We stopped by after hearing lots of friends visit. We ordered the coconut coffee and the winter bear. Both were delicious, but super sweet even having ordered reduced sweet. Will keep that in mind next time and order minimum sweet!

Their traditional Viet coffee is the best Viet coffee I've ever had in SJ by far! My husband got a large with an extra shot and oh my god.... It is so amazingly strong. Will come again for sure.

This is the third location I visited. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This one is larger than the one in east bay.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was crowded when I came but line move pretty quickly. I[[HIGHLIGHT]]the store has plenty of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The ordering is using touch screen. Orderin is simple. They specialize in vietnamese coffee which I believe all are cold one. I usually order the regular Saigon ice coffee or egg coffee. The service at this store is pretty quick eventhough it was busy. The coffee is considered strong and I can say very sweet. I like to have the coffee once a while and not for daily coffee. The store also offer snack which I usually order the Vietnamese mixed rice paper. It is unique and yummy.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Came by Team Cream Coffee 2 in Vietnam Town today and surprisingly it wasn't as packed as usual, but the place still pretty loud lol.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Definitely not a quiet study spot, but more of a sit and chat with friends/family.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The coffee is strong and honestly tastes like true Vietnamese coffee -- super dark and sweetened with condensed milk. The first sip is usually very concentrated, but after letting the ice melt a little, it balances out perfectly and tasted really smooth. You can tell they don't water down their coffee here. If you like strong Vietnamese coffee that actually keeps you awake, this spot is really solid, good egg cream too!

If you're looking for delicious, strong Vietnamese coffee in San Jose, Tram is one of the best! The Vietnamese white coffee is a great option if you want something not as strong, tiramisu latte is great for sweet lovers, but everything on the menu is great. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The service is super fast and it's always packed![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Stopped by Tram Cream Coffee in Little Saigon (San Jose) before we started our weekend. I ordered the VIP and the Egg Coffee--both were so delicious. The VIP was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, while the Egg Coffee had that smooth, velvety top with just the right amount of sweetness. If you've never tried egg coffee before, this is definitely the place to do it! The flavors were unique and comforting at the same time--everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. You can tell they take pride in their drinks. If it is too strong, you can let the ice melt to help dilute it :) Can get really busy in there too. Highly recom[[HIGHLIGHT]]mend if you're in the area![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Our Vietnamese friend recommended us to this newly opened coffee shop and we saw the egg coffee is one of the top drinks people recommended so we ordered one. Just like what some of the yelpers said, the medium and large sized coffee are very much the same in volume, so don't waste your money and just order the smaller size cup.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This spot always seems to be popping on weekends![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We hung out here for an hour or two, and during that time they exclusively played Bruno Mars music, which I found amusing (and thoroughly enjoyed).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This was my second time coming, and I ordered the classic egg coffee while my fiancé ordered the egg cacao. The barista who handed me my drink was very helpful and gave guidance on needing to shake the drink very well first before drinking it. I really feel like this place deserves more stars than it has because everyone is out here complaining about the ice, but it's Vietnamese coffee! It's so strong and you need to wait for the ice to melt a bit and the egg cream to really combine with the drink for that perfect sweet, creamy flavor. The egg coffee with less sugar is my favorite. For the egg cacao, my fiancé ordered regular sugar and thought it was a little too sweet for his taste, but I still thought it was good, almost like chocolate milk. Will definitely be coming back.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Came here on a busy Saturday afternoon. It felt like a Starbucks cafe - packed with people drinking their drinks, as well as families and their kids.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]While it was busy, it seemed like a nice space to sit with a laptop on a slower day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would've opted to order at the kiosk but to keep the line moving, I ordered at the counter with the cashier. I ordered the white bear, which was highly suggested by a friend. Unfortunately since I ordered at the counter, I didn't realize I could alter the sweetness level and the worker didn't give that option, so I ended up with the standard options. It was good, but really sweet - if I had the option, I would've done less sweetness and less ice. But overall I enjoyed the drink and would come back!

Located in a large outdoor shopping center this place is one of many boba shops in this area. Dragonfruit tea with tea, dragonfruit puree, strawberries, 0% sugar, was just okay. I felt the tea and fruit were watered down. Didn't get that Tong Sui kind of dragonfruit flavor. 2 stars. Fruit tea: only large size, was a huge dissapointment. Pretty watered down. 2 our of 5 stars. My coworker's egg coffee apparently was good, but I didn't try it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Super crowded place and hard to find parking.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Since I didn't like my drinks, I'll give this place 3 stars.

    Dolores M.

I found this rare small spot near target and House Of Barbers I recommend the fruit iced tea with Boba. It's a very refreshing drink. The service was five stars as I was having trouble with the machine and the gentleman working came and helped me willingly with a smile. I definitely will go back. I believe this is their second location and they have a first location is on story Road.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Go to place for me and my friends when we want to study![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I can't remember if I got the Tiramisu or Creamy Hanoi for this picture (friend paid for my drink!) but it was still delicious as usual. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Music isn't too loud so you can still hear your friends talk but it can be a bit hard to hear the workers calling out the numbers for the orders (but that might just be me having bad hearing).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Coffee is always 10/10 but the customer service is honestly hit or miss. I've been here multiple times and noticed some of the employees seem annoyed to be there or whatever. A simple "thank you" and being polite when customers ask questions shouldn't be that hard. Could definitely be a little friendlier

The banh khot was warm and crunchy. I love when you can taste hints of coconut and when the garlic is suuuper strong lol The garlic noodles were alright tbh. The noodles were a little hard but the shrimp was cooked perfectly! They're definitely meant to be more of a takeout spot. They were pushing out party trays like crayyyy when we were there. Despite it being in a big lot, parking still took a while to find. Thankfully, we had thankfully just beat the lunch rush and not had to wait longer than 10 minutes for a table. My friend and I shared a Northern spread (Bun Cha Ha Noi) and a Southern style Goat Curry (Banh Mi Cari De). Service was definitely on the slower side that day, but thankfully we were proactive at getting the orders in. The Bun Cha Ha Noi was delicious - pretty much a DIY spring roll - all the fun, all the mess, with none of the clean up other than licking the plates clean. The pork belly was delicious; I was surprised how much I liked it, since I'm not a fan of pork. I devoured numerous rolls, and we also had some extra vermicelli to finish off the rest of the protein. This single meal was definitely more than enough for two! The Banh Mi Cari De (goat curry) was unfortunately quite the opposite. The goat was cooked very well - tough, gamy, and difficult to eat. There were probably six pieces in total, our first was tender, our second had bone, a little harder to chew, and the last was best compared to rubber. The curry was a bit watery, which made the banh mi soggy when dipped in. This was probably an adventurous try, but not a dish I'd ever consider ordering again.

It's a grilled tumeric fish dish that packs a ton of flavor, and you add noodles and herbs to make a delish spring roll (or in my case a fat burrito). It comes out on a sizzling plate so you have to let it cook a bit to render the onions and dill to get that perfect texture. The sauce might be a bit fishy to some, but it's what ties the bite together! It's def an acquired taste, but if you are open to trying new things, please come try this speciality dish. Tip: on Wednesdays, this dish is only $28, whereas the OG price is around $36. The fried rice here was surprisingly super flavorful! You can taste the separate grains (which is when you know the cook on the rice is good) and the salt levels were top tier. If you can't find parking in that plaza, there's more parking across the road where the Target is. After spending about ten minutes on the written wait-list, our names were called. It's definitely a little easier communicating with much of the staff if you speak Vietnamese, and I find that waiting right outside the restaurant is best because they default to calling your name from the door once it's your turn. The interior is crammed with tables; the atmosphere feels busy and warm. There is a single room women's bathroom and men's bathroom in the back as well. The decor leans toward being classic more than trendy, which I liked. The menu is pretty big, offering a variety of items ranging from mainstream Vietnamese options to ones I don't encounter as often. I recommend eating family-style for many of these dishes, including the Bún Chả Cá Lã Vọng, which I enjoyed with my partner. The prices are pretty average, and their portions are generous. That said, they are cash or Zelle only. There is an ATM that you can use if you forget to bring cash, but this is still something to keep in mind. Overall, I can definitely see myself coming back. One of the best pho spots in the Bay Area!…read more Food: 5/5 stars. Food is very hot! Just as it should be. Their Bun Ba Hue is fire! It has spice and rich flavors. Hits the spot and doesn't disappoint! Not too many people can make this dish as it should be made and they truly did a phenomenal job! Always a go-to. Their garlic chicken wings are amazing as well. It's the best out of all their flavors offered. Can't go wrong with ordering it. Crunchy, hot, slightly sweet and garlicky. Service: 5/5 stars. Greeted and seated quickly. Environment: 5/5 stars. Clean and plenty of space between tables. Bathroom is clean and tidy.

We ordered a large bun Bo hue, a large pho luc lac, fried rice with ribeye cooked medium level (as recommended), Bo luc lac with tomato flavored rice, and a chicken pho ap chao to share amongst 3 adults and 4 kids. Everything we ordered was delicious, tasty, and the portion size were very good and perfect for sharing. I was pleasantly surprised with the pho ap chao, it was really tasty and crispy and a dish I have not tried before. We really enjoyed everything but the Bo luc lac (shaken beef) was super tender and the beef was flavorful! This is a must try in my opinion! This restaurant is clean and tidy and has cute decors of bamboo hats hung from the ceiling and remind me of being back in Vietnam again. Staffs were attentive as customers entered. Plenty of parking spaces in the plaza. I will definitely come back here for everything I tried during my visit and to try more when in the area or on the way back from Santa Cruz. This will also be a great place to grab Togo for picnics or for hiking as well! My kids are already asking to come back to the restaurant after our first time there. So glad to know of another Vietnamese restaurant that has so many yummy dishes in SJ!

It's not outstanding, but it's definitely enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service ruined the experience. As soon as I sat down, I hadn't even had a chance to look through the whole menu before the server kept touching my shoulder and repeatedly pressured me to order. I found it very rude and uncomfortable because I really don't like strangers touching me. The older lady did it to everyone in our table, and she didn't seem to realize she was making our entire group uncomfortable, and it affected our whole dining experience. So, would I come back? Absolutely not. One visit was more than enough. I'm not willing to deal with that kind of pushy service again.
