And there is enough no to say I would not use him again nor would I recommend. Let me explain. In Sept 2021 I needed an oil change quick. I was in town for a few days for a wedding and staying at an airbnb. Eddie had 5 star reviews, his prices were comparable to brick and motor shops, and he was mobile. He was responsive, on time and told me he would top off my fluids no charge. Now the bad. I go back inside and after about an hr he texts me and said he's going to run to the parts store and get me a new cabin filter. Mind you, he TELLS me. It wasn't an ask. Well I'm well versed in how easy it is to change a cabin filter and I already had a spare in my car. As he's getting into his car, I tell him don't worry about it I have a spare and I can just put it in myself. I for sure said that. He offers to put it in and I honestly thought he was doing it complementary. It's a job that takes like 2 mins no joke. Plus he already had just looked at my filter without me even asking! So I say ok. 5 mins elapse and he hands me the bill. Guy charges me $15 for labor. I'm a little shocked but I don't say anything and just pay it. Later I text him and I say I got an issue with that. He tries to gaslight me by saying they always charge for that at a shop. Nah man. At the shop they always ask you IN WRITING if you authorize it and disclose the price. I straight up got hustled. To his credit, Eddie offers to credit me the difference next time I use him. Um ok. Like just Venmo me bro. Fast forward to last week and I need another oil change. I hit up Eddie and see if he'll honor the discount. He does. But of course he still has the text messages. Charges me $110 now. Ok I see you. Oil prices have gone up he says. So I call around and 2 shops quote me $80, another $95. Mind you I was going to just let this go and leave my previous (generous) 4 star review. But today I go and change my cabin filter. Yes it takes me 5 mins. But what do I see?!? A crumpled bent filter that was just jammed in there. ARE YOU SERIOUS!!

Work was done quickly, no upsells, no creepiness and the work was perfectly. Gave me a jump and filled my tires also because the car had been sitting so long. I cannot recommend highly enough!!!! I understand shops get busy, this location is "first come first served", and I don't expect anyone to magically make time appear or drop everything to check out the new car. I don't work there and I walked in, so I have no idea what things look like behind the scenes. The issue wasn't that they were busy, it was that the expectations set didn't reflect reality. After walking around the area for about an hour after drop-off, I returned and noticed my vehicle was still sitting in the same guest parking spot at the side of the building where I had left it. By 11:00 (after waiting over 90 minutes/nearly two hours from drop-off) with no phone call update and no apparent movement of the vehicle, I went to the front desk to ask about the status. Shortly after I asked, the vehicle was brought into the shop and I was assured the diagnostic would take "about" 30 minutes. It ended up taking closer to 50 before I got up again to ask about an update. My main frustration was not the diagnosis itself, but the communication and expectations throughout the process. Everyone I interacted with was polite and reasonable, but I was given the same optimistic timeline despite the shop evidently being backed up. If I had been told up front that it would be hours before the vehicle would be moved, let alone looked at, I would have planned my morning differently. I do want to clarify that the issue wasn't attitude or service, it was a lack of clear and realistic communication. Better coordination internally and more honest timelines for customers would make a big difference.

We thought we'd picked up a dependable car, a 2013 Nissan Altima. We found out afterwards it needed quite a bit of work, including a catalytic converter. We called one shop in Las Vegas and were given a ridiculous quote for the converter. Passion Auto was our next choice and the quotes for the various services were spot on with what my research showed they should be. They also identified an issue the first shop missed, a shredded serpentine belt. Passion Auto was very understanding of our situation and did good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

car troubles never come at a good time... and after a few especially hard weeks, a check engine…read morelight was the last thing i wanted to see. when i looked into it and thought my catalytic converter had been stolen (and possibly damaged other parts), i was bracing myself for a $3,000+ repair. i walked in super anxious, especially going in on a saturday afternoon, expecting it might take all day just to get looked at. instead, a technician came right out into the 110°+ heat and started checking my car right there in the parking lot, then pulled it in and got to work immediately. steph at the counter was so kind and made the whole wait a lot easier, even while i was sitting there dreading the worst. less than an hour later, they came back with my keys and told me my car was good to go. it turned out a bolt had come loose, causing the myriad of issues- something they were able to fix right away with a replacement they already had. i was already shocked at how fast and smooth everything was, but when i asked for the cost and they told me there was no charge... i was honestly speechless. you just don't see that kind of service and kindness anymore. they'll never know just how much that meant to me, but they've absolutely earned a lifelong customer, and i'll be recommending them to everyone i know!

We came in for a simple tire rotation, and it took about one hour and 30 minutes. My boyfriend had to keep checking on the car because it stayed parked in the same spot for a long time without anyone working on it. The process felt disorganized, and several staff members didn't seem to know what was going on. They stopped the tire rotation because they said there was a nail in my tire, even though there was no air leaking. They told us they couldn't repair it because the nail was on the side and that we needed to replace the tire with a new one. However, they didn't even properly check the tire. My boyfriend felt something was off, so we decided not to replace anything and just leave. We went to another shop (Flat Tire Mechanix). Although they couldn't fully help because it's a Tesla, they kindly checked the tire for free. They used water to inspect it and removed the nail -- and it turned out the nail had not punctured the tire at all. I'm so glad we didn't follow the recommendation to buy new tires. I really like this location, but the service quality, communication, and inspection process need serious improvement.
