My husband and I had a really seamless experience at this Verizon. We came in on a Monday night and Kevin Nguyen helped us right away. We have always been iPhone users but he told us all the new phones and their specs because we wanted to know our options. We decided to stick with the iPhone and he even offered the information that we only use about 4gz of data but we have an 8gz plan - so he suggested we could save money by decreasing the data on our plan. We had to come back on Friday because they had to order the phone with 64gz storage because they only had 256 go in stock. They called me on Thursday night when they got the phones in and we came Friday and we're all good! Kevin was super patient with me as I had to bring my laptop to the store in order to push through and successfully download my work apps onto my new phone. He perfectly put on our screen protectors, and voíla - we have new phones and are saving money on our data plan. All around great experience! read more

Went in to try and get a cheaper plan with more data. There was no one in the store and 4 guys working there all watching golf on the TVs. No one greeted me or offered to help. When one finally did he had no idea what he was doing and kept yelling at some guy in the back to help him who never showed up and the guy who was sitting watching golf didn't offer any help. I told the guy helping me that my monthly bill is too high and I could go elsewhere for much cheaper. He told me "You get what you pay for." Apparently I pay for shitty customer service ‍ don't bother coming here it's a waste of time. read more

consider the following before going to this store: 1- it is not a corporate store it is Victra authorized retailer , when you call Verizon customer service they will keep referring you back to the store or to victra customer service which is very bad. Even verizon customer service they will tell you it is better to deal with a corporate store. 2- because it is not a corporate store they do not hold the same standards like verizon 3- I was stuck with a new employee for 4 hours ,he didn't know anything and he didn't ask anyone else to help him out when I asked why don't u ask someone else to help you out, he said I already asked but they wanted to split the commission with me. I think victra is creating a bad work environment , I wouldn't support and do business with such a company that has a very bad culture that doesn't train and support new employees. 4- they will give you all kind of wrong information and scam promotions to get you sign up with them. he kept saying he will wave the initiation fees, he never did. read more

Overall a great experience! I got a phone call from Ryan informing me that I might have an upgrade. Walked in and was immediately greeted! AVOID this store at all cost. After 3 hours of waiting to have a new account set up, we were told to come back or bite the dust becasue they were getting an error message on their end. Meanwhile we heard 5 more mintes, we re almost done, sorry guys. Complete lack of respect for customers. We were told to return the next day. **UPDATE** The next day we went to an actual Verizon store instead, and found out that these people are running a SCAM! The manager called corporate and tried to undo everything these SCAMMERS tried to do! They gave corporate the run for their money trying to undo it all! In short, our business account had a random business name added to it, the PIN they asked us to set up the day before did not work because they set up their own PIN behind our back, the plan/pricing they tried to put us on DOES NOT EXIST, the $400 they promissed, for switching over, would never come because buy one get one free phone deal does not qualify, oh and there was no need for us to be getting 2 ipads in addition to the 2 lines! Corporate said that these people were trying to rack up a bill for a higher commission, and 6 months down the road we would have been in for a rude awakening with paying tripple the amount for our plan! They took a detail report of what happened and will deal with them accordingly. We are glad we were able to stop this before we signed anything. After learning all of this, last night was like buying phones out of the back of someone's truck in a dark alley, but in fact this was taking place at a nice store at Irvine Spectrum! Thankfully were able to avoid the financial damages, but want to make sure they don't SCAM anyone else. Please do your research !!! read more

Let this be one more warning to you, before you walk into this Verizon Authorized retailer at the Irvine Spectrum! We were able to walk out of this store without getting cheated, all thanks to these other folks that took the time and shared their experience here, so I did read all of the negative and positive comments before walking in. Here is what happened to us. Last week before Apple launch the new 2018 iPhone Xs, my wife called the store not knowing that this particular store is NO LONGER, a Verizon Corporate store, since we have been going to this location for years. They took our pre-order over the phone no issues, and promised that it will arrive on launch date 9/21, when the time comes, we wonder why we did not get the tracking numbers for our pre-order, after my wife spending over 1hr, on the phone talking to REAL Verizon rep, we finally get the Fedex Tracking numbers for 2 packages to arrive to this Reseller store Monday and Tuesday the following week 9/24 and 9/25. I showed up to the store Tuesday night after I find out the packages have been confirmed and delivered to the store, so I can go to get these setup, once we enter the store, they said yeah, the packages did not arrive yet, so when I told them mmm...I checked Fedex and it showed it was delivered, so now they go to the back room and comes back and tell me yeah they are here but it will take 10min to open the lock. The sales come back out and tell us that yeah one package with 2 phones arrived Friday on time, but the second package arrived Monday night, Total Lies, because based on Fedex tracking info, we know exactly that they arrived Monday and Tuesday morning. So immediately I know this Mika guy is not ready to tell the truth. If he is willing to lie on something so trivial, what else was he willing to lie to me, so I let him continue and nod in agreement but in reality, I nod in agreement to myself that this store is shady like other comments. So then they comes back out with 5 phones that we pre-ordered, but then Mika the sales tells me yeah you will all get "free phone cases" I said oh we really don't need it, since we have already purchased the new cases that we each liked online, but he said our price is the same regardless and insisted that we take the 'free cases", so no comments from me. Then immediately I noticed one of the box already have the plastic seal removed, that raise a Red Flag for me, so I picked it up to make sure the plastic seal was missing, so then Mika tells me "oh, Apple forgot to insert a sim card for this phone and they put a note on it, so he had to open it up and insert a new sim card" Really? Apple a One Trillion Dollar company would do that and place a note outside the box for missing Sim Card? that is best in class for customer experience, so then he begins to open the box, to show me the phone is fine, but we noticed that it was missing document folio like typical Apple product, and also the power adapter was not wrapped with plastic protector !! more Red Flags ! So Mika assumes everything is ok, and continue to process, so I commented that I personally do not feel comfortable to take a phone that has been opened without my knowledge, and so then we can see this guy is not comfortable of all the stories he has been telling me from the minute I walked in up to this point, and massive sweats start to build and clearly visible from his body language. Then someone from behind him step over and said then we will need to cancel everything, I said fine if that is what you need to do, we can order the phones again, then walked out. Be warned and be ready to use some common sense if you choose to walk into this particular store even after you have read these comments and warnings. Just know that after this negative comment, someone will pop in and add a 5 star rating to help prop up my 1 start to keep the average at 3 stars...wait for it ! read more

However, going to give the benefit of the doubt that they forgot to mention adding an automatic mobile protection which was not necessary. We visited the store because we had an issue with a new phone. The sales associate, Zach, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He had the best customer service skills I have ever encountered, Which says a lot because I am in sales myself. He made us feel well understood and comfortable throughout the process. I feel I need to complement both Zach, as well as his manager Jaime, who also assisted us. The store manager Ethan is a sorry excuse for a manager. The store messed up my pre order and multiple people were supposed to call me back and not once did I receive a call. Every time I called to follow up no one knew what was going on. When talking to Ethan about the issue he just tried to put the blame on his worker for miss informing me of policies. Last time I checked it was the managers job to properly teach there workers store policy's. Defiantly recommend coming to this location if you enjoy wasting your time and being told it is what it is. There nothing I can do. And constantly being blown off. I always wondered why there were new employees. Now I know it's a reflection of Ethan's management skills. read more

So I was hesitant to come to this store based on the reviews I read prior, but I couldn't be more happy with my purchase here. David was awesome, helpful, very straightforward and to-the-point which made the process quick and easy! I have been to "real Verizon" stores and the level of service is not even comparable. They make you feel as if you're wasting their time if you don't let them upsell you, whereas I told David what I needed and he took care of me. I don't know why some of the reviews are so awful on here, but my experience was great to say the least! There are a lot of complaints about it being an authorized retailer, but if you do your research all costs are the same as it would be if you went to a Verizon corporate store.
