BY MY SIDE DURING CITY PERMITTING PROCESS - Jackie went above and beyond by accompanying me to the City Planning and Building Departments to help ensure all the necessary information was available for the permit application process. Her presence at the Building Department made a critical difference in getting the permit approved on a Friday afternoon rather than having the process delayed until the following week. OUTSTANDING, PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS - When it came time for installation, Daniel and Alex were outstanding. They completed the work professionally and with attention to detail. Rather than making assumptions, they checked with me whenever questions arose, which resulted in installation details being handled exactly the way I wanted. They took excellent care in protecting furniture and surrounding areas, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, and were always friendly and easy to communicate with. We were told that the wait is due to the process of the door being made. We explained before they started that we wanted to keep the baseboard of the front door but it wasn't kept. However, the company did reimburse us for $200 for the price of the board & installation. Once we had it installed we thought we were ready to go! However, quickly we noticed within a few days that the door was not closing properly. The handle would not reset when it closed and then within a few weeks it was not working at all. I immediately contacted them on March 7th. I explained the situation and was told to take pictures as requested by Chanel (warranty correspondent). I was told that they had to order new parts from Emtec and it would take a couple of weeks. We had agreed to set it up on Monday April 6th. The service man who arrived came over and immediately noticed that the parts needed to be ordered and the correct part were not ordered. However, I was told that the door should be working. Wow, that was far from the truth because immediately the door stopped working the next day. So we're back to square 1. Our door doesn't close because the handle on the door doesn't work. In the meantime, the only thing that worked and kept the front door closed was the security latch. If not the door would be wide open. I spoke to Chanel again, she said we had to order the part again. Apparently it was not ordered last week. In the meantime, we're paying for our door about $500 each month since February and yet our front door doesn't work. If you decide to work with this company please take the amount of time and the cost into consideration.

Update from ordering a new Milgard wind sense I've already purchased 14 other windows from them. I…read morewanted all of my windows to match. So I told him that I had called a window shop on facebook marketplace located close by and they said my window was a special order and it wasn't Milgard he then said it would be ready in 2 days for $280 I then walked in to the Milgard shop I gave him the measurements and he pointed out a Milgard window in the show room that it would look like. I gave him the total amount he quoted me which was $60 dollars more than the other none Milgard brand. He said he could have done within one week because he does a lot of business with special orders and bulk amounts of windows. Two weeks later nothing no call nothing. I called him and he seriously for got to order my window. He called me back the next day and said the window will be ready in 2 days. I picked up the window without looking for the Milgard logo as it was wrapped up and I had my handy man waiting at my house ready to install it.. After my guy installed it, I then proceeded to notice it wasn't a Milgard window. I called him back and he said I never ordered a Milgard window..and to show him the receipt when he never gave me one. Why would I go through all that trouble to go to a Milgard window shop and pay more. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN.. I see why him and his brother had a falling out and went their separate ways.. He lies, greed and and a good faith hand shake on a deal is worthless... As you can see this window doesn't have the Milgard logos or the made on date warranty numbers on it... Again check all your windows as he might sneak in a cheaper window.

From the beginning, Gerson was very professional and kind. He answered all my questions and showed me photos of previous projects. The windows looked like great quality, and the price was very fair. The windows were ready and installed in exactly two weeks. On installation day, they arrived on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up everything afterward. One window was for the restroom (frosted glass) and the other was for the master bedroom. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company with fair pricing and good quality windows.

I hate to give this a low review, but this company comes out and recommends vinyl French doors…read more Everyone knows it needs to be fiberglass or steel in mountain country, but I find out from my wife that he recommends vinyl doors because that's all they sell in regards to French doors. Then he recommends that the doors open outward at the main entry, which that usually is not how it works number one number two in snow country we would never be able to get out in a good storm. When my wife brings up the fact that we won't be able to get out, he suggests we should build some patio covers. Fortunately, we have done a lot of research and the other door companies who came out validated our research, so sadly, we will be going with another company.
