We are at Vessel on our last night in Park City and what a treat it was! The restaurant was clean and smelled amazing as soon as we opened the door. I got the Med with chicken and my husband had the trout dish. My kid had the beef with Mac and cheese and we had a side of hummus and pita. Once our food arrived, the owner was concerned about the size of my husbands trout so he brought him another helping - not necessary but whoa... what amazing service. The trout was a little fishy per my husband but otherwise amazing. My dish was great. The pita and hummus were so tasty! My kids dinner was also amazing. We would absolutely return and would highly recommend!

Yum! One of our favorites in Park City. Always great food, always quick. If you have leftovers, they're excellent too.

Utah bowl with a side of PITA STRIPS (V, G) and HUMMUS

Wow the Utah bowl was amazing the chicken was nicely seasoned I could have eaten it by itself. I asked for the sauce on the side so that I could enjoy the flavors and it was very tasty and filling! I thought I might need something else so I ordered the pita strips with hummus another great idea. The hummus was a little plain but still good.

Amazing options. Tons of flavors recipes...so many you cannot pick. Excellent portion size. Appears very popular with a fairly steady stream of traffic. Staff is patient and willing to offered suggestions. Plenty of windows allowing tons of natural light. This is a must do healthy choice restaurant.

The food is delicious. The wait wasn't long at all. The ingredients are healthy and the options are endless. Everything is so tasty, and I've tried different options each time. My favorite was the Uncle Rico! I highly recommend the brownie cookie, too!

My $17 steelhead trout plate takeout, where they forgot the trout, and gave me only 6 brussels sprouts. Lame.

Imagine my face when I got to my cabin after getting takeout from Vessel, after snowmobiling in, starving, pulling out my steelhead trout plate, only to see no trout, and literally 6 brussels sprouts. Not happy at all. I did call and spoke to the manager who apologized and comped my meal, but still so upset, I guess it's the hangry in me. I thought you should all have the heads up to check your takeout before you leave.

Looking for something different than Park City proper on a Sunday evening. Many other restaurants (non fast food) were closed so our options were limited and we opted for Vessel Kitchen. You walk along the counter and order all while seeing the food first hand. You pay at the counter, get a table number and food is delivered to you at your table. Everything here is made fresh with lots of herbs and spices. The staff was friendly and welcoming and food hot. I opted for the braised beef, corn (served cold) and mashed potatoes. While the corn was good, it would have been better to my liking if it had been hot. The portions were filing, but sadly all the flavors didn't set well with me and the flavoring of the beef wasn't my cup of tea.

At the same time, they do the "common" stuff really well like kids' food. Great experience through and through. Walking in, you immediately know it's a well-run establishment, there's people moving quickly everywhere and they even have a few to-go areas with coffee stations that seems to be busy. We went during the World Cup and they also had a projector playing one of the games for a cool vibe. They had an amazing menu of commonly found entrees, but with like an elevated twist. Everything from food to coffee was absolutely delicious. Unique flavor profiles and everything just worked. Really cool spot and I would say a must check out if you're in the area.

Our waiter was super knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. He helped me order a lavender coffee drink and it came out exactly how I wanted it. My partner tried their orange coffee seasonal drink and it was incredible. It was so unique, smooth, interesting and not too sweet. All of their seasonal drinks sounded fun. It was hard to order because I wanted everything on the menu. My chilaquiles were balanced, filling, and rich. My partners mermaid bowl was fun and the perfect temperature to not turn into soup by the time you were done eating it. They had a kids menu and high chairs. The apple juice that came with the kids meal must have been fresh squeezed. It was the best apple juice I had ever tried and it was a huge portion size. The fries were tasty. My only wish is that there was one of these in Maryland so I could be a regular.

The restaurant's ambiance blended industrial and farmhouse styles, featuring white plank wood walls accented with decorative crates, contrasted by industrial-style ceilings, black wire fixtures, and dark-painted elements. We ordered coffee; however, it was served lukewarm rather than hot. After notifying our server, a fresh cup was provided, though it again lacked sufficient heat. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan Alfredo, which proved to be exceptional. The pasta was rich and creamy, complemented by a generous layer of Parmesan cheese. The chicken Parmesan was perfectly cooked, with well-balanced breading and a flavorful sauce that carried a subtle hint of citrus zest. Overall, it was a very enjoyable lunch with friendly staff and generally good service. We look forward to returning to explore other menu offerings.

I paired it with a Chianti. My only complaint was between me and the chair at the table behind was not a lot of space so every time a server walked by they hit my chair. The place was dead and things were getting packed up all around us while we were trying to have a nice meal. Instead of unlimited chips we're now down to one basket and must pay for more. The food itself was great except for the soup which was lukewarm and returned. Had the fajitas. the boyfriend who really enjoyed his beef dish. Service was great, the mango margarita was not worth $15 (zero hint of alcohol but welcome to Utah). I've always enjoyed this restaurant so I'm sure I will be back but probably for lunch instead of dinner so I don't have to feel rushed and the food will be hot.

We also got the queso to try and it was cold and so thick. Nothing like Tex mex. Honestly it's hard to find Mexican food around here but I'd rather pay the extra and go to a nicer spot on Main Street. ALSO! I made a reservation on open table and was checked in under that. Then, the second we left the restaurant it said my res was cancelled. Annoying because I was dinged by OpenTable and sounds like they just didn't want to pay the OT fee.
