    Quick trip to Verizon store to fix my broken iPhone. Walked in without appointment with non functioning iPhone. They diagnosed it to be faulty SIM card, replaced it and I was out in 10 min with no extra charge!!! Awesome

    After 38 years in the client service industry spending time with Tom Ford, Bloomingdale's, LVMH-Sephora, Lancôme Estée Lauder & Clinique to name a few I can humbly with shock and disillusionment say Verizon scores the lowest on product and very much so their Customer Service Experience. Keeping it short & wishing it was different I still haven't had any resolution. 15 calls later I'm still being charged for a device & line that I never ordered or received. They ported in the contact number I gave when asked for a callback number which then caused me to loose my part time job as the number is my supervisors personal contact she allowed me to use that day. This all happened online & in the app not at 3505 Sports Arena blvd. I've yet to get a call from corporate but there's no need I've cancelled anything to do with Verizon and I'm using an old phone on a reliable network. I'm a disabled senior citizen on food stamps section 8 & Medicare. I can't afford a $500 bill caused by a mistake Verizon made. I'm still not sure what they are going to cop to, admit or try to stick to me. I'll keep it updated

    I had a really bad experience at this location that I need to talk about. A month ago, I went to their store literally, just to get a Sim card, for a couple of phones, the employee there, told me about "new plans that were cheaper" to upgrade my business phones but they didn't tell me it would cost me a lot more because I was on an old plan. When I talked to customer service later, they literally told me that I would be paying thousands of dollars more, for this new plan and my old plan was grandfathered. So I did everything through customer service, just because they were telling me things, that the branch didn't tell me. "Go figure, if you return your phones via mail, you don't pay a restocking fee, something that they didn't share with me. Today, I went back to upgrade my phone, and the manager told me he couldn't help me at his store. Even though I always pay my bills on time and was just trying to fix a mistake they made, it feels like they don't want me in their stores anymore. I have a business plan and pay over $700 a month for all my devices. This is really bad customer service, and I've never seen anything like it. Imagine being banned from Verizon Wireless, all while giving them $700 a month . Definitely have to find a new carrier.

    I went in about 1 month ago and I was looking to get a new phone. They sold me an Iphone 15. In the past I have had issues with billing so I was extremely thorough when asking questions regarding how much I will be billed. I didn't want to be taken adanatage of or lied to. I worked with a man as well as the store manager who is female. I felt like I could trust her since she is the store manager. They told me I could get a "discount" if they are able to open up a "Ghost Line" on the phone. They said I would NOT be charged if I did this for the additional line. The store manager also said she would be giving me 6 months of insurance on the phone for FREE. They also said I would NOT be charged an activation fee. They printed out a receipt which stated my next bill would be $108. I agreed and felt like I could trust them, especially because the FEMALE STORE MANAGER was helping me. One month later I am charged $267 dollars. I was charged for 2 lines, insurance for both lines, and an activation fee. I will be taking this up with corporate. The female manager should be ashamed of herself for lying to my face. I am a single mom and my daughter was in the store with me at the time. These people are unethical and lack any remorse for intentionally exploiting their customers. I will be switching over to T-Mobile tomorrow and NEVER going with Verizon again. I will be advising EVERYONE I know to NEVER sign up with Verizon. After I paid this bill the next bill was for $155 when it should have been $100. I went to the store to ask why this was and they quickly brushed me off and said I can't do anything, call customer service. The call center agent then told me they can't help me and to go into the store I originally purchased the phone from. I told him I had just done that. He then told me he would take off the ghost like and keep my original number. And that my next bill would be lower. He ended up deleting the wrong number and is I do not have the ability to call, text or use data without WiFi. So now I have paid a ridiculous fee for literally nothing. This is affecting my work and school as I am unable to login to class without a text verification. I will be reporting the manager and employee to corporate and I will make sure I get a full refund. Moral of the story: Verizon are Crooks and T-Mobile is Legit.

    Worst customer experience ever. I've been a customer for over 15 years and never had such a terrible experience with an iPad sale issue.

    Walked in and no one even looked up at us. The guy that ended up "helping" us was so rude and it was as if we were bothering him.

Download the app, create your account, and everything else is pretty much there. I was given my router, and Jessica was transparent about prices. After each carrier blamed the other for the inability to unlock the card, and after having been transferred from one agent, department to the next without the agent explaining the situation to the former, I was left to continue repeating myself?! Finally, I headed out to the Hillcrest location. These two men there, one in his mid thirties; the other late 30's had these arrogant attitudes as if I were inconveniencing them?! They said "you will have to call them, Spectrum , to get them to unlock the card." We can't do anything to help you?!" Back and forth both Spectrum and Cox blamed the other. Now just how am I supposed to call them without service?! I don't know what to tell you, but you can't come in here and expect to use our phones to get your card unlocked?!?" I said absolutely nothing more. I got up from my seat and walked out the door. Look into AT&T, Verizon, or any other carrier. Save your time and money. There are SO many other companies that will compete for your business and are concerned with customer retention. This business couldn't care less about obtaining your business, let alone retaining it.

    My family moved into our house almost 3.5 years ago. It's one thing to get mailers (that go…read morestraight to the recycling bin) every couple of months. It's another thing to walk into my house while my wife and I are working with contractors, interrupt, then - when discovered - resist leaving until I have to walk you to the curb and ensure you walk away. It's another thing to stand for 5 minutes knocking on a door with a NO SOLICITING sign on it before finally leaving...but waiting out on the sidewalk for several minutes afterwards. Yet it's another thing to keep coming every few of months - cosplaying as technicians (the sneakers are the giveaway) and entering our now-fenced off courtyard - for a clownishly aggressive sales pitch, then resist leaving the courtyard after hearing "no thanks, please leave now" from the property owners. But what happened last Thursday was another thing entirely: to hang out in a private driveway, stand outside a parked car, waiting for the owner and his child to exit the vehicle for several minutes, refusing to leave when asked (then told) to do so, and then mean-mugging your prospective customer through the windshield glass of his car for a couple more minutes before finally walking off....but not without further staring down your prospective customer...it's the establishment of an unthinkable new low. Listen Spectrum: I was never a fan. However, any chance of getting our business has been completely obliterated by your door-to-door sales team in Metro San Diego. The aggressive, persistent presence: annoying. The bro-speak sales pitch: slimy. The cosplaying as techs: creepy. The ignoring of direction to exit private property: criminal. The attempt to physically intimidate people while trespassing: hostile and criminal. I don't like this trajectory. You've been reported to the FTC. You've been reported to Spectrum Corporate. Next time it's San Diego Police Department.
