Service was good very friendly... I ordered the pho and noticed an off taste. I tried to cover it with sriracha and it didn't seem to help. I ended up not being able to finish the bowl and left. An hour later, i started sweating and was left nauseous. The following hour, i was vomiting and unable to stomach anything. The pho might've been bad that day but def got me sick. read more

Great bahn mi shop in the strip mall near hmart. Staff is super friendly and the food is great. Got the vege sandwich and shrimp salad rolls. They also have beef stew that looks pretty good. Will come here again read more

I tried the breakfast here and it was only ok. Maybe I was expecting just tastier fresh baguettes and the breakfast version isn't as good as it was pretty plain and didn't have enough filling (eggs, meat, etc.). read more

VinaDeli is my go to for bahn mi. It's tiny, inexpensive, people are lovely, food is fresh and fantastic. Wasn't a huge fan of the pork belly sandwich, but try the pork baguette, I just discovered you can do double meat, which is so worth it, way more filling for a couple bucks more. I always get two so I can take one to work for lunch the next day. When they heard that, they left veggies off and separately wrapped them so they wouldn't wilt. Also put a little container of fish sauce on the side so it wouldn't make it soggy overnight. Such attention to what would be best for me at no extra cost. They are always a fantastic place to grab a couple sandwiches. read more

Such an excellent spot to grab pho and a banh mi at in Tigard, my partner and I always stop by when we're in this neck of the woods. The owners are SO friendly and the service is always fast with the greatest ingredients. We love the grilled pork which always comes with the perfect ratio of lemongrass pork to veggies all on a crunchy, crispy French bread roll. Epic! read more

Cute little deli that serves Vietnamese eats and breakfast sandwiches. Their banh mis are cheap and fill me up. I usually get the chicken one but I heard the special is good as well. Something to note is that they do not include pickled veggies in their sandwiches. We ordered some spring rolls which were alright. The rolls weren't tight so the filling fell out often and the peanut sauce was missing a little something. I'd come back for the banh mis when I'm in the area. read more

What a great place to stop into right before kayaking on the Tualatin river. I've passed by it so many times and regret never going in. The place was busy for the 10 mins I was there grabbing two bahn mis. The people were really nice and I got their specialty and my friend got the pork. Both were really delicious. I have to come back for more things on the menu. read more

I've had banh mi everywhere. All over Asia, East Coast, Midwest. This is probably one of the best banh mi shops I've tried -- and definitely the best I've had in Oregon. Grabbed some Bahn mi's for a rounch of 18 hole golf (2 chk, 1 veggie, 1 pork, and chk spring rolls). It's very close to my house and I've had them before. They were always decent, nothing amazing. This time our sandwiches were dry, all meat was very DRY, veggies weren't pickled long enough, jalepeno had no spice. It was a very underwhelming Bahn mi and would say the worst I've had in a loooong time. The spring rolls were poorly wrapped and the peanut sauce was too sweet. The meat in that was also dry. I don't think I'll be going there again. The service was ok. We had to wait a bit to get help, and no one was in the restaurant. And then we waited a while for our sandwiches. Maybe they're understaffed and had to-go orders ? Not sure but the only positive is that the bread was good, it would've been even better warm. This is place is amazing! I have been going there since they opened and every time we go we are always pleased. I've had almost everything on the menu and if you want some authentic Vietnamese desserts, look at the counter around from the cash register. A simple operation with no frills which allows them to focus on the food!!! Ha-wen (sp?) is gracious and always greets with a smile. If you're looking for a fancy fine dining place, this isn't quite the place to go. If you're looking for delicious food, a friendly staff and an overall great place to be, then go here! read more

I came here with a friend for a quick bite before a wedding. I'm an avid lover of all wraps and bahn mi, but let me tell you, this place is a GEM! The bread literally crumbles different. I ate the food before we even got to the wedding venue (oops!) and I was already prepared to turn around and grab more!! The peanut sauce was drinkable, and the lettuce so fresh it made me question where the heck I've been buying my own produce. You can see the family run business is dedicated to absolute quality food. When you walk in you'll see (and smell) made-from-scratch baguettes and hand prepared wraps of all kinds. You best believe I'm coming back every time I'm in town, and can't wait to try everything on the menu. I see lots of positive reviews. That in itself might get me to go back. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. My wife is a vegetarian. Due to her condition I rarely get the shrimp and pork salad rolls. So I jumped at the chance. I don't know if lack of herbs in salad rolls has become the exception or the standard but these had cucumber, noodles and lots of lettuce. Like a ridiculous amount I had to take some out. The banh mi was ok. The bread was very crispy but dry. So it didn't have a very good mouth feel. There were some gristly pieces of pork. Good indicator that they made their own but a little unpleasant to eat. Good service and clean space. I'd give it another go. read more

Stopped by on my way home from work, was greeted by a smiling face and a warm, clean, happy interior. Banh mi was incredible, grilled pork perfectly seasoned and tender, added pâté was tasty and not over powering. Bread was a knockout, very fresh. this is a tiny little shop next to H-Mart. for being a a small shop it has a ton of options to choose from, from Pho , boba, spring rolls, rice noodles bowls, and of course bahn mi! we started with the pork and shrimp spring roll and it was so fresh and crisp! the peanut dipping sauce could have used a little spoce, but that's just my preference. we ordered the grilled beef bahn mi and the Vina special #1, which has pate, head cheese, ham and some other type of meat. I'm not sure exactly but it was amazing!! so much flavor and the actual baguette was super fresh. the veggies were good and crisp, but not pickled like I am used to, and it was a little light on the mayo and jalapeno. I will absolutely be coming back to eat here again as I shop at H-Mart quite frequently. read more

I'd been eyeing this shop for awhile cause I'm always at HMart and decided to swing in to pick up some food for my husband and I since we haven't quite found a spot on this side of town (we moved from SE) that satisfies our banh mi cravings. Ordered Banh Mi, Pork Buns, Pate So and some pudding. I think they could use more meat, but overall enjoyed the flavors of all the food - definitely much better than a lot of places we've tried in this side of town and close enough that we'll venture here when we want Banh mi. Stopped in craving a Bahn Mi! Super cute spot, great for fueling up before you tackle an Hmart shop. The fellow behind the counter was super nice and helped me navigate the menu, offered great recommendations! I got the Specialty Veggie & Grilled Pork Bahn Mis, both had great flavors and the bread was perfect! Crispy exterior but still nice and soft (you won't shred your mouth). This is a great stop for lunch! I went for the Vietnamese sandwiches (banh mi). They had nearly a dozen varieties. I went with the #1 classic and the grilled pork - both very good. Great crispy baguette and not too much mayo to overwhelm. Other options included meatball, BBQ pork, sardine, and chicken. Sandwiches were around $6.50 each. I also tried the steamed pork bun - was good, although not as much BBQ taste as expected. They also had a variety of pho dishes and croissant sandwiches with deli meat and egg options. For drinks, the Vietnamese coffee is strong and good! They had a huge list of fruit smoothies and a case with canned and bottled drinks. They also have cases with pre-made meats and desserts for purchase. They have a few tables where you can sit and staff will bring your food out, although most people came for take-out. Ambience is nothing special, but more than adequate for a quick bite. Staff were friendly. VinaDeli is located in the same parking lot as H-Mart, so you can eat and do your shopping afterwards. Plenty of parking. read more

Came here a couple days ago. I wanted to try both pho and traditional sandwich. The pho was small portion for price of 11. I felt that it was missing something. The lady server was super friendly and nice, didn't want to bother her bcuz she gotten kinda busy so I was unable to care to ask for fish sauce. Not all the condiments were on table, their chill oil was good but I given some that was running very very low, and also no black pepper, garlic chili and fish Sauce. As for the sandwich it wasn't crunchy, I order one to go. I had to reheat it at home to eat it. I had the grilled pork; while biting and chewing on it I came across fattie fats that were attach to the pork. Hm... made me not want to really eat it. In addition I order sesame ball and I would have to say they are the worst ever, it was four small pieces for 3 dollars. The steam rolls were good but small portion too. read more

I really wanted to give VinaDeli a higher star rating as the owner was so friendly and nice. But sadly, I only had lukewarm feelings about the food here. VinaDeli occupies what used to be the old Bon Baguette location. It's in the same shopping center as H Mart, right next to Tan Republic. Parking was plentiful. We ordered the following items to-go: - Pork Patty (Nem Nuong) & Fried Egg Rice Plate $10 - Grilled Pork Rice Plate $10 - Egg Rolls $6 When we placed our food order, the lady behind the counter had a puzzled look on her face that we ordered rice plates instead of the pho. Weird, but we didn't think anything of it. When we got home, we were disappointed to find that the Pork Patty (Nem Nuong) & Fried Egg Rice Plate didn't make it home with us. Instead, we received a ham rice plate that cost $10 but didn't look like it should cost $10. Not to mention this was not on their menu and it wasn't very good. The egg rolls I would skip, as it wasn't anything spectacular. I've had better egg rolls I bought from the grocery store that I fried up at home. The Grilled Pork Rice Plate was the star. I would order it again. Perhaps pho or even banh mi is the way to go when eating here. I would return and try those the next time I'm in the area. read more

Excellent! Usually order pho for takeout for two people.There are only a couple of tables inside. The food is great and they pack the pho amazingly. It's always still steaming hot by the time I get home! They are very quick too. This is my go-to unexpected late work day dinner. read more
