So sad to see this place is STILL scamming people... your measly little commissions you guys are racking up there by telling people about false promotions and free stuff is messing with people's money and time. For me and my wife it's more about the time it's taken to get to the point of it still not being resolved after 9 months! I've had to stop into the store once to talk to Ethan and then twice at another official location. My wife has had at least 5 very long phone calls with corporate over the last 9 months. We were scammed back in October. My wife is on the phone with corporate (Real Verizon) right now as I type this. I'm so frustrated this so still going on that I decided to finally leave a review of this fraudulent business. Anyway, it's the same deal as everyone else. They promise free stuff and credits to your bill. They never come... For us it was a free iPhone Buy one Get One. And free cases for the phone and a free tablet (that we didn't even want but we're told we had to get it because it was part of the promotion). Then our bill went up by more than $200 a month to $400 and some. At all costs AVOID this store. It's nothing but a bunch of kids trying to earn commissions on fake promotions that don't exist and it seems the manager there is training these kids to do just that... 9 months later there are still salespeople there doing this. Unreal... This place needs to be shut down and it looks like corporate might open an investigation on the store after this phone call my wife is having right now. read more

I will give 0 stars if I can. I was with TMO with 7 years and never faced this issue. Due to a good promotional offer I moved with Verizon. It was my first experience with the retailer and a pathetic experience I must say. Moreover, the staff was direspectfull and non cooperative. I went there to store 3 consecutive days to inquire abouy my phone delivery but the staff didnt bother to look in their inventory properly. I even told them if they can provide me the tracking number, they just rebuked me on my face that they can't. Calling 611 was also a nightmare. I waited patiently for 50min to get hold of a Verizon rep and to my surprise I found out that the phone was already delivered 2 days ago. I did a conference call with Verizon and the retailer in order to make sure the phone was arrived. Also, I was told that my credit limit can get extended once i will come to pick up the phone, but ofcourse they took a U-turn on the day of pick up. I was being told that they will call the customer service, but they didnt even try that on the day of pick up. Each and every staff said different things on each day. I am now stuck with Verizon for 2yrs now but for sure after 2 yrs i will change my carrier. I cant believe that the leading wireless carrier of US is treating their customers like this. read more

The time had come to get my daughter her first phone. For some reason I checked Yelp to see if the closest Verizon to my house was open, and the lack of 5 stars caught my attention. That made me check for others in the area and the spectrum one in particular caught my eye. As I started reading the reviews I read enough to compel me to make the drive to the Spectrum and do my shopping there. Ironically I had read a lot of people say Ashley was great, and I suppose it was my lucky day as Ashley was the one I got to work with. I don't write reviews often, but because Yelp led me here, I felt it was appropriate to pay the good news forward again to anyone seeking great customer service and support. We stopped in at Verizon at the Spectrum in Irvine because Ryan reached out to us about some of their promotions. Between him and his manager Ethan, they were able to get us 2 brand new phones, with 2 chargers, 2 cases, 2 battery packs, & 2 iPads just for paying sales taxes and trading in our old phones. Since we were already paying on 2 phones, and 2 jet packs our monthly payment will be the same. Ryan transferred over the information from our old phones while we were in the store. The service was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all of our questions promptly. We have been Verizon customers for over 10 years. I travel a lot of for work and Verizon is the only carrier that has been available in all areas. When the iPhone first came out and only AT&T was carrying it, we switched to AT&T. Biggest mistake of our life. A year later when Verizon starting carrying the iPhone we switched back to them and have been with them ever since. Even though we live in Mission Viejo, we always go to the Verizon store at the Spectrum in Irvine. We always get excellent service and no waiting. What an absolute joke of a store. Went to upgrade my wife's phone and was told we don't have the model in stock go to the Apple store in the mall we were in. Went to the Apple store and then was told we need a PIN number...went to the store and the staff there proceeded to try and change it, couldn't and told me to call 611 and good luck with that. How does a person walk into a business wanting to purchase their product then told to go to another business? It's good thing these guys don't work for me because I would fire all of of them. This locations customer service is a joke beware!!! They are placing iPhone 14 Pro screen protectors on the iPhone 14 and stating that is the correct screen protector. Do not trust that the representative ASHLEY W knows what she is doing. Both her and the representative ZACH G questioned me about having either an iPhone 13 or 14 after me explaining to her that I have the iPhone 14! Clearly she nor ZACH G know their apple products! I tried to go back into the store and request a refund for a $70 screen protector that did not only fit my iPhone 14 but also split right in between my front facing camera. ASHLEY W and her assistant manager very smugly stated that the screen protector placed was the correct one and that they could not refund me. This was absolutely the worst customer service ever !!!! i ordered a select iphone and this location had the phone i wanted . i paid for it over the phone and they texted me an hour later saying it's ready and i can go pick it up. When i drove there which is about 45 minutes from my house, the manager Christian Reveles said the phone is not available because it was for a pre order for someone else and it is a mistake you cannot have it. We just refunded your card and get out of my store. No apology whatsoever. I was appalled at how rude the manager and his ghetto assistant were. once i started recording her unbelievably rude bahavior she threatened to call police on me. I was trying to talk to the manager and she kept interrupting my conversation. I have never been treated like this in my life and will be sending a formal complaint to their corporate office. Its a disgrace that verizon would employ such incompetent, getto and rude individuals. if anyone in my company treated my customers in that manner they would be fired immediately. read more

Went to purchase a new iPhone from Verizon. I called First and talk to Zach asked him lots of questions and he was great at answering them all. He also recommended a good time to come in when it wasn't so busy. When I got there Zach told me it would be about 20 minutes to do the whole transaction and it was. It was super easy and I got the phone and accessories that I wanted with some great discounts and couldn't be happier. Zach was very helpful in the whole transaction. Gage is a big disappointment!! If I could give zero stars I would. He did a bait and switch on me. Two months ago I called the store since I was ordering my iphone online he told me not to and to come in because I would get a better deal. I go in on Black Friday since that was when he would be there and my phone was ordered/delivered. I go in and he just brings papers for me to sign and pay $1100. He didn't even discuss the trade-in he originally told me I'd get, which was supposed to be $250. I asked about it and he said that there were no promotions so he couldn't give it to me anymore. IT WAS BLACK FRIDAY FOR GOODNESS SAKE. If there's going to be a promotion it would be on Black Friday. So I reject buying the phone and he says I can call customer service if I think I can get a better deal. I sit on the phone for an hour in the store and get no where. I leave and just out of curiosity I go on the app later that same day and SURPRISE SURPRISE, I ordered my new phone and got $579 in-trade in credit!! Yes that's correct I got half off my new iPhone 12 Pro 256 gb. I waited two months to make sure my bill would be correct and it is. This just shows that Gage and all those sales idiots are just liars and cheats! My tip to all Verizon customers would be to go online and don't feel pressured into buying a new phone out of desperation, the phone gets delivered in two days and activation is very simple. There's absolutely zero use for these sales people and they are worthless as you can see. read more

Went into the store looking to add a line getting free lines with the promotions. Bryce then told me I needed to buy $300 worth of accessories per promotion to get the promotions. On top of it he told me one of the promotions wasn't available and was trying to sell me other phones claiming his other sales reps were new and didn't know better. I declined and left the store only to find out from the Verizon Wireless customer service that there is no requirement to buy accessories for the promotion, and the promotions I wanted were available. I will never shop at Victra again and go to Verizon directly myself to avoid these snake salesmen. read more
