I had an hour between flights and stumbled upon this burger place. I was hesitant at first because I'm pretty picky about hamburgers. When I was ordering they asked how I well I wanted the meat cooked, which was kinda surprising considering it's airport food. I waited maybe 5 minutes and it was ready. This hamburger was probably one of the best I've have in a while. Cooked perfectly with cheese, bacon, lettuce and tomato. Dropped in for a quick lunch before my flight back home. This was a 2-hour layover for me. It was an okay experience. They had a quick turn-around time with getting food out of the kitchen. The one thing that was a really big turn off for me was the cashier stepping out from behind the counter to watch you put in the tips percentage or whatever you want to put in at check out. I watched her not go back behind the counter until people put in a tip. It was so uncomfortable, and it made me not want to leave any tips, especially since I was literally grabbing my own food at the pick-up counter, and I went up to the line to place my order. Of course, I left a tip in, but that was just really uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. It honestly felt like there would be consequences if you didn't leave a desired tip. I got the western burger with a side of onion rings and extra jalapenos. It was actually quite good, especially if they had given me more jalapenos. The onion rings were crunchy, just how I like it. I also ordered a fountain drink, which you can fill up yourself at the drink dispenser to the left of the cashier. The restaurant has a fairly roomy dining area with several tables and chairs along with a bar with stools. There was a lot of customers in there when I came in, but there was always room at the bar with a lot of people going in and out fairly fast. They also have several TVs where you can watch any sports channel you wish. It was a real pub-like atmosphere. Overall, an okay experience. AMAZING burgers . I had the Lots-a-shroom with a turkey patty, my husband had the Freedom Melt (beef patty with fresh onion rings and brisket). The sign says up to eight minutes, but our food is ready in about 5. We had plenty of time to eat and enjoy so time was not a factor for us. The fries were even cooked fresh! The price was a little high, airport food usually is, but it was so worth it. My husband is heading this way again in 2 weeks and has already said that this is a planned lunch stop. read more

My girlfriend and I stopped here during our layover. The vagabond burger is a veggie burger made in house with sriracha, pickled red onions, and avocado toppings. The toppings with the burger worked really well together! The burger was delicious as is and the fries had the perfect amount of salt. This was the worst food my family and I tried at the airport; the service was terrible. The burgers didn't come with fries, I don't mind paying for food, but this time it wasn't worth it. My husband ordered a club sandwich but was served fried chicken with bacon--it looked like a burger. My son ordered a "Ranch burger" that had no ranch dressing and looked completely unappetizing, and the fries were horrible and tasteless. It is a busy Saturday at the airport so I do understand things not being perfect. It was a little after 5 pm and the food smelled good from outside but that was the best thing about this experience. The grab and go classic burger tasted like it had been sitting there for a long time. The bottom bun was dried out and stale tasting from sitting on the warmer, the top bun was squishy - but not in a fresh way - the burger itself lacked seasoning of any kind. I got a fountain drink and my first three selections were out of syrup. The only words from the staff working the register was "credit or debit?". All of the open tables were dirty and there was no one cleaning any of them between guests. I saw multiple people at other tables taking orders back that were incorrect.
