Tram Cream Coffee is the latest edition to the sprawling Vietnamese coffee scene located the Westminster/Garden Grove area. I finally got the chance to stop by after they had their grand opening last month. The store had a modern/clean aesthetic with plenty of tables to sit and study/work or grab coffee/food with family and friends. Service was friendly and quick. I ordered the Egg Coffee and croissant with egg cream filling. First off, if you're a fan of stronger Vietnamese coffee, then this drink is for you. There's a good, strong coffee taste which is offset well with the fat from the egg cream. As for the croissant, it was pretty standard but the egg cream really elevates it. Outside of that, this place also offers Vietnamese sandwiches and snacks which I will have to try the next time I find myself in the area. read more

Pretty legit coffee. We got egg coffee and white bear. The coffee was bold and rich. I got it less sweet which was perfect since I am not a sweet tooth. Hubby got white bear which is a mix of Hojicha tea and coffee. It had a good balance without overpowering one another. They do put more ice than other places I've tried which is why I took off a star. We ordered from the kiosk and the drinks and fries came out pretty quick. Fries were nothing special. read more

Extremely overpriced and the service was abysmal. Took over 20mins for the popcorn chicken which tasted terrible, while the drink was made fast and sitting on the counter the entire time but they didn't call our number to let us take the drink while waiting. The ham and Swiss croissant looks like a 7 year old made it. The cheese wasn't even melted. The drink (tropical tea) was so so, absolutely not worth $9 before tax. It was made first and super watered down by the time they handed it to us. It's crushed ice so it melts faster, and though VERY LIGHT ICE was acknowledged, more than a quarter of the cup was filled with ice. This place is grossly overpriced, quality of food is laughable, and the efficiency + service... oh boy. On top of that, there's no trash can inside of the place, only one outdoor in the patio space. First things the place just opened yesterday and I must say it's beautiful, the staff is friendly and getting a hang of things. They have drive thru and walk in so be patient considering how many orders are coming in. I absolutely love the way they decorated the inside with benches and pillows, as well as chairs at the tables; this is perfect for large groups and small! The food menu looks delicious with banh mi and other small bites. We chose to start with the tiramisu cream latte and the Ube cream coffee and I must say both were delicious in their own. The tiramisu is sweeter and more of a dessert coffee and the Ube is more traditional Vietnamese coffee which I personally love! I definitely recommend trying before it gets even more popular and crowded. read more

I was really excited to try this place because i've been seeing it on social media & they've been popping up locations like crazy however it did not hit the mark for me, not even close. I always enjoy trying out new coffee spots, especially in OC since one opens up every week but dang, this place was such a disappointment. Beautiful store, nice large menu however - we ordered fries, was told its not ready, ordered a croissant, was told its not ready - so why is it on the menu? The guy told me only a few items are ready for order, so i think a sign on the menu would've been nice. I don't even know if theyre still in soft opening? no sign whatsoever. we got 4 drinks & 2 popcorn chickens - around $50!!! THAT'S HELLA STEEP even in this economy. My friend got the creamy hanoi and she did not like it whatsoever, and she loves coffee. My husband got the VIP, took one sip and was done. I got the lychee tea and while it was good, it had a strange very concentrated taste to it and my other friend got the strawberry tea & he said it was alright. Basically threw away 2 drinks & 2 alright drinks for $50 **cue the tears** Popcorn chicken was good but dangggg they give sooooo little, not worth $9 a box. Will definitely not be back. read more

Nothing beats the vibrancy and community of Little Saigon, and this café + opening event captured it perfectly. Nice and big spacious store with easy parking. Easy self-service kiosk and quite quick turnaround. Nice & friendly staff. A perfect place to work or just to chill, relax over conversations with friends or family members over easy decor. They do have both variety drinks and snacks. Such a disappointment today. This spot has been my weekly go to whenever I crave a tropical fruit drink, and the portions are usually great. Unfortunately, whoever made my drink today filled the cup with about 80% ice. Because I order this so often, the lack of consistency was really obvious, the flavor was totally diluted and I only got about three sips of actual juice before it was gone. I really love supporting this place as a regular, but paying full price for a cup of ice feels like a letdown. I'm definitely going to think twice before coming back. read more

The drinks were a bit pricey for the size. A small matcha latte was $7.50 (and they didn't have almond milk, which was a little surprising for a coffee shop), and the egg coffee was $6.50. It wasn't a big deal since we wanted to try a new spot, but I did wish the $6.50 drink wasn't mostly a cup full of chunky ice. That said, the space itself is nice and comfortable. read more

2ng coffee place of the day. Looks nice and bright on the inside with lots of seatings. We got the cream coffee and the creamy HaNoi. Got them both in a small, and about $7 each. First thought, cut little cup that fits perfectly in my hands, but dang $7 is kinda steep for the amount of coffee we got. There was so much ice in both cups it was hard to mix or shake. And my husband was done with his coffee in about 5 sips. However, I will say though, the coffee flavor itself is pretty good. I like the coffee grass jelly like jello in my cream coffee. Overall I might come back bc it's so close to my house but maybe fix your ice to coffee ratio a little bit. read more

I went through the drive-thru at noon and there was no line. They had a little trouble hearing me at the speaker, so I basically had to yell for them to understand me. I ordered a large coconut coffee ($8.50). After paying at the window, I ended up waiting a surprising seven minutes for them to make my drink. Tram still has my favorite coconut coffee. The coffee is strong at first, but once it sits and the coconut melts in, the bold Vietnamese coffee blends with the coconut perfectly. It's a combination that keeps me coming back. read more

Been a fan of Tram Coffee locations. The coffee is so good and I really like a strong and delicious vietnamese style coffee. I usually get the cream coffee and my husband gets the saigon coffee which is the traditional vietnamese coffee. Serivce was fast, able to order via mobile and drive through the drive through quick and with ease. The staff who helped us was very friendly. This location is a lot bigger in compared to the other location in Garden Grove and in a larger plaza as well so parking isn't as difficult to find. Excited about this new location as it is even closely located near and there's a drive thru as well. How convenient! Come try their coffees! read more

They have so many tables and outlets available to charge. It's also so bright inside with a lot of natural light coming in The drinks are also soooo delicious and will definitely give you the energy. I'm usually a "not-so-strong" coffee type of person, but their coffees are very flavor. The ube cream coffee was super strong, but the ube cream definitely made it more bearable for me, but if you LOVE strong coffee this is for you. I used to love this place because it's near home but NO LONGER after tonight. This place is a SCAMMMM!!! I paid $9 for this drink and they don't even fill it to the top, ice is filled half way. This is not how you do business. And to the cashier with hot pink hair that helped me at drive through. You need to stop being rude!!!' I love vietnamese coffee. I been drinking it since i was a kid, literally. I gave this place a go simply bcuz I wanted to support the vietnamese tik toker. However, this coffee taste bitter. I even tried to add more milk to it and make it more enjoyable...I just cant get pass the bitterness. Also there are so many coffee/boba place in the area that the price seems a bit steep. I live nearby and wanted to try this newish location and I have to say, their tiramisu iced coffee was AMAZING! I just wish they offered a bigger size, though their large was a general large, just because it was so delicious I wanted more lol between purchasing it and going across the street to pick up some food, my tiramisu coffee never stood a chance to make it home. I was so sad. I didn't realize how fast I was drinking it. It does run on the sweeter side but the coffee is still rich and can be tasted. They conveniently have a drive-thru and I'd say service was pretty fast. I haven't gone inside yet but I can say the staff is very kind and respectful. I wish I took a picture of my drink to show you guys but I honestly wasn't planning on writing a review. The pleasurable taste alone made me want to share this experience with you. I was seeing posts on social media about the grand opening and I was able to attend! It was festive with a DJ , raffles and spin the wheel prizes. I ended up ordering the egg coffee and matcha latte...both were very good but my only issue is the amount of ice, it was at least half full of ice if not more! I kept my egg coffee for the next day and it was so diluted by the time I drank it. Definitely loss a star for that. I came back today for another try, I got the tiramisu cream latte which was sweeter(in a good way) and pretty tasty but again SO MUCH ICE. Service for the most part was friendly and helpful, but there was one staff member that was quite unfriendly and curt, borderline rude...perhaps a long day, I'll give her the benefit of the doubt since the majority of the employees were very nice. read more

Service is lackluster. First visit to this place. I ordered a Medium drink off the laminated menu on the counter along with another item. My receipt showed my drink was Small, so I mentioned it to the girl who just took my order that I asked for a Medium sized one. She replied, "We don't have medium. Only small and large." I was miffed at the quick explanation.. Why wasn't this mentioned 60 seconds ago? The annoying part is moments later I noticed the updated menu on the wall monitor showed the Large drink at the same price as a Medium on the paper menu. The sizes jump from Small to Large with nothing in between. No offer to correct the order or upsize the drink for the misunderstanding. This is what you can do next time: 1. Speak up and let the customer know when they ask for an item that no longer exists. And 2. Let the customer know you've updated the menu and the drink will be a Large at the same price. (To the unsuspecting this comes off as a pleasant surprise. Who doesn't love a free upgrade?!) read more

We came here around 11a on a Saturday! We did drive thru and it didn't take that long for our two drinks to come out. We got the ube coffee and the hanoi coffee with egg cream. The hanoi coffee was super bitter. You can barely taste the egg cream. Even after it was melted for a bit, the coffee was still super bitter and you can't taste the egg cream. The ube cream coffee was better. You could taste the ube and the balance between bitter coffee and sweet cream was great! Overall, I feel like there's better coffee places to go in this area. read more

I placed an order for 10 coffees: 5 with no ice! When the courier got there; they could not find my order; then I have to call the store to make sure they get my order since they had charged my credit card already. when the coffee arrive, all 10 coffee have ice. I called the store to complain. They said they said their label machine was not working so they match up the order with the Uber and they don't see anywhere as a no ice. I have attached my receipt that show special instruction no ice. Last Friday, I placed another order via DoorDash my order got canceled within 15 minutes for the reason that the store was closed at that time. Considering that this place has many prior locations, I would think that this place knows what it's doing in terms of how a businesses ran. When I went, this place was not as busy and I got my drinks immediately. The cafe was clean and had outlets if someone wanted to study here. They did have some unique drinks that I enjoyed such as Kombucha Sunrise, Coconut Avocado, Yogurt Bliss, Jasmine Longan Tea. The Matcha was okay to me. I think the most unique item that they have is the yogurt bliss, which taste like a Vietnamese yogurt topped with a variety of chopped fruit, which was a nice treat after a meal. read more

Stopped by during their BOGO banana matcha promo, and even then the drink came out to $8. Honestly, I wouldn't pay that price again, the cup was pretty small and nothing about it stood out. The banana cream tasted artificial, and the matcha didn't seem fresh. For the size and quality, it really should be closer to $7. My boyfriend doesn't enjoy sweets as much as I do so that garlic bread was good for it. The croissants were really flakey and flavorful. I enjoyed the bread. For the macarons I was given a third one as a thanks for all the items I orders and I liked all 3. Yum! Wish I could come back to support the business, especially with their incredible coffee, but I was told that they will be closing on 7/31/26. I'm so sad I didn't discover them sooner. Ordering was quick and easy through the self-service kiosk, and my drink was made exactly to my custom preferences. I ordered the Special House Milk Tea in a small size, and it was delicious. The flavor was rich and well-balanced, with a stronger tea taste than milk, which I personally enjoyed. It tasted fresh and flavorful without being overly sweet. One tip: go for the large size. It is only $1 more than the small, but you get nearly double the amount, making it an excellent value. In addition to coffee and boba, they also offer a selection of Vietnamese snacks, which is a nice bonus if you want something to pair with your drink. Another convenient feature is that they have a drive-thru, which is perfect when you're in a hurry. Overall, this is a fantastic new spot for coffee and boba lovers. I strongly do not recommend Tam Cream Coffee. Within minutes of sitting inside, I got two mosquito bites. This place has the same mosquito problem as Phuc Long, and it's completely unacceptable for a brand-new café. Management clearly hasn't done anything about it, and until they bring in proper mosquito control, this place is not worth stepping into. On top of that, the coffee is overpriced at over $6 for a small cup, when other nearby spots give you a bigger cup for about $5. If there wasn't a BOGO deal though, I'm not sure if I like it enough to pay $8 for one cup. Unfortunately, I have to give a lower rating compared to my last review because of the service this time around. Although my order came out quickly (granted I was the only person ordering at the time), the service was rather dismissive. The girl who took my order seemed so... done(?) I had asked her a few questions and, for some reason, she didnt know how to respond or just seemed so unwilling to answer. I asked her if the BOGO deal was still going on (she answered yes), and then proceeded to ask her if she could recommend getting the avocado coco pudding or the mango coco pudding. With this question she just stared at me and seemed annoyed? flustered? unsure? So with that, I just asked if I could get one avocado and and one mango for the BOGO to which she replied with a "Yes, they're BOGO." ‍ Then she walked away to make the items while I was paying, and I stood there waiting for my receipt. Others started walking in and lining up behind me while I was waiting to ask for my receipt. I heard the staff member utter something like "standing there/staring" and I wasnt quite sure if she was talking about me or the owner(?) who was apparently on the side talking to others. Once I got my order and receipt, I said "Thank you" and she just walked away. The owner(?) began taking the orders of the customers who came in after me. Maybe the worker was having a rough day, but the overall interaction somewhat rubbed me the wrong way :(

This time I came to get original purple rice yogurt and the new blueberry yogurt mochi milk. The original purple rice yogurt was really good! It has purple rice in it and tea jelly. If you like texture and chewing on something while drinking on a sweet and tart drink, then I would definitely recommend this! As for the blueberry yogurt mochi milk. It was good, but basically just tasted like yoplait blueberry yogurt. There wasn't anything that stood out about this drink. Because it had the name mochi in it, I assumed that there would be more mochi in the drink, but instead it was mostly just blueberry yogurt smoothie. In addition, for the purple rice yogurt, in the description, it mentioned smoothie, but in the blueberry yogurt drink, it did not have any mention of smoothie so I assumed it was just blueberry milk with mochi. However, it is in fact a smoothie. Lastly, I wish they had an option for 70% sugar as opposed to just 100% 50% 25% and 0% sugar level.

I came in to just get a drink and somehow ended up with a bucket It was massive and had tons of different jelly, boba and panna cotta. The liter lasted me nearly 3 days. The unsweetened version of the Thai green tea and the classic milk was so good - I'm glad they let us try it. The 0% sweetened was perfect so I couldn't imagine 100% sweetened. Anyway MUST TRY. So cute and so unique.

The ube and coconut complemented each other well without either flavor being too overpowering. My only disappointment was that they don't offer a decaf option. The Matcha Soufflé Pancake took a little while to prepare, which is expected for soufflé pancakes. The pancakes were a little more moist than I personally prefer, but likely because I took it to-go. The mango purée was easily my favorite part, I honestly could have eaten it by itself. Combined with the foam and the subtle matcha flavor, everything came together nicely without being overly sweet. Overall, it's a good spot if you're looking for a café with unique drinks and desserts. I'd like to dine in next time I go!

I think it's quite hard to stand out in the OC matcha scene, and I don't think Taty's is exceptional to me. What I think you should get if you come here is the Banh Mi Que. These are mini baguettes stuffed with spicy sauce, pate, and pork floss. They come warm, and are extremely flavorful.
