We were visiting St. George for a quick trip and found ourselves hungry on a Saturday night scrolling through Yelp looking for something healthy and not too expensive. Once I saw the menu at twisted noodle I knew I needed to come here. There were so many options that all sounded so amazing I was thrilled to see it was still open! I enjoyed a spicy Greek wrap with a side salad and it was very delicious! The wrap was a perfect portion and the side salad was included making it a well rounded meal for a VERY affordable price. I was able to choose my tortilla flavor and dressing flavor. They even had two different types of infused flavored waters to choose from! While eating I saw they had a flyer for a meal prep program; if I lived here I would definitely consider subscribing, especially on those long weeks where I know cooking delicious and healthy meals won't be a priority. The cashier had no idea what he was doing as he kept asking his mom for help. this place was recommended by a friend and I was very disappointed. Don't let the name fool you. I thought they served Pha or Ramen in the restaurant. It was the last meal with my son before I dropped him off to college and he said to me "mom I've never seen you disappointed about a meal before, and this is the memory we have for our last meal" I left the food on the table and didn't eat it. This place is a solid 3 stars. I ordered one of the bowls and it was just quinoa and and chicken, tortilla chips, cheese and some guacamole. There were literally maybe ten beans and some shredded carrots. I was expecting more veggies. Maybe I ordered wrong - next time I'll get the salad! My husband got the burger and he thought it was good! We are visiting from CO and overall, disappointed/surprised Utah has ended the mask mandate. None of the employees were wearing masks. I was so excited to try this place and super hopeful I loved it so that I could get the meals to go for week day lunches. Took my husband and daughter there on a Friday afternoon and ordered. Wasn't busy, kinda outdated, but my favorite places are complete dives. I ordered the sw bowl, husband order teriyaki bowl and daughter the Alfredo. Everything came out relatively quickly and nice and hot! Which is hard to find if we are being honest. Everything looked really good, but wow...the amount of lemon or lime in my bowl was so overwhelming I couldn't taste anything else. I tried to power through but couldn't even eat 1/4 of it. And then I got the sweet sore on my tongue from the lemon. That's always fun. Husbands teriyaki bowl was so overly sweet and swimming in the sauce that my husband who will eat anything was not going to finish it. But, my daughters penne Alfredo was fantastic. But the website wouldn't let me access my subscription after two weeks, and they continued to charge me despite my not having made any changes or submitting a new order. Then they refused to respond when I asked for a refund. They have not returned my calls and they refuse to put the money back on my card, even though I drove in to town and asked for them to do so. It's too bad that they can't see that by not refunding my money, I won't be coming back. They will lose more money down the road. In addition, I ordered "grilled" chicken for some protein. I had it delivered and when it arrived, the odor of garlic was intense. I like garlic but it was too much. Maybe they were trying to make up for the lack of chicken, artichoke, and spinach by adding copious amounts of garlic. The few artichoke bites I found were really good, but there were very few. There was almost no spinach. And the couple of cubes of chicken were super chewy and definitely not fresh. They tasted like they'd come from a grocery store freezer. The staff was extremely friendly, the place was busy, but not packed, and the walls were extremely bright. The thing that sold me on this restaurant was the option of zucchini noodles! So awesome to have a healthy place to eat in St George! You order at the counter, get a number, then they bring your food out to you. We haven't waited more than 10 minutes for food. Every time we come here, my boyfriend gets the Asian noodle bowl. It's a good portion. You can pick between white or wheat noodles or zucchini noodles. It has chicken, edamame, carrots and more goodness. It's semi sweet, not spicy at all. His fav! I mix it up, I've gotten the SW bowl before.. Which was really good.. A lot of quinoa and avocado.. How can you go wrong. Today I got an Asian sesame wrap which was also really good! It was a little dry in the beginning until I got to the juicy chicken! I just put a little sirracha on it and bam amazing. It came with a side of soup which today was chicken chili. It was just ok, kinda luke warm so I'll probably skip that next time. Can I just say..
