St Philip's plaza hosts a variety of restaurants in a courtyard where they have I've bands playing almost every weekend. it can get really packed so make sure you get there early like 530-6pm for a table outside but the inside usually isn't as full if you just want to eat or drink. Union serves American food with salads, soups, appetizers and entrees with a great selection of beers, wines, and cocktails. My favorite appetizers are the cauliflower wings and the mixed charcuterie board. Most of the entrees are delicious (tried most of them) and the servings are quite big. It's definitely a fun place to gather for fun, dancing, watch sports ,drinking, and to hear live music or dj.

Stopped in for a team happy hour, and it exceeded our expectations. The location is convenient, offering ample parking and plenty of seating, which made coordinating a group outing effortless. The happy hour menu featured a variety of enticing options. We sampled the Po'boy, the Cubano, the pretzel appetizer, and the chicken sandwich all of which were flavorful and satisfying. The service was friendly and efficient, ensuring our orders arrived promptly and correctly. I tried the Ube drink: bourbon, passionfruit, hazelnut. Please make sure you like Ube if your oder this. I loved it as it was quote refreshing. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it an ideal setting for unwinding after work, date night or bring the family. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we look forward to returning for future gatherings.

Chicken sandwich big enough for two people imo. It was so crispy and yummy. I paired it with a side salad and a Cali squeeze. Perfect for a brunch. Thanks!

Cesar Salad was good but for $12 it was hardly worth it. Service was lacking but it was a Saturday tho. Margarita wasn't bad. Overall very mediocre experience. I don't think I'm coming back.

The food here was pretty good, I'd definitely come back and try some of the other items. We came through the front door and no one was at the hostess station, there was no sign to seat yourself or wait. My husband had to use the restroom so I waited, and still no one. I stood there for 2-3 mins until my husband returned. Still no one even asked or let us know anything. We decided to head to the back in order to sit outside. We ran into a server and asked if we could sit he said yes and he would get us menus. We sat and were able to order. There was an issue in the kitchen apparently and it took awhile for orders to be taken. The restaurant is nice, and the area around the plaza is very nice. Hopefully this was just a bad day for them, and not the usual service.

We were a lively group of seven, and after our meeting we even celebrated my birthday. From the moment we walked in, I was impressed. The restaurant is bright, inviting, spacious, and has a warm, modern atmosphere that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The food was outstanding! Our table enjoyed a delicious variety of favorites, including Elote Nachos, Shrimp Ceviche, Mac & Cheese with Chicken, and several Happy Hour entrées. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. And if you visit, do yourself a favor--order the Margarita with Tajín (that perfect blend of mild chile, lime, and salt). It was absolutely delicious! What truly made our experience memorable, however, was the exceptional hospitality. Manager Edmont and our server Olivia treated us like old friends from the moment we arrived. They were attentive, fun, and genuinely made us feel welcome. The highlight? Edmont surprised us by leading our group in the Tucson High Badger Fight Song after learning we were alumni! Talk about going above and beyond. To top off a wonderful evening, we shared a warm Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding complete with a birthday candle--a sweet ending to a fantastic celebration. Redbird isn't just serving great food; they're creating memorable experiences. I also appreciate that they partner with local businesses, something that speaks volumes about their commitment to our Tucson community. If you're looking for a wonderful place for Happy Hour, dinner with friends, or your next celebration, put Redbird Scratch Kitchen + Bar on your list. Stop by--and tell them the Badgers sent you!

It's a fun and also elegant atmosphere with the zebra theme clearly exemplified across the space. I would have to say this is one of the coziest bars I've been to, the furniture and seating is really supportive of a long-term visit. There are other levels, lower and an upper level besides the main space, but be aware that if there are parties, they can typically take up different areas. Our bartender, Sarah was fantastic! The way that she handled all of the guests and the busy field was incredible, so calm and collected, and furthermore making some really incredible drinks. Heads up that the online drink menu is not the current drink menu, I couldn't remember all the names of our drinks and put those in the photo captions, so when I checked on the website, the menu was showing something different other than what I saw at the bar. Out of several places I've been to, I'd say the mixture of flavors and details in the drinks are quite unique. I'll be back for more one day

We'd heard good things about this place and have been trying to support local downtown bars this summer, so we stopped in around 11 on a Friday night before heading home. As we sat down, we watched the bartender be pretty dismissive toward another group at the bar, so we were already a little unsure. We started talking about the decor because we liked the eclectic vibe. We jokingly pointed out that one of the pictures had a joint instead of a cigarette because someone in our group hadn't noticed. One of the bartender's first comments back, completely seriously, was, "I'm from San Diego. Have you never seen art before?" Honestly... what? It was such a weird, unnecessarily condescending response. I brushed it off at first as awkward banter, but it was a really strange first impression. The drinks were decent. The Loverlist was really good, and the Unicorn Fluff and Old Fashioned were fine. The bartender was quick to talk up their whiskey selection, but when we asked for a recommendation, she mostly gave reasons why she couldn't recommend anything and just kept saying they had "over 90 different options." Without a whiskey menu to look through, that wasn't especially helpful. We also asked for a shooter and were offered half of a cocktail instead. That would've been totally fine on its own, but combined with everything else, the service just never felt welcoming. We ended up leaving pretty quickly. I'd give the place another shot because the atmosphere is fun and has a lot of potential, but hopefully with a different bartender behind the bar.
