Wow! From the moment we walked in (at Happy Hour) our hostess Kaylee and server ASLI was amazing! The place is clean, the ambiance is cool with artwork and fully accessible! Let me tell you not only is this place COOL and modern but the FOOD is outstanding! The chef is second to none! We started with samples of the Mushroom Chardonnay and Prime rib soups on the house! We immediately ordered a bowl of the mushroom soup as it was OUT OF THIS WORLD the best soup we have ever tasted! We then had the Burrata Caprese, the Spicy Tuna Sushi roll and a dozen oysters on the half shell! The food is made to order, fresh, and the taste incredible! Thank you to the executive Chef CJ who brings this spectacular food to the table with an essence of fine dining in a casual but CHIC presentation! We can't wait to come back and try their dessert and drinks but we were FULL! One of the best restaurants to come to Brevard if not the best! If you haven't tried this place it is a MUST! They even have a little market where you can get fresh seafood, dessert or some try big quick for dinner including the SOUP! This is a Space Coast MUST TRY, if not you are truly missing out!! It isn't often that you stumble into a local restaurant and are completely blown away. Sure, you can say the service is good or the ambiance. There might even be a particular dish that meets your expectation, but seldom does a restaurant wow you the way Urban Prime does. Our waiter name was Tyler, and his low key mellow demeanor vibed with the low light and local art. He allowed us to to enjoy a slow paced meal, but was always there at the right time maintaining the tempo of dinner like a orchestra conductor. My wife and I ordered an appetizer or barrata which was delightful. She opted to order an appetizer of Sliders for her meal, which may sound unsophisticated, but we were there for the food, not aristocratic approval. I opted for the dry aged NY strip which was cooked to perfect medium rare and seasoned enough to enhance the flavor without overpowering it. The entire dining experience was worth the drive past the Chili's and other chain restaurants located in The Avenues. We will definitely be returning soon. read more

I dined at Urban Prime last weekend for the first time. Appetizer was the charcuterie board, which was very good. Entree was branzino (usually my choice if sea bass is not available). It was pan fried, over-cooked, extremely dry, tasteless, and served with overly cooked burnt potatoes. The fish was served on a plate with a very heavy hot sauce. I was very disappointed, as I was advised it was an upscale restaurant, which we do not have in the area. Desset was panna cotta, also tasteless. Not sure if I'll return. However, the market associated with the restaurant was quite eclectic and for that, I was pleasantly surprised. read more

Asli was a remarkable server for our large party from Venue of Viera. She was very attentive to all of our orders. We were a large crowd of retired ladies celebrating a birthday and a friend moving away. We all loved how she fussed over the celebrants , while never neglecting the rest of us. She indulged us by taking pictures with many of our phones. As always the food at Urban Prime was delicious. Many of us shopped at the market after lunch. The food and the customer service are absolutely superb. The prices are great too. I would recommend urban Prime for their deli, their bakery and the restaurant. After reading reviews we hesitated trying this restaurant, however, we were pleasantly surprised! Our server, Alana, was fantastic! She really made our lunch experience a 10/10. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the beautiful weather. The burrata caprese was by far our favorite. Would order that again without hesitation. The sliders were also great. Went for my Birthday celebration with my friends on Wednesday Oct 15th. Hostess and Server were super nice. Our Sever Joe was excellent. All of my friends really enjoyed their meal. I had the Lobster rolls and they were really good! I was super surprised when Joe came out with a birthday dessert with a candle. I had gone to Urban Prime 3 other times with reservations for special occasions and was never recognized, so this time it was a pleasant surprise. Always one of my favorite places to go. read more

What a lovely place! We are visiting from CA to our family in FL over Thanksgiving and it was FANTASTIC! We ordered cowboy ribeye and salads the first night. Keith was our server and we loved his suggestion to pick up sushi for our house party the next day for brunch! Had brunch at Urban Prime yesterday and it was delicious! The Croque Madam and fancy Espresso mocktail made me feel as though we were in Paris! The music outside was a special touch! We shopped at the market afterwards and bought Scottish salmon, marinated chicken breasts, fresh vegetables, dessert, wine ... everything we needed for a few dinners at home. We have eaten at Urban Prime five times now. The food is very good, and I especially enjoyed the Lobster Ravioli as well as the Filet, which was perfectly cooked. I came here for lunch. I had the Wild Mushroom Soup and it was very delicious. My server was Asli. She was very kind and friendly. I also ate the lamb chops that tasted amazing! The restaurant is new and very well decorated. I recommend coming here in the evening and sitting outside under the many lights they have! Unexpected surprise! Checked in to Fairfield and saw Urban Prime across the street and decided to try it! So glad we did! The customer service was outstanding!
