After being disappointed in the bobas at the Tram in sunnyvale, I decided to give this location a try. I ordered the house milk tea with half sweet. It came with boba and grass jelly. I also ordered a thai milk tea half sweet, that came with boba, and I added grass jelly. It was so refreshing and the boba was lightly sweet and not bland like the sunnyvale location. The place was clean and inviting. It looked like a good spot to sit down and hang out. The staff was also very nice and the drinks were made quickly.

Egg coffee was ok but they really load these things up with ice to the point there's mostly ice instead of drink. The egg cream was tasty but it was almost near impossible to get to because of all of the ice. The coffee is strong though I got in maybe two sips for $6. I would recommend going elsewhere.

3.5 stars. Didn't try the food Service: one self-serve kiosk and also ordering available at the counter when there's a line. Kiosk recommended if you're unsure what you want because their printed menus don't have descriptions of the drinks. Self-serve water available. Ambiance: clean and well-lit. Tables nicely spaced out for comfort Ordered: White bear - 4/5 strong hojocha taste (a plus in my book). Slighty too sweet for me, but definitely good flavor Vietnamese white coffee (extra shot added) - 3/5 a bit sweet for my taste. Condensed milk lingers on your tongue

Spacious, clean, and comfortable café. I ordered online and picked up in person, the process was super easy and my order was ready right on time. I usually get the Vietnamese coffee, and it's my go-to at Tram, but I definitely want to try their other drinks. The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. Tons of parking.

This place is spacious and they have a kiosk to order your drinks or snacks. My absolute favorite is coconut coffee! It's the BEST! I have tried other drinks they have but nothing beats the coconut coffee. You can upgrade for few dollars more for a large! Tbh a large is huge that you can definitely share with another person! The service was fast and when your items are ready, they'll call your number.

This Tram Cream Coffee is the closest location to home so it's only natural to make my visits here more often than not. Drinks I've tried: *Egg Coffee *Coconut Avocado *Tiramisu Cream Latte *Coconut Coffee *Creamy Ha Noi *Lychee Tea *House Milk Tea *Ube Cream Coffee *Sesame Cream Coffee First things first, nothing compares to Tram's egg coffee!! That is the OG and nothing could ever reign more supreme than that IMO!! Coconut avocado is pretty top tier as well. Everything else is good or doable, depending on the item. With that being said, the house milk tea is doable but not recommended. I wouldn't come here to satisfy any kind of milk tea cravings when there is so much better elsewhere. Banh mi is good but I've had better banh trang tron. 3.5 stars for this Tram location.

Love the interior of the cafe, the music is a bit loud and I don't know if I could do work or study here but probably good for hanging out with friends. I got their egg coffee and haven't stopped thinking about it because of how well the coffee flavor was. It's not on the sweet side and the coffee is pretty strong. I did wait about 10 mins during a busy weekday afternoon for 2 of the egg coffee orders, but not too bad! Will be coming back :)

What I ordered: -Coconut coffee: very good and refreshing. I ordered it with 125% sugar and that was perfect. - Saigon coffee: very strong. Wished I added more condensed milk or increased sweetness level. -Calamari head: very good! Crispy and lots of fresh basil. Overall solid place if you want a sweet treat or snack.

Looooove their coffee! Today was my first time going into the store as my co worker has brought a drink to me in our office. They have an order ahead feature however I didn't see an option to make a drink less sweet which is a nice option to have. I arrived a little before 1pm on a Tuesday and it was moderately busy. They had a kiosk to order but I needed to ensure I had a drink made with less sugar so I approached counter to order. The lady was nice and patient and I asked if I could have a drink with less sugar and she said yes. I like that she helped me instead of having me go to the kiosk. I actually prefer the human interaction when ordering. I ordered a cream coffee and the sesame cream coffee less sweet. This is my second time having her cream coffee and I absolutely love it, it's strong yet just enough sweet at the same time and I really enjoy the coffee jelly pieces. It's something so new to me in a coffee drink and I love it. I want to definitely try their other coffee flavors! I recommend their business!

Food/Drinks: 3.5/5 I've had this place a couple of times from varying drinks like Egg Coffee to refreshing drinks like the Running Dragon and they are all pretty solid. Their drinks are a good size and is a good choice if you are in the area and want a quick refresher. However, there are better tasting ones out there. Service: 4.5/5 Most of the time you will not order through a person but rather through a kiosk, so there is little to no interaction. They are quick and efficient. Ambiance: 5/5 Great atmosphere to just sit down and sip on your drink while chatting with your friends. Beautiful space with comfortable seating and is a great spot to study and get work done.

Super happy to find out that Tram Cream Coffee opened a location that's a lot closer to the Milpitas area! Parking is a lot easier here than at their first location in Viet town. Their area is not as big, but still has plenty of tables and outlets if you want to study or chill here with friends/family. They have a self-ordering kiosk as well as people taking orders so the line usually goes by super fast but you do have to wait a bit for your drinks to come out. I do wish that their menus were a bit more descriptive, such as listing what's in the VIP drink, but the workers are very open to answering any questions! As for what I ordered, my go-to is always the Egg Coffee with Oat Milk (50¢ charge). Tram is known for adding a hefty amount of ice, but that's just because their Vietnamese Coffee is pretty concentrated and strong. To best enjoy the drink, it's good to wait a bit to let the ice melt! Tram's Egg Coffee is definitely a drink that you sip over time, but chug it if you need that quick caffeine energizer! As for the drink itself, I love how they already include coffee jelly as a topping to add that bit of sweetness to the drink. Their coffee is a lot more on the strong, bitter tasting end and it isn't as creamy as Lacaphe's egg coffee so it's a great option for people with no sweet tooth. I love my egg coffees on the creamy, sweet side so I have to admit that I like Lacaphe's more but Tram Cream Coffee is a close second! Definitely check out this new location!

Glad one opened near my friend's house! The plaza is busy though, with the Vietnamese supermarket next door. Parking can be tough during busy times. I usually get the egg coffee- comes with coffee, milk, egg cream and coffee jelly. Just a fair warning, the coffee amount is like 2 shots of espresso and they put half egg and some milk. You want the ice to melt. Otherwise, you can drink it all in 2 sips. Most other coffee shop dilute it more with a lot more milk and/or condense milk, and or water (Americano). I get it though, it's a very little amount for $7-8 ish. But it's damn good though! I also tried the coconut avocado. It was probably a 700 calories drink but it was tasty after a bowl of pho. I love this place. I just let it melt and drink it over 2 days. Still strong and tasty the next day.

The banh khot was warm and crunchy. I love when you can taste hints of coconut and when the garlic is suuuper strong lol The garlic noodles were alright tbh. The noodles were a little hard but the shrimp was cooked perfectly! They're definitely meant to be more of a takeout spot. They were pushing out party trays like crayyyy when we were there. Despite it being in a big lot, parking still took a while to find. Thankfully, we had thankfully just beat the lunch rush and not had to wait longer than 10 minutes for a table. My friend and I shared a Northern spread (Bun Cha Ha Noi) and a Southern style Goat Curry (Banh Mi Cari De). Service was definitely on the slower side that day, but thankfully we were proactive at getting the orders in. The Bun Cha Ha Noi was delicious - pretty much a DIY spring roll - all the fun, all the mess, with none of the clean up other than licking the plates clean. The pork belly was delicious; I was surprised how much I liked it, since I'm not a fan of pork. I devoured numerous rolls, and we also had some extra vermicelli to finish off the rest of the protein. This single meal was definitely more than enough for two! The Banh Mi Cari De (goat curry) was unfortunately quite the opposite. The goat was cooked very well - tough, gamy, and difficult to eat. There were probably six pieces in total, our first was tender, our second had bone, a little harder to chew, and the last was best compared to rubber. The curry was a bit watery, which made the banh mi soggy when dipped in. This was probably an adventurous try, but not a dish I'd ever consider ordering again.

It's a grilled tumeric fish dish that packs a ton of flavor, and you add noodles and herbs to make a delish spring roll (or in my case a fat burrito). If you can't find parking in that plaza, there's more parking across the road where the Target is. After spending about ten minutes on the written wait-list, our names were called. It's definitely a little easier communicating with much of the staff if you speak Vietnamese, and I find that waiting right outside the restaurant is best because they default to calling your name from the door once it's your turn. The interior is crammed with tables; the atmosphere feels busy and warm. There is a single room women's bathroom and men's bathroom in the back as well. The decor leans toward being classic more than trendy, which I liked. The menu is pretty big, offering a variety of items ranging from mainstream Vietnamese options to ones I don't encounter as often. I recommend eating family-style for many of these dishes, including the Bún Chả Cá Lã Vọng, which I enjoyed with my partner. The prices are pretty average, and their portions are generous. That said, they are cash or Zelle only. There is an ATM that you can use if you forget to bring cash, but this is still something to keep in mind. Overall, I can definitely see myself coming back. Everything we ordered was delicious, tasty, and the portion size were very good and perfect for sharing. I was pleasantly surprised with the pho ap chao, it was really tasty and crispy and a dish I have not tried before. We really enjoyed everything but the Bo luc lac (shaken beef) was super tender and the beef was flavorful! This is a must try in my opinion! This restaurant is clean and tidy and has cute decors of bamboo hats hung from the ceiling and remind me of being back in Vietnam again. Staffs were attentive as customers entered. Plenty of parking spaces in the plaza. I will definitely come back here for everything I tried during my visit and to try more when in the area or on the way back from Santa Cruz. This will also be a great place to grab Togo for picnics or for hiking as well! My kids are already asking to come back to the restaurant after our first time there. So glad to know of another Vietnamese restaurant that has so many yummy dishes in SJ!

The standout dish was the egg rolls. They arrived hot, golden brown, and perfectly crisp, with a satisfying crunch and a flavorful filling that made them the best part of the meal. The food, however, wasn't the reason for my rating. The restaurant's cleanliness left me concerned. I noticed cobwebs that appeared to have been hanging in place for a long time, along with dirt and grime collecting in corners throughout the dining room. Even the menus felt sticky, with a visible film of grease and small food particles still clinging to them. The faded print and worn condition made them look as though they hadn't been replaced in years. Those details created an impression of neglect that made it difficult to relax and enjoy the meal. With a thorough deep cleaning and some updated menus, this restaurant could create a much more welcoming dining experience. Until then, the cleanliness issues overshadow what was otherwise an average meal.
