1 star is too many stars for this store. David and Ethan will flat out lie to you. Lie #1)David told us that he's throwing in screen protectors and cases for three phones that we purchased there. The truth, he charged us $99 per phone. Lie #2) They said their is $20 activation fee per phone. The truth, Verizon will charge you the activation fee, their $20 fee is not an activation fee. Lie #3) David told us we have 14 days if we are not happy to bring everything back and get a full refund. The truth is, they will charge you a restocking fee and won't refund everything. They also charge you $50 for a screen protector and since it's on already, they won't refund that either. read more

When I went here to get my daughter a new phone I thought they were an actual Verizon store otherwise I wouldn't have gone in. The staff was super friendly but not sure how competent they were. I wanted the XR for her and didn't realize he gave us an XS until we were almost ready to leave and after being there for over 2 hours I just said fine even though it's $10 more a month. Also there was a promotion supposedly and he gave us 2 Samsung tablets for "free no out of pocket costs", which is what showed on my bill when I walked out. But what do you know when I checked my cell phone bill I was being charged a setup fee and was paying for 1 of them for at $300. I returned both the tablets within 5 days of getting them and it has taken me 4 months to get my Verizon bill correct and more than 5 hours on the phone to get this cleared up. Beware this is an authorized dealer of Verizon but not an actual Verizon store. If you need to return anything, you can only return to a Victra store. read more

SCAM! SCAM! FRAUD! TELL EVERYONE YOU CARE ABOUT! DO NOT ENTER THIS STORE! This is not a joke! THIS IS CRIMINAL!!!!!! At Verizon Irvine Spectrum aka A Wireless; aka Victra David Loose, salesman at this store, will mislead you into thinking you are doing business with Verizon. He will have you only sign paperwork that says Verizon but has you sign an electronic pad for charges you can't see that are being billed to Victra and does not provide you a copy of the charges. He charged our card over $400 for cases and protectors that were supposed to be free. Do not let them tell you that they we don't say the word "free" my whole family was all led to believe that we would not be charged and sure enough he slipped those charges to our card but conveniently did not give us a receipt of those charges. Plus he added warranties onto our Verizon account without our knowledge. We never went over warranties nor did he give us paperwork on the what the warranties covered. He had access to our account and snuck it on without consent. I returned all the phones to the store including cases and protectors because I do not do business with companies who intentionally deceive their customers. David tells us that the store manager is his best friend and they live together. Guess what? The store manager forced us into paying restocking fees and set up fees $300. Birds of a feather. I have nothing to show for that but a BIG PAIN IN MY ***! It's not over yet. Warn your family and friends! Do not go to this store. If you got scammed by these guys. I came in to this store wanting to pick up a new iPhone X's. I was immediately greeted by Mikah. Mikah was a huge help in checking to see if the phone was in stock. I was in a panic because my iPhone had completely died, and I could not get it to turn on even though when it died, it was fully charged up so I knew it wasn't a battery issue. As soon as I walked into the store Bilal greeted me warmly, and immediately got to work fixing my issue. I was willing to buy a new phone if that's what it took, but he was able to wake up my phone, explain the issue to me and give me tips on if it happened again, and how my case could have potentially been impeding the button functions of my phone. I decided to get a new case and screen protector, and he took so much care to clean my phone exceptionally well prior to putting together the screen, protector and case for me. His colleague, Mikey, also assisted in getting my phone working again, and the two were very entertaining and friendly throughout the process. Best experience in a phone store I've ever had! I usually dread those visits but these guys made my day, and saved me hundreds of dollars too! read more

STAY AWAY from this store! It's not a Verizon corporate store, it's an athorized dealer named Victra's franchise. I came in to get an iPhone 8 plus upgrade for my husband's line that's eligible for an early upgrade. I wasn't sure if I wanted the 64 GB or the bigger one and the colors for my husband. Then this aggressive, vulgar, insensible, and hyper masculine sales person named Mathew immediately jumped the line among his other colleagues and helped me. After I explained why I was at the store for, he bluntly and repeatly asked me who is this upgrade for with a condescending tone. I was shocked and confused with his motive, so I answered him it's for one of my family members. Then he wouldn't give up and insisted on digging to the bottom of this. I kept my cool and insisted on saying family member worrying he might pass on any judgments towards me being a homosexual if I said it was for my husband. Afte going back and forth 7 times on the same question, he finally gave up and accepted my original answer. Later, he pulled up my account and saw my husband's name then addressed him as she. I was very unpleasant so far. I had already gave him access to my account, but he seemed to want to rush the sell and close the deal. I still hadn't made up my mind on which color or which memory size to get for my husband, he had already left his counter and disappeared to the stock room to get one. I had to make him go back to the stock room 3 times to get the one I wanted, because every time when I tried to ask him about the sizes, colors and prices he would just disappear in front of me. After 30 mins of upgrading process, he read partial of the receipt disclosures. However, he left the part of "$70 restocking fee on any iPhone" out of the verbal disclosure. I had return the second day to return my phone, he had an attitude! I asked to speak to th store manager Colby, he then kept saying he was available for another 20 mins given the fact that I just saw Colby 5 mins ago standing behind the counter in the corner. This store is such a scam. The worst phone shopping experience of my life. The manger Colber is unapologetic and tried to defend for his employees. He also said that there's nobody higher up than him for me to talk to for this matter. Lastly, Mathew also lied to my face about the $70 restocking fee. I probably had the worst experience with Verizon over this month. First of all, I would like to say that their sales representative basically lied and scammed me. So here is what happened. I went to this store, and I asked them for the iPhone X. They said they had one left in stock, and that with the purchase of this phone, I get 3 extra products for free. One being a case, second one being a Samsung tablet, and lastly they offered us something called a "Hum" which gave us special perks if we put it in the car. The sales representative clearly stated that this was free, and that there would be no extra charge to our bill. I even asked if there would be another line added (For the tablet) to our bill, and they said no. They clearly say that there is no additional monthly charge. Obviously having this in mind, But I check my bill for this month, I realized that the bill has gone up $300. This was very confusing for us because we remember the sales person clearly saying it was free and no additional charge later. Also, I don't even use these products as I didn't even open the box, so we would be happy to return it. I went to the store, and they said that in order to not have a 300$ bill change, I would have to pay a 300$ terminating fee. This is complete shit because one, they said it was free and that no additional monthly line charge would be put onto my bill, and second we didn't even use it, and they still wanted us to pay 300$ every month or pay a terminating fee of 300$. Now, I 100% recommend not going to this store because they will do everything they can to get money from you, even to the point where they have to lie to you. They will lie and they just ask you to sign the contract. They try to hide so many things and then after you sign and they don't care. read more

FYI... THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE... Went to this location to redeem the Verizon deal currently happening for trade-in value of $800 towards an iPhone 14 Pro. Upon arrival, I was told that this deal would INCLUDE a bundle of any 3 accessories of choice on the floor. I thought wow... is this too good to be true? I chose 3 accessories while they setup my new phone. Upon checkout the total that was supposed to be a little over $400 came out to almost $700. Looking over the itemized breakdown, it showed the accessories as an ADD-ON. I told them on Verizon's website it shows that you can do the phone trade without accessories needing to be bundled but was told by the associate on the floor the opposite - that in order to redeem the $800 deal, I would need to purchase the accessories... "that was part of the deal". I went forward with the purchase hesitantly and the next day I called Verizon customer service to verify, and it turns out that the deal isn't representative of Verizon's deal and I was misled into buying unnecessary accessories. The Verizon Customer Service rep made a note on my account of what happened and the retailer and they told me all corporate Verizon stores and indirect dealers are forwarded the correct deal to provide to customers on Verizon's behalf, so I don't know why it was structured this way to me. Went back today to Victra (the day after original purchase) and told them either we do the Verizon deal I originally intended for and that I get the accessories refunded or I take my business elsewhere. The associate was kind and refunded me the accessories. Happy that it ended well but feel like I can't trust this store in the future. read more

I always find a way to break my phone. I don't know how but it always happens at the worst moments in my life as well. As I walked into the Verizon store with negative energy the sales rep Neema greeted me positive energy and the biggest smile I have seen on any retail worker. Before he started pitching me on a new phone or even asking me about my phone, he began by asking me how my day was going. Which I am embarrass to say turned into a 30 minute rant that revolved all about my issues. Neema had turned into an informal therapist for me lol. Anyways after hearing about all my problems he went ahead and upgraded my phone, transferred all my information, and saved me $10 on my monthly bill. Unbelievable experience, after talking to him I feel as if he will be moving on in the near future from Verizon so now is the time to see him for any Verizon related issues. read more

I went into this store today because my phone went completely black and I didn't know what to do. The staff were professional and really friendly. They fixed my phone right away without any upsell. The service was so good I decided to buy a new phone for my husband and a few accessories for stocking stuffers. I highly reccomend this store if in need of a repair or a new phone. I should've known better than upgrading my phone at this store. This is not the place you want to get your new iPhone. They charge $19.99 Set Up and Go Plus fee automatically. It is the fee for transferring your data to your new phone. Funny thing is it is automatically charged even though you transfer the data on your own at home. Of course, I was never told this is what I need to pay if I do business with them. They also charge you for the unwanted accessories and unwanted (or never explained) service subscription without your consent. They do this by tricking you to pay $199 or more upfront, making you believe that you are putting some downpayment on the device installment purchase. Do not assume their phone price is the same as Apple store or VerizonWireless online. Their price is higher. Still, if you want to shop here, ask for details of every single transaction before you sign or commit anything. Don't assume that the receipts are emailed to you. Otherwise, you will be one of the victims of their dishonest and misrepresenting sales tactics. read more

DO NOT go to a "Authorized Retailer". They work on commission and add things to your account without your knowledge to boost their commission. I upgraded my iPhone in December 2018 and the guy that I was working with added an insurance plan to my phone without my knowledge or approval. I just now found out about it because it showed up on my first bill. He also said "if you purchase a case and glass shield right now, you will only have to pay the taxes on the phone portion" to which I said, "I would only have to pay the taxes on the phone regardless." He then proceeded to act like he didn't hear me. They are unprofessional. read more
