. They made sure to also explain how to work the heaters, which is individual for each bay, because it was a pretty chilly day. The servers were attentive and provided options and did the best to get what we wanted. The prices were not bad at all. I also really liked the fact that we could add time to the system without having to add an entire hour. So, we played for 1.5 hours and that was enough for us. I would definitely NOT go on a Saturday evening. I just don't think I could handle the crowds and I do think their entryway and lobby are WAY too small for the amount of traffic they get. I wonder if it's even legal to have that many people gathered in such an enclosed, small space. I thought the valet was also a nice perk although we didn't use it. read more

The bartenders are all awesome! I had the most amazing time at this top golf in Atlanta this past Sunday when I went to watch the Saints versus the Rams game. Alexandria W a bartender here that I met outside of top golf recommended me to go to top golf and watch the game and it did not disappoint. Although it was freezing inside of the bar it later warmed up as more and more people piled into the bar to watch the game. The food was well-prepared and came out perfectly warm and exactly what we ordered. Autumn was our waitress she was courteous friendly attentive and she kept a smile on her face the whole entire time. I'll definitely be back to visit when I come to ATL again. All of the guys behind the bar were amazing! Had a great time at Topgolf in Atlanta. I love coming here and playing the games, as well as enjoying some drinks while playing. In the beginning, our bay was having some trouble and the manager came over and was extremely friendly and apologized for the inconvenience and said he would add time to our session and it would be on him. It was an awesome gesture and was so nice. Our waitress at our bay is the reason I'm giving 4/5 stars. She was not very friendly and ended up charging us for part of the time we were there when we thought it was being covered.
