Great! no help. Two days later, to my surprise! an empty manila envelope is in my mailbox OPENED w stickers and writing stating no contents inside/ openned. So, why did I get a notification stating my package was delivered on Tue? why the lies? Why claim to have scanned/delivered it. I go over to the office on friday and the ding dong "supervisor" Angel all he does is excuse everybody in his office telling me stuff happens and literallly telling me "oh well". Zero accountability for the false scan/ terrible customer service/ the lies/ theft! Lastly he makes up a new story telling me someone turned in the empty envelope. Moving is stressful enough to be yelled at over a friggin' mail hold! How about asking, like you're supposed to, and stop being a drama queen by implying that someone is a criminal for putting THEIR mail on hold! I asked politely to please keep the package upright and treat with care as they are fragile. Every encounter with each of these employees is met with hostility and just rude service and say that they can't do that. You can't treat a package with care or keep it upright or you just don't want to b/c you are spiteful and rude ? People shouldn't have to encounter terrible workers like these 2 ladies. Unfortunately, this is the post office that handles outgoing mail for my workplace, and sometimes packages are delayed because the staff here work very slowly. Occasionally, a package will show as arriving late at night, only to update last minute with a message saying, "It will be delivered tomorrow. Sorry for the delay." I'm not sure what needs to change for this location to start operating in a timely manner. Maybe they have to hire more people here that might help and or better management to make sure this location runs smoothly. I don't have nearly as many issues with the post office near my home. I definitely don't recommend using this location unless absolutely necessary.

Fun Fact: UPS has implemented for drivers to only make "right hand turns" to avoid accidents and improve efficiency. Anyone ever see a UPS driver go left?? lol But Lance, what if you don't have time to sit on your porch and wait for that reliable UPS driver to roll through at 1 pm like you claim they do? A brick and mortar store front where Monday through Friday you can drop off your package from 830-7pm (10-4 on Saturdays, 10-3 on Sundays) and leave there with the confidence that your package will get picked up by a UPS driver and then later delivered to its destination as scheduled. I went in to mail a package during a slow time. I greeted and spoke to her - as I greet and speak to everyone- with positivity, kindness, and consideration; however, she was dismissiveness, bitter, and rushed (even though there was no line). It's possible she has worked there for a long time, felt burnt out, and or was having a bad day, but when I saw her being very kind to an older gentlemen next to me - who she seemed to know and or who supposedly comes in often - it became clear she was conditionally nice to him and for whatever reason not to me. Her demeanor was a stain on the environment and my experience. I would encourage the Tarzana Post Office Management to revisit her employment status. In a society where there's a lack of kindness and decency, genuine people are hard to come by; when genuine people themselves are treated with disrespect and unkindness, action then needs to be taken, otherwise the company culture suffers for the other employees and the customers they serve, like me.
