Susana helped me. She was very nice polite, and unfortunately a sneaky salesperson. I asked for a specific plan and she gave me something way more expensive. I went back trying to have it adjusted but was met with her male coworker whom was really rude, and told me I was "overthinking it". When he said that I realized he didn't care about my concern and didn't even pay attention to what it was so I just left the brick wall. Upon checking my receipt she charged me over $250 in fees as well as tempered glass screen protectors that I denied but she said it was free. I called Verizon and they were able to adjust everything to the plan I had wanted which was $75 cheaper. They waived all kinds of fees and even threw a free iPhone 17 my way for the trouble. My tip? Call Verizon and deal with them over the phone. They offer you so many bonuses and incentives to renew/sign up. Save your time from going in store. These people just care about their performance numbers and add ons. read more

We came in tonight 5/1 around 5:30 to look at the new phone options. A woman with a dark haired pony tail who was sitting at a table eating came over. But, when we explained we were checking out the new I phone models did she A) offer to help us compare B) see if we were happy with our current plan? C) bizarrely and rudely turn away and shake her head at us all the way back to sit at her table while making a face. That's right- C!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Now that i have your attention. I upgrade 3 phones and 1 tablet. To summarize the situation. Accessaries 750.00 / They charged me 250 dollars per phone for accessaries. Ask if they sold bundles for Case, charger, and screen protect. They said yes. and then went ahead and charged me 150 for screen protect. They put a liquid glass and another brand of glass on it. 65 case and 50 for a usb-c wall charger. no bundle discount. 250x3=750. Transfer Data update to new phone 150.00 / They say they can do it, but fail to tell you its a 40.00 charge. to transfer the data to new phone. 3 phones x3, plus 30.00 for tablet that they never setup. = 150.00 Next they had to order 2 of the 3 phones. When the phones arrived at store. The told us they had to get them released before they could start the data transfer. but started the transfers already. and our original phones were shut off. After about an 1 hour they could not get the release and could not get our phones on again. After a few calls to Verizon. the same line a customer would call. they got our old phones working but they were not right. texts not working and all the apps not working. We came back 2 days after the new phones were released. Old phones were transfer to the new phones. But what ever they did to make the phones work for those 2 days trashed one of the lines. Text messages with pictures does not work. Trying to 2 key authenticate any website with a phone number does not work. Tier 2 tech is not sure how to fix the problem. Still pending. The Next month Bill / This was a complete mess. Their are numerous one time charges on all 4 lines. and the ghost lines had nummerous one time fees as well. So all in we paid 1400.00 in the store. and another 512.00 for the bill. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST. AT BEST they are not good at what they do, AT WORST, They are criminals. My 2 cents. read more

I've just left the store. My family spent AN HOUR waiting. A representative named Joe asked me what I needed when I walked in the door. I said to trade in my phone. He told me 10-15 minutes waiting. Then at some point he went the back of the store and was gone. My partner took my phone and waited in my place. He asked my partner why he was there, and my partner responded to turn in the phone. He continued to wait. Finally after being there for over an hour and Joe spending forever in the back, we were asked why were we're there. We said to turn in the phone. JOE SAID WE CANNOT TURN IN THE PHONE INTO THIS LOCATION, WE HAVE TO TURN THE PHONE IN THE CORPORATE STORE. There wasn't a I'm sorry or apology for wasting our time. The WORSE customer service ever! We entered the store. The employee had one customer. She doesn't look at us, doesn't greet us, doesn't ask us why we came in. Completely ignores us! We understand she was with a customer, but after 20 minutes, still no acknowledgement. Then finally, another 10 minutes passes, she asks us why we are in. We tell her we wanted to activate our new phones. She tells us, she can do it for us but will charge us $39, or...we can call directly to Verizon. Wow! She could have taken 2 minutes of her time when we came in, but nope. The worst customer service I have encountered! This definitely will make me contemplate switching phone carriers. BEWARE OF THE STORE- DO NOT GO HERE My Husband and I went in to get a family plan and upgrade our phones. A rep by the name of Jordan "helped" us, it was more like scammed us. They said they could only sell the phones in bundle and charged us $275 per phone for screen protector, case and charger but promised we would get a credit on our account (we never got the credit). They kept us there 3 hrs which was after closing. We ended up paying $750 on our debit card but they wouldn't give us a receipt because the store was already closed. This didn't seem right, so I went back the next day to get the receipt and breakdown. It turns out he signed us up to 9 lines and internet two routers that we didn't agree to. I have spent the last 30 days trying to correct the mess this rep made and I'm still dealing with it. Also, the rep said the plan payment was going to be $230.00 per month my first bill is now $530.00. Completely unprofessional and unethical business practice. read more

This is not an official Verizon store. Received the terrible service from a young hispanic girl who seemed a little races. The reason why I would suggest this is because she was pleasant when helping other Hispanic customers, but not for myself. Other customers who have gone to this store would likely recognize this employee with a condescending attitude. The other staff there were more helpful. She also pulled up my account and said I had no credit from Verizon on a particular phone. The next day, I went to the official store on Lake in Pasadena, and they said i had a $820 loyalty credit. It may be Verizons fault for not offering the same credit at a non official store compared to an official one. However, the awful service deserves a 1 star. read more

The worst customer service ever!! The rep named Joe had a very rude and unprofessional attitude straight from the beginning. I've been a loyal Verizon customer for years and this puts such a sour taste in my mouth. He not only treated us very disrespectfully from the get go, but also talked down on us in a really condescending way the whole time we were there. It's never too busy here so it's easy to get whatever business you wish done quickly. I've been a proud Verizon wireless customer for over 13 years now. Most incompetent location for Verizon. Placed an order for "express" pick up which are typically ready the same day within a few hours when a phone is in stock, and yes I checked that the phone was in stock. Didn't hear anything the whole day, called the next day to ask if the order was ready they said yes. One of my account managers went to pick up the phone but they said the manager was not on the account, clearly they don't have an up to date system or they're just lazy. I went the following day and then they said "oh the order was canceled, we don't have that phone here." I was never notified that there would be delays or cancellation. Spent about an hour talking to three different Verizon reps who also had no idea what they were doing for them to say they couldn't do anything but wait for full cancellation and ordering the phone again. Do better, fix your system, keep track of your inventory and stop being incompetent at what you do for work. read more

He was so adept at his job, giving me all the information I needed, and saving me a ton of money. Jackie was also immensely helpful. I ended up upgrading everything on my iPhone, and the payment plan made it so easy. I really feel like the people here care, they worked so hard to confirm my account with corporate and get me squared away without having to do it all myself. I had an appointment at the Pasadena store and was even sent a confirmation email and text the night before. Drove over 30 mins 1 way. When I arrived, though, the store was closed! No explanation! I then reached out to this location, and explained that my appointment in Pasadena wasn't honored and asked if I could please swing by their store to get help with my new phone. Fortunately, they said yes. And fortunately, the guy at the store (Justin?) was super helpful and nice. He went over and beyond. The task took longer than I thought it would, but he was patient throughout the process. He even helped me pair it with my car's bluetooth as I was having problems.
