I've heard a lot about Tram Coffee , but this was my first time visiting. I ordered the VIP Coffee and the Tropical Fruit Drink. My impression was that the coffee here is strong and flavorful , perfect when you're feeling sleepy because it wakes you up right away! That was one of the highlights for me. The Tropical Fruit Drink was also very enjoyable because it wasn't overly sweet. On a hot day, a drink like this is absolutely refreshing. The shop is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff are polite and friendly. There's plenty of parking, making it easy to find a spot, and they also have a drive-thru, which is very convenient for parents with babies like me.

Fast service, really great customer service and help ordering, and the drinks taste really nice! Somewhat on the expensive side but the drive thru is really convenient and they have a rewards program

    1. The drinks were well-crafted and refreshing! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes! The interior has nice decor and high ceilings! 3. The staff were friendly and timely with my order! It was ready after 10 mins! 4. There are both indoor and outdoor seatings! There are a lot of tables! 5. Parking lot has a lot of spot, but it can get crowded depending on time and day! Note: There is a restroom for customers! Photo: Strawberry Tea and Banafe

I Tried the banana matcha today and I really enjoyed it! Matcha taste was there and the banana cream wasn't too sweet, it was just right. I recommend you try this drink if you like matcha!

Finally got a chance to stop by tram. This review is being written after we have gone back a few times. They have many different options for coffee and a few for matcha, if that is what you are looking for. Staff is very friendly, had a nice conversation with them. We have tried a few of their coffees, and they are STRONG. So if you are not used to vietnamese coffee, be warned. They are all delicious, so you cant go wrong. Our go to matcha drink, is the matchahaya. The first time we got it, it was a bit icy and lacking in flavor. Since then, the drink has been perfect. Great matcha flavor, and not too sweet. Definitely a must try. The shop has plenty of seating if you want to work or do homework while you enjoy a nice drink.

Wednesday at 1:30pm is the time to go. We wanted a quiet spot to have coffee and for me to catch up on work. A few others in the place and us and we were literally on opposite corners of the shop. I had the coconut coffee cuz I'm thinking of DaNang right now and he tried the egg coffee, both iced. Not bad at all. Enjoyed the flavors and just enough ice so that I got to enjoy more than a few sips. I like the decor and color combo. Service was good and quick. WiFi info is on your receipt. Tables, chairs, window seatings were great and comfortable. Got some work done and enjoyed some coffee too.

Tram Cream Coffee is a franchise and has locations here in OC and Bay Area. This spot is conveniently located by many Vietnamese restaurants and businesses. I believe this spot used to be a Vietnamese restaurant before they went out of business. One of the things Tram Cream Coffee has done well is making Vietnamese coffee appealing for Gen Z and Alpha teenagers. Drinking: Hanoi cream coffee (3/5) was strong but did not have much flavor from the egg topping barely brushed on the sides of the cup. Service: (2/5): Probably one of the biggest areas of improvement Tram Cream needs help with. There is an order machine that is awkwardly placed in front by the cashier area and dining table. When I walked in there were two people waiting behind the machine and it malfunctioned. I was trying to find a place to stand or ask for assistance but there was no clear marker/person yet. It wasn't long until an employee came to the cashier and supported the customers. Ambiance: (3/5) the menu is quite extensive with a range of fruit teas, banh mi, appetizers, and coffee drinks. There are several young people siting on their laptops and working. It wasn't too loud and didn't see any games or activities for families. This place wasn't quite for me, but I can see it appeals to others.

Drinks: 5/5 I ordered the White Bear (Hojicha Tea and coffee based on another reviewer) and the flavor tasted really good. The drinks also came out in a timely manner, which made the visit smooth and easy. Customer Service: 5/5 There's a self-ordering kiosk, making the ordering process quick and convenient. Location & Parking: 4/5 Parking isn't too bad during the day, but the plaza is usually busy, so it may take a little patience depending on when you go. Ambiance: 4/5 The café has a trendy Vietnamese coffee shop vibe with plenty of indoor tables. It is a bit loud, but still comfortable enough to hear each other while talking.

Discovered a fun new coffee shop with a variety of drinks and unique Vietnamese snacks! Plenty of parking in the lot of the shopping plaza. The cafe itself is pretty spacious with a decent amount of tables. I enjoyed their Matchahaya which is an ice-blended matcha mix with Tram's signature cream. It's icy and refreshing. I also like their Tropical Fruit Tea, which comes in a HUGE cup! It has Jasmine and Oolong tea, fresh fruit, pineapple and mango jam, and rainbow jelly. There's a lot going on in this drink, but if you don't mind a drink with toppings, then this one's for you! Tram also has a variety of Vietnamese coffee drinks. They have everything from cream coffees to egg coffees and more. All of their coffees are phin-filtered. One thing that stood out to me was their food items! I haven't seen Rice Paper or Corn Sticky Rice dishes on a coffee shop menu before! It was my first time having both. The Vietnamese Mixed Rice Paper dish has mixed rice paper with beef jerky, dried shrimp, quail egg, mango, and Vietnamese coriander. The Corn Sticky Rice has corn mixed and covered with mung beans and topped with fried onions. It comes with a packet of sugar on the side. I really like their Crispy Fried Soft Tofu! Tram serves banh mi sandwiches as well, so it's a great spot for going any time of the day.

Tram Cream Coffee is officially a must-stop for us whenever we're in the Westminster area. We ordered the tropical fruit tea and the avocado coconut drink, and both were absolutely refreshing. The tropical fruit tea was vibrant and perfectly balanced -- lightly sweet with fresh fruit pieces that made every sip feel bright and satisfying. The avocado coconut drink was smooth, creamy, and rich without being overly heavy. It's the kind of drink that feels indulgent but still refreshing at the same time. Beyond the drinks, the shop itself is really nice. The interior is clean and inviting with a modern aesthetic, and they also have outdoor seating, which is great when the weather is nice. It's a comfortable spot to hang out, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a quality drink. Every time we're in Westminster, grabbing Tram Coffee is non-negotiable.

Matcha is okay- tastes like starbucks matcha. coffee was amazing! self order kiosk or at the front.

Convenient drive thru and strong Viet coffee. Parking can be difficult though but manageable. Cream Coffee comes with jelly bits and with requesting it less sweet, it was perfect and not overly sweet. Coffee cream on top was light and pairs well with strong undertones of the Viet coffee

VIP iced coffee for almost $9 dollars. Very tasty coffee but pricey

They've been consistently amazing ever since they opened, and somehow they've only gotten better over time. I honestly enjoy just about every drink on their menu, especially their seasonal specials. My all-time favorite has to be their 2026 Spring Earl Grey Matcha. I was getting it almost every week, and I was genuinely sad when they switched over to their summer menu. Thankfully, they kept the Mango Sticky Rice Matcha, because wow... what a flavor explosion. It's easily one of the best matcha drinks I've ever had, and my friend and I keep coming back just for it. I know it sounds a little adventurous, because it did to me, but when I tried it, it genuinely changed my life (kidding). If mango isn't your thing, I highly recommend either the Double Matcha or the Banana Matcha. The Double Matcha is perfect if you love a strong matcha flavor; you can really taste the quality of the matcha they use. As for the Banana Matcha, I normally don't gravitate toward banana drinks, but SIP completely changed my mind. They use what tastes like a banana pudding instead of artificial banana flavoring, and it blends so smoothly with the matcha that every sip feels balanced and indulgent. The café itself is just as charming as the drinks. The wood paneling gives the space a cozy, retro vibe that makes you want to stay a while, and the staff is always incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming.

Now the MATCHA I looooved their matcha with the Earl Grey foam top. OMG... it was phenomenal!! The matcha was earthy, umami, and so well balanced, and the hint of Earl Grey in the foam complemented it perfectly without overpowering the matcha. Such a good combination! I will 100% be coming back for this one!

Their cookies are absolutely massive and they are incredibly thick, dense, and heavy. The outside has a nice crispness, but the center is pure gooey perfection. They are so rich and packed with chocolate that you honestly need to break them into quarters to share, or just save the rest for later. We got the chocolate chip cookie and s'mores. Their best seller is definitely the chocolate chip. To wash it down, their Vietnamese Coffee is a must. It is strong, bold, and has that perfect sweet, condensed milk punch that hits just right. It pairs perfectly with how rich the cookies are. The spot is just a quick grab-and-go setup, and the line moves fast. Just make sure to get there on the earlier side because their popular stuff definitely sells out later in the day.

I purchased two incredible cookies based on the suggestion of the lady running the cart. I selected the Sea Salt Chocolate Chip cookie and the Cookies and Cream cookie (not pictured). They were a similar size of a muffin and they were so good! The cart was only there during the Food and Wine Festival so I'm glad I was able to try them out. If I'm ever in California anytime soon, I'll try to stop by and grab more cookies.

I've been here a couple times before and the service has always been really good and fast each time. Fortunately, this time was not any different :) Everything we ordered was plated so beautifully and tasted amazing. Additionally, each dish was only $10-$12 because of happy hour! My personal favorites were the banh mi chao, chicken wings, and seafood ceviche. It's obvious they put a lot of effort in these dishes in terms of presentation and flavor. The restaurant itself is also so beautiful and is a good reflection on the amount of effort they put in creating a good experience for customers. I will go again and order the exact same dishes haha.

It wasn't that busy yet but after a few minutes, large group of people started showing up. We did have a reservation prior. The cafe is really nice, pretty big and spacious. All of the staff are really nice. We ordered 3 appetizers and 1 main dish to share. I love getting their cloud matcha latte, it has this sweet and salty earthy taste that I love. My bf got the marble coffee, he said it was pretty good as well. Then we had calamari, spicy wontons and THE DAO. Calamari was plentiful in serving, comes with a sauce and I really liked their sauce, it has citrusy taste. The spicy wontons are a crowd favorite as well for me. It definitely puts it on the top spot of spicy wontons I've tried from other spots. THE DAO (yes, it needed the caps lock on the name), this is my top appetizer from this cafe. The first time I tried it, I was craving it for a while. Some people might say it's a simple appetizer, but for me it's the taste and flavor that put it on the top spot. For the main dish we had Xo Chien, it's a crispy rice with pork floss, egg, chinese sausage. It's a delightful dish, and the flavor and texture is pretty nice as well. My bf loves this dish. Definitely recommend going here for a brunch. Can't wait to come back and try their menu for lunch and dinner.
