I had a large dent removed from the side panel of my VW Beetle. Due to how small these cars are, it was slightly more invasive than just popping the dent out. I called UDR and the next morning Alex came to my office and was able to remove the dent while I worked. He even went the extra mile and removed a few other small dents on different areas of my car. My initial interaction with these guys was a quote of $250 based on pictures that I sent them, to do PDR, and headlight restoration. They seemed intent on coming and checking out the car the next day to give me a final estimate and do the job, so I made the appointment. An older gentleman (very nice, I forget his name) came out with Dan, a younger dude that was vaping the whole time and seemed to have a poor attitude. I wish they sent out a different technician, because in the end it cost me $375, and the work was mediocre at best for 3 out of the 4 dent areas he worked on. He should have been more transparent about the anticipated results, as well. To me, this shows a lack of experience. I would look elsewhere for dent removal, or at the very least make sure they don't send an inexperienced guy out to do the job. The headlight restoration looks ok, but the whole experience put a bad taste in my mouth, and I'm going to make sure to deal with companies that have more of a reputation, and can be more transparent about the results that they anticipate. read more

Made an appointment with Dave, lots of availability, prompt on time. Pricing a bit higher than posted on website, negotiated price easily. Dave came to my place of employment made it super convenient for me. Dave said it should take about one hour. Due to make and model of my car and accessibility to my dent through door took a little over 90 minutes. Dave seemed very honest with difficulty of getting to my dent and that results were not quite what he expected. Great job removing a deep door ding on my car, and they threw in another small one at no charge. It looks like it was never there! The charge was $200--I'm not sure whether that's a good deal or not since I didn't shop around, but thought I'd throw that in in case anyone is price sensitive. Tony came to remove a rock chip on my suv. He arrived on time and called before he came. He was able to accommodate a 730am call. He explained the entire process very clearly and was careful in protecting the car while working to ensure there was no scratches on the body. He told me he had the same sub with the heated glass and demonstrated knowledge in the repair. He repaired the main ding which was about one inch wide and also repaired an additional ding beside it which was about 3mm wide at no additional cost. After the repair the crack was virtually invisible. He provided a warranty on his work and is very polite and courteous. The truck (Tacoma) isn't fancy but I try to take good care of it. Recently found a good sized dent in the bed and got an auto body quote to repair it that I just couldn't swing right now.
