You can dive face first into it like a sandwich the way Stephen does, or you can tear off pieces of bread with individual pieces of meat, add a little onion, and dip. We had seen this on so many travel videos but could never find a place to try it, so we're thrilled we have a local spot now and it's even better than we imagined! The Gyros are done so well here too. They use all halal meat, and the portions are huge. We also shared a meze platter with hummus, falafel, dolma, and spanikopita which was super fresh and delicious. They're located right across from the beach in Pacific Beach, and on a hot humid day, their watermelon slush is essential. All natural fruit! The day was a mix of clouds and sun so it ended up still being nice weather . The drive out there was not that crowded so that was a good thing. The olive feta appetizer plate came out first and it had fresh pita bread with it. The gyros plate came out shortly after and it had large slices of gyros meat, Greek salad, and buttered rice.
