I wish that there was a ZERO star option. The staff member I dealt with and his manager are absolutely worthless. I come in looking to just get my phone fixed and just because I have phone upgrades available, the manager tells his staff member to try to upsell me with a 2 year contract. He takes the phone to "have a look at it" and the entire time he delays everything just to take up my time and keep me walking around the store. Everytime I stop to look at something he comes up and asks if I am interested in that item. I answer "no" and he goes back to "try to fix" my phone. He does this 3 damn times. He is so slow minded that he doesn't even bother trying to hide that he is just goofing off behind the counter talking to the other idiots in the store instead of fixing my phone. Weak sales people and an even weaker manager (fat mexican guy). I've decided that I AM going to use my upgrade. I am going to call in and do it so none of you idiots get any credit. read more

my son needed to get a phone added to our account, the rep sold us on a Apple 5c with the pitch that it came with a free case of our choice. all was billed to our account and once the bill arrived they had charged almost $100.00 for the case. when i came to the store to speak to the manager they were all "busy" and another rep basically said that they would do me a favor and would allow me to return the case. these people are nothing but a bunch of crooks taking advantage of people. they bundle and cross sell as "free" items hoping you won't notice the fraudulent charges. verizon i have no respect for your misleading sale tactics. you have now lost a 15 year+ client and will tell everyone about our experience. read more

David (check in guy) was really rude and belittled me about my phone changer insisting that it was definitely broken without even letting me test it. After dealing with Pedro I was so upset. He made assumptions, and generalizations assuming that I was lying regarding my phones contract. I was literally ready to cancel my contract with the 250 credit I had from Verizon, and go with a different " service provider" my girlfriend who is on a whole separate contract was considering cancel hers also simply because she was a witness to the interaction... After a brief explanation. Paul ( the manager) saved the day, and came through. Thanks for for making it up. He proved customer loyalty, and was willing to work hard, spending a lot of his time looking for a solution .. I'll never return to this Verizon store and can't wait until my contract is up and I can move on to a carrier with employees who are there to help the customers. My phone quit taking a charge so I needed a new one before it died and I was left phoneless. I walked in at 10am and was approached by the manager who refused to help me after not being able to look up my account after two attempts of punching in my phone number into his tablet with his sausage fingers. I explained to him that there must be some confusion on his end because I've been a Verizon customer for 5 years and I had just gotten a new phone from the same store a little over a year ago. He simply shrugged and turned away from me, completely brushing me off and hinting for me to leave the store. I refused to leave with a phone seconds away from dying and no back up phone to reach customer service on. I asked for him to try again and he simply said no and turned his back to me again. Another employee was standing near by so I grabbed him and asked for help. Of course, he was able to find my account on the first try with no trouble at all. I was not offered even the slightest apology from him or the prick manager. To make matters worse, once I was told they could help me get a new phone he then changed his mind once I told him I had no interest in renewing my contract. Why would I? Every time I've stepped into this store, the all male staff seems to be power tripping and think they can try and make a dime off the tiny blonde girl. He wasn't very kind, and got straight to the upsell. All he cared about was trying to get me to buy an iPad or AirPods or an Apple Watch, all while being pretty rude. This is the worst Verizon store I've ever been to. I've been a Verizon customer for 8 years and this is the only store I've had problems with. The staff is rude and gives false information about there different plans in order to up sale you. The manager is rude and unprofessional. I had an issue with my plan and he just blew me off. I have been going to this store for years until a few weeks ago. I have always gotten good deals and help at this store but the last time went it was different. I have been a Verizon since they were previously AirTouch. So because I have been a long time customer I asked to see if I could get a discount because I wanted to get new phones for my 5 lines and a couple of iPads as well. The lady I spoke to was nice but said I needed to speak to a manager. The manager was another story. He said that a discount would be too many hoops to jump through. When I told him that if I can not get a discount that I was thinking of switching to ATT he replied "Here is my car, tell them I sent you". Well that was it. I was done with Verizon mainly because of the manager's attitude. Well ATT gave me a great deal on 5 phones and I picked up 4 iPads as well. read more

Well, I have to say that this location is by far the best. We have worked with so many people, and couldn't be more thankful for the excellent customer service that we have received. We have worked with Justin for over 8 years. He ALWAYS goes out of his way to help us, and goes over and above what his job requires of him. Bryan is also AMAZING. He is courteous, and also goes over and above what is asked of him,making sure that we have what we need. Steven is wonderful. When my email was hacked, and my phone was spoofed, I went to Verizon just minutes before they closed. He took the time to help me change my number and put a new SIM card in my phone. He has helped me and my family countless times, and we are so thankful. Abe is also an excellent employee. When my mophie case fell apart, he made sure that I could exchange it, and get another case. He is always so helpful, and goes out of his way to make sure that every customer has what they need. Sambra is wonderful as well. She has so much patience and care for her customers. It is so awesome to meet so many amazing people who do their job with care. I know it is not easy working with the public, but we think they are all amazing!! This is why we are with Verizon. Worst customer service ever. Easily four groups waiting around while being ignored by a staff of a dozen. Not friendly nor helpful at all. The manager and two other were tied up chit chatting with a customer for 15 minutes before we finally gave up and left. Very poor management. As an expert on Lean management, I can tell you that the waste of people and resources here were some of the worst I've ever seen. When I got my new phone I went to this location as it was close to work and I could get there on my lunch hour (and get lunch and do my banking in the same center). The service was great. I had an older phone so my few photos couldn't be transferred, but all my contacts made it to the new phone. I also I bought a screen protector, phone cover and a car charger. I was very disappointed with the customer service I received when I went into Verizon. The lady who you check in asked why I was there and I said to upgrade to the iPhone 7. She told me it would be a 15 min wait which I was fine with. What frustrated me is that as soon as another lady started helping me (25 min later) she said she didn't have any iPhone 7's in stock. Why couldn't the lady who checked me in let me know that so I didn't waste all that time waiting!? Also, when I bought my iPhone 6 there about this time last year the guy said I was on the Verizon Everything plan so as soon as the new iPhone comes out I could upgrade. I like visiting that particular location and though, the wait can take a long time,they treat their customers very kindly and are willing to listen to you instead of criticizing or accusing like the staff at the Santa Ana Harbor and McFadden location do to their customers! They take the time to listen and to detect what may be the issue behind what I may point out if my phone device is going haywire! Awesome Verizon store if you live in OC you gotta go here, make the extra drive and ask for Justin to help you out with your phone needs and problems! It was a fast, friendly, calm atmosphere unlike the other Verizon stores out there. Justin helped me and my bf out from beginning to end. Justin was so helpful and made sure I got the phone I ordered which took everyone else (Verizon customer service/other stores) forever he helped us out big time and made our experience super positive when we never thought that would happen after dealing with hours and hours and hours at other stores/on phone with customer service. We came in close to closing time and knew we probably wouldn't be getting my phone or even be helped but we were so wrong!! Justin went above and beyond my wants and needs, he was quick, explained everything thoroughly, had a lot of knowledge, and had great customer service. All in all he just went out of his way to save the day and made sure we got the phone that night. My phone just decided that it would no longer like to actual make phone calls and instead act as a glorified pager. I was extremely irritated that I had to deal with this and I knew I would need to buy a new phone. I was super fortunate that Spencer helped me while I was at T Mobil, he even put up with my not so pleasant attitude about having to buy a new phone. He made the transition super easy and even was able to transfer all my photos, apps and iCloud when I was told by a previous employee that wasn't possible. By the end of my purchase I was happy to upgrade and not at all irritated by the purchase and it had to do with the fact that Spencer refused to make the experience less then enjoyable. Took my Mother over this morning at opening for a minor upgrade on her Basic phone. Gabe was our guy and he was amazing! No high pressure up sell involved. He took excellent care if us and even came to the car (my request) to make sure her Bluetooth was working properly. It was such a positive experience. My worst experience at this location. Be warned of the salespeople there. They are poorly trained. Make sure you read the return/exchange policy before you sign the contract. I was not informed of their restocking fee at the time the salesperson ordered my new phone. The salesperson even told me to play with the phone once I received it and if I don't like it then return it. But he failed to inform me of the return policy. They would not even waive the fee even though I have not opened up the factory sealed package that the phone came in. What kind of policy is this?? Because of this experience, I am sticking with AT&T. Thanks Verizon, you've made my decision a lot easier now. You've lost my business for good. read more

Jeff helped me upgrade my iPhone 5 (64 gig) to an iPhone 6 (16 gig) then back again to an iPhone 6 (64 gig) and was incredibly helpful and patient with my situation as well as giving my mother and I the best possible deal. He went through the whole process of setting up the iPhone 6 for me twice including putting on the screen protector as well as putting on the case that I brought and was very easygoing. Liars The will tell you anything to have you sign . Had me sign a year ago for two jet packs for internet connection. I explained to their representative that I will need it while I'm in Mexico, he assured me that it will work there. Guess what ... doesn't work in Mexico. We tried to address this problem later on , but we are locked on a two year bullshit contract. On Friday I went in to buy another phone (I have ten lines. Business account) I been told by their representative about the 3 pixel phone that coming out. The have a buy one get one free. Me and my wife asked him if we can use one of our jet pack account for this. He approved. On Saturday came back to purchase. Another sales rep. Different rules. Asked for the manager. He brought the sales person that promise us to use the hotspot . This law life standing in front of me claiming he never said that we can use our hotspot and switch it to a phone line. Now it will be consider an upgrade. I called him a liar , and been asked to leave by the manager. ( security escorted me out , first time in my life) They don't mean what they say They will not deliver what they promise. I am paying over $5000.00 a year with Verizon and been treated like shit. this shop did nothing wrong its the overall verizon wireless corporate I prepay my accounts 6 months in advance had issue with cell phone cutting out please state a command and then it cuts out my problem is with corporate and the worst customer service in my history with anybody they have shipped out 4 packages of cell phones which i have to return which I do because I am anal and take immediate action 10 hours of time on phone 10 hours of returning there mistakes and problem still not fixed I'm a verizon share holder a customer for 10 years at least everytime you call in I get someone different have to re explain issue absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced I recommend going over to T mobile or what ever it is read more

Tried to Support the Local Community Business. And this what I get from the store.. I went there on my Only day off I have , to find out why my Phone was working the Speakerphone. I spoke with Big Latin Customer service Guy. I explained my situation of my Phone, how weird was working, He took look and Turned off and On the Phone . And said to me, If you still have same problem, please come and see me, I will take care you. I went there two weeks after, cause my work Schedule, and I got this answer from him. Tell him to another sales customer guy was help me me. Hey this customer was here before, did you order his new Phone for him? His answer was after he saw me , Its nothing I can do it . His phone is out of Warranty, after he told me , the he will take care my phone if I'm still have same problem. That is VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.... I spoke with Store Manager, and Said to me sorry Its nothing I can do either. I have Insurance on the phone, That I have never use for the longest time I been a Customer from that particular Store. I will give them more credit, if they were honest at the first time I went there, and offer my other solution , like say, Hey sir, sorry but your phone is out of warranty, this are your Options. and not wasting my time make me come back for nothing, trying to be there on time before they closed , and after work.
