Delivers my package to a completely wrong address. Admits they fucked up. Essentially tells me it's my problem and not theirs. Won't reply back to me.

Overcharging for priority because they don't know how to measure large boxes. Insisting all the other post offices are wrong. Go figure.

Worst experience at a post office. Total of 6 employees and only one helping people. All of the others are just chatting with each other.

Our regular male carrier is wonderful. She is so careful with the mail and checks and make sure we don't have any outgoing. She is great. But every single time she leaves to go on vacation or takes a day off whoever substitutes for her is the worst. Yesterday, the mail carrier hands me the mail in my hand because we were sitting outside. I am sitting with my friend who lives two houses down and I have her mail in my hand. So I give her her mail and I tried to catch up with the male carrier who is already a few houses down, but he can't hear me because he has earphones on. When I finally catch up to him to let him know that he gave me the wrong mail, and where is my mail, he just looks at me" oh yeah, one house didn't have mail today so I just got turned around." that's his response. Not oh sorry let me go check on that or anything else. No he turns around and keeps delivering the mail so I'm not sure if anybody got their mail yesterday or if we all have someone else's mail because he got turned around because one house didn't have the mail? He absolutely did not care, and did not make any initiative to fix this. So I'm not sure if somebody else got my mail yesterday I didn't. So then I tried to call the Arden post office today to talk to the manager and let him know this is going on. No luck you can call there 20 times nobody will answer the phone. I will probably have to make my way over there in person, but honestly, I don't think it will help. The postal people have one job to do, and in the case of the mail carrier. It's to make sure they're giving you the right mail. It's not OK that the day your regular carrier goes on vacation everyone's mail gets delivered wrong. It is tax season, I also run a business and I don't need to have my mail all over the neighborhood . I'm sure other people don't either.

I visited this USPS location to ship a small package and had a frustrating experience overall…read more The clerk initially told me I needed to pay around $55 for the shipment and sounded very certain about it. However, his coworker overheard the conversation and corrected him, explaining that the USPS First Class/Priority option for small packages in the ~$10-$22 range was acceptable instead. There were also multiple errors when entering my address information to create shipping label. It took about four attempts before everything was finally correct. What made the interaction more frustrating was that the clerk partially blamed my handwriting, even though I wrote everything clearly in capital letters. In fact, some words were entered correctly on earlier attempts but incorrectly on later ones, while different mistakes appeared in other fields. That made it clear the issue was not my handwriting, but repeated data-entry errors during the transaction. I remained polite and cooperative throughout the interaction, so it was disappointing that there was no acknowledgment or simple apology for the inconvenience after the repeated errors and confusion. Overall, the issue was eventually resolved, but the experience lacked accuracy, communication, and professionalism. 3 stars.

I mean the staff is courteous and helpful for the most part, when you come in, but the wait is horrible. There is usually only one, sometimes two, people at the counter with a long line to wait. So, don't come here if you're looking to get in and out. Be prepared to wait at minimum 15 minutes or more. I just say, after repeated visits and being told, "I'll pull your address so it gets done soon," for almost 6 months, did not make experiences at this location feel good.

The box was open on the bottom and needed taping. We said to be careful when they lifted it and they dropped it as we were walking out. We were outside when a tall older man with glasses came out and started yelling at us outside to come get the box and they were refusing to send it back. We walked back in and our item was on the floor. No offer to tape it up or give us another box (we offered to pay). The item was delivered the same way we were returning it so we didn't have another box. We were returning a defective ice maker and because it had a small amount of water that leaked (probably a little water in the line when they dropped it). So they dropped it, couldn't get it back in the box correctly and then refused it. We were yelled at again by the jerk with glasses he said it's considered hazmat and the driver would not send it back. Water is hazmat...seriously?!?!?! The way we were treated was terrible from the minute we walked in, being yelled at in the parking lot and then again in the store. Did I have choice words on my way out? Yep I sure did. You can't treat customers with disrespect and then expect them to just take it. So to the man with the glasses and turban, you're a complete jerk and I hope you get fired! You have zero customer service skills and are incredibly rude.

This is a super late review but I will never forget the above n beyond service Mia (night…read moresupervisor) provided for me. On the night of June 22nd I arrived at this UPS facility 5 minutes after the will call pick up closed. I was not told by the customer service agent over the phone that there was a window of 30 minutes to pick up your package. Needless to say I was highly upset. It was dark, gates were closed and no one was around to help. I saw someone from a car and I kindly yelled to get his attention. He walked over and told me me they were closed n there was nothing he could do to help. I explained the severity of the situation of which the package I desperately needed to pick up was indeed a check that was shipped and was definitely time sensitive. He was empathetic to my situation n left to grab a supervisor. There came my savior Mia. She checked my iD and asked for my tracking #. Ten minutes later she returned with my package n I tell Ya I was almost in tears with joy. Mia didn't have to do what she did but she knew that I was highly stressed out and believed I was not informed about the hours of will call. My experience n perception of UPS completely flipped from negative to positive just because of Mia. Mia if you see this, thank you so much. You saved me that night. God bless you.

I am extremely disappointed with my local UPS facility. Within just one month, **four of my…read morepackages went missing**. These were business shipments, and every missing package caused financial losses and disappointed customers. What is even more frustrating is the lack of customer service. I called multiple times asking for help and requested that a local supervisor contact me, but nobody ever followed up. It feels like no one cares about resolving the problem. Because multiple packages disappeared from the same local facility in such a short period of time, I have serious concerns that the packages may have been stolen while in UPS's possession. Whether it is theft or poor handling, UPS needs to investigate what is happening at this location. To make matters worse, UPS only paid about $100 in compensation for each missing package, which doesn't come close to covering the actual value of my losses. I have been using UPS for years, but the service has become much worse than it used to be. Losing four packages in one month is simply unacceptable. I hope UPS management takes this issue seriously and improves security, accountability, and customer service at this facility.
