Was excited to try this pizza place, however it really wasn't anything special at all. The pepperoni pizza was way too oily for my liking, and I don't know the pizza just didn't taste super fresh. It was not my favorite pizza. The mozzarella sticks were also very poor quality there was nothing good about them. They were very soggy and the sauce was very bland. I came here before and had forgotten what a good slice of pizza they make. The pizza is more sauce heavy and less cheese which I liked. I liked the cheese taste a lot. Pizza was firm when folded. I found myself enjoying the pizza as it got colder it increased in flavor. The crust was great and cheese/sauce meshed well, didn't slide off which I like. I really enjoyed this slice! A few days ago, I stopped by here and purchased garlic knots and 5 piece chicken tenders. The garlic knots were quite delicious. The chicken tenders were a tad too salty. It came with marinara sauce which made it taste better. It took 10 minutes for them to make 5 chicken tenders. The total cost of the meal was $14, which I felt was overpriced. Hidden gem in Larchmont! Ordered the Big Business hot wedge, it was excellent. Comes with breaded eggplant with fresh mozzarella, broccoli rabe and balsamic glaze. The wedge was warm and toasty, with just the right balance of crunch and softness. Definitely coming back for this. read more

My husband insisted to take me to this place claiming their pizza was the best. My ratings are from 1-10. 1 being the lowest, 10 the highest. Service and staff: 10- the staff were extremely delightful. We ordered a pepperoni and sausage pie and garlic knots and the cashier was kind enough to bring it to our table. Food: 10- okay! It was great tasting pizza. Better then the crap called pizza in my neighborhood. Was a bit greasy but the sauce was good, not sweet, and there was enough cheese. Pandemic precautions: 4- Everyone wore masks. But I didn't see the tables being sanitized after every customer. I believe we are still in a pandemic. Overall, I would go again the pizza is delicious. Best sicilian I've ever had... I have had sicilian from 100s of places and it is my goto food. I recently found Villa Maria and probably have ordered the sicilian 10-15 times via ubereats. Consistently amazing-- every time perfect... the cheese is extremely delicious--very rich and clearly of highest quality... Sauce is extremely tasty and they give a good amount. Dough is fluffy with great flavor and baked perfectly on bottom and sides. I have been making this my one meal a day, usually having 3-4 slices. I am an athlete and can easily maintain 10-12% body fat with this which is a sign the slices are not overly high on calories like many other places. Also I would like to note I believe they use their own employees as deliver drivers on ubereats.. I could be wrong but noticed one had a Villa Maria shirt. Delivery is always quick and professional. Good, solid neighborhood pizzeria. Plenty of slice / topping choices. Pasta dishes are reliably good as well. Popular place, usually a lot of customers in there with their kids. Some of my favorite slices have been: pepperoni, chicken parmesan, chicken chipotle, sicilian margherita, vodka sauce, chicken marsala, etc. - just demonstrates the amount of pizza variety on offer. This is our go-to pizza place. They make a great slice and a great sicilian. Tables are always clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. The tables outside are perfect in the summer for people watching on Chatsworth or for when you have your dog. Sometimes it can get a little overwhelming inside when there are like 10 Hommocks kids bustling about afterschool... or even worse, after a Larchmont Little League game! But overall, we are really happy with Villa Maria. Wish they would bring back the lemon ice, though. It is seriously missed. read more

Pizza is fine. Sals is much better. The garlic knots here are DISGUSTING, every time without fail. They taste like they were frozen then microwaved and then left out to get cold. I see no actual garlic at all, probably only garlic powder. Don't waste your money here. Just make the trip to Sal's. You'll be glad you did. read more
