Great cornmeal crust. Excellent toppings selection. Staff is friendly and efficient. The space can get a little cramped in their when it's really busy so it's better as a delivery spot or stop by during lunch, but pay attention when they have "family" events because then it's tougher to find a seat. For specialty pizzas, gluten-free or vegan, expect to pay a premium, which is annoying. However, it's still one of my favorite spots nearby. read more

Two Boots is my absolute favorite pizza joint in Park Slope, and I think I've been to every single one of them! Their prices are great, the choice of spicy vs. non spicy sauce is cool for kids, they make small pies, deliver quickly, eating in is like being in an old school brooklyn pizzeria and it's the only pizza that I actually eat the crust!! I ordered a pie tonight and the delivery was quick and the price was right. No more $20 pies from the other place on 5th Avenue! So good, wish I could give it more than 5 stars. I've also been there early for a kids' party and the partygoers seemed happy and occupied. It was an interesting and fun party plan. read more

I recently discovered that TWO BOOTS has gluten free Pizza. you MUST try the BIRD. IT is a white gluten free pizza with a thin crisp crust covered with Buffalo chicken, scallions and Jalapeño peppers. Indescribably delicious. I also get their caesar salad because the dressing is home made and you can taste the fresh anchovies and garlic. I'm sure they have many good dishes -- but after trying this pizza -- well , its addictive. I always get the same one :-) read more

Ordered delivery from here and had an awful experience. First, the two small pizzas we ordered arrived 35 minutes late. Then, one of them was the completely wrong order. It took me calling them five different times, over an hour and a half, to have someone FINALLY decide to make a new pizza and send it for delivery. The third person I spoke with even had the audacity to question whether I was sure it wasn't the correct order (um, yes.....I'm lactose intolerant and once he finally bothered to take a look at the order, it clearly said no cheese). Food was good once it finally arrived, but the horrible custom service left a bad taste in my mouth that overpowered everything else. read more

Two boots has changed and declined so much that I don't even call it a rest place anymore. It used to be amazing. when they moved I really thought they were going to up their menu or make some changes because It was always packed. It's always been kid friendly but now it's just a kindergarten for tired babysitters or parents that are questioning why they brought children into this world. Unless you're tired and have a bunch of kids that you want to fill up with bad pizza, you found your Haven. All of the Poe boys and delicious cajun dishes are gone, and they only have mediocre expensive pizza that should be illegal to serve in NYC. read more

Though we love the pizza for take-out, my review is for their birthday parties. We had my daughter's fifth birthday party there and it was amazing. The man who hosted - I apologize, his name escapes me in the midst of bday party madness- was SO kind and accommodating. He made us feel right at home. Parties happen before the store opens so we had the run of the restaurant and we were allowed to hang up decorations. He taught the kids how to make their own pizzas in a very patient, hands-on, kid-friendly way. It's very reasonably priced- $16 per child for make-your-own pizzas and then you just order food for the adults. Especially if you don't have a ton of kids coming, it was the most reasonable option in the neighborhood. Plus, of course- delicious food! I'd highly recommend for a bday party! The kids and adults had a great time and there was plenty of space for us. read more

I have recently hosted my daughter's 7th birthday party and it was a blast! The staff was amazing and the "make your own pizza" birthday package is very reasonably priced. Pizza was really delicious and parents enjoyed some wine, which the place now offers. I also separately booked a magician to stop by and do a magic show for the kids. Two Boots was very accommodating in letting us use the back of the restaurant for the show while they cleaned up out front in preparation for a birthday cake. Thank you, Two Boots! Nope. Used to be good. Not anymore Our pizza arrived cold. Not a little, completely. In addition, it tastes pretty terrible. Not bad, just like nothing. Terrible for $40. Came in here the other night with my GF and we had a real chill time. The pizza choices are very unique and tasty. Tried the Newman(sausage, other Italian meats, and white pizza) which was awesome and then the funkmaster ( more veggie and red sauce ) which was even better. Each piece of pizza was so different and it was a nice contrast. The crust is soft and thin. The decor is funky and vibrant. Lots of seating in the front and back and has a bar space too. read more

7/20/17 I ordered a salad that was served as a slime mush- a gross green mess. I requested a fresh new salad, then observed the man behind the bar using one glove and both hands- he literally sorted through the same salad I returned leaf by leaf. Then he served it to me again! Disgusting/ so gross. He was obviously less than thrilled and did not even attempt to correct the issue. Two boots failed. read more

The 2nd Street location has been closed for awhile. (and nothing has come to the space which is kind of a bummer) The old Terrior/Great Lakes space is not Two Boots and I think they have been smart in just having pizza. The pizza is a little pricey compared to other places but other places do not have the Tony Clifton. Fun to see another addition to restaurant row between Garfield and First. read more

A nice, affordable, tasty place to grab a casual slice. They can have a bit of a limited selection at lunch, but their slices are tasty, so I have no complaints. (Grandma Bess and The Bird are my favorites, but they don't always have them ready.) I wish they had a better process for alerting you when your slices are done rather than standing at the counter and hollering what's in your order, but when you can grab a generous two-slice lunch (with free soda) for under $10, what's to complain about? read more

As a pizza lover turned vegan it is so hard to find good vegan pizza. However, this place does it right. The dough tastes like traditional NY pizza and the cheese doesn't taste soapy like most vegan cheeses. You can also get it without the cheese if you prefer. Definitely the best vegan pizza I've had in NYC. So happy they're in Brooklyn too! And I love that they can customize their pizzas (so we can get something that works for my significant other who is vegan *and* has food allergies). And it's still 100% delicious. Delivery doesn't take toooo long and they're always friendly. Only slight downside? It is not super cheap ($20 feels like a lot to spend on medium that is 6 slices of pizza?, even extremely delicious ones - but this may be because I am not well acquainted with pizza prices these days?), but it's probably good that that's the case since otherwise I would eat pizza for every meal. read more

Oh my! The vegan pizza is so good. It is thin and the crust is wonderful. I can only say the way the pizza is constructed is pretty darn good - not a lot of vegan cheese (because it's not that great), a squirt of pesto here and there, a splash of what seems to be red pepper sauce, slices of onion, a nice tomato sauce, spices, pieces of mushrooms and it all comes together to make a really nice bite.
