Go to a different location. Don't waste your time ordering here. Today I ordered online, my food was supposed to be ready at 2:27. I got here a few minutes early but as I immediately walked in there were 5 other people waiting. I wasn't even greeted/attended to until 15 minutes just standing, I even tried getting their attention and I was ignored. This place is just getting worse and worse for their service. The young male working that was wearing a big puffy jacket looked like he did not want to be there. He kept just walking around the back, taking his mask off tending the cash register then not washing his hands and handling food. I got my order at 2:56. This isn't the first time either. I love WaBa but this is Sad... Hope cooperate properly anyone who cares looks into this. With an update, some of my chicken didn't look edible, there were no carrots and the broccoli isn't even cooked. What do I even do at this point?

The cashier was super high and spilled hot sauce in my bag. Didn't find out till I got home... And the chicken wasnt even cut properly, it was all stuck together in one chunk. Such a simple job and can't even do it right Update: realized half of the chicken wasn't even cooked properly. Wtf yall doing serving raw chicken.

Just came from this Waba and it was a major disappointment when I got back to work. First off the cashier kept on telling me my gift card was expired and I'm trying to sincerely explain to her that gift cards don't expire when it's pre-purchased money on a card that I got 2 months ago. Plus I have to tell her I just checked the card and there is a $10 balance. She doesn't say a word and walks to the back to get someone to try and help and the cook was able to resolve it. You would think she would apologize about the confusion, but nope. Her attitude and expression was just super unfriendly and unwelcoming. Then I get back to work which is less than 5 minutes away and I realize my food is cold and the potstickers they gave me are all hard and chewy in a bad way like eating jerky. After sorting through them they looked like an old overcooked batch that they gave to me so they wouldn't have to throw. Being at work doesn't give me the luxury to just go back and get a new order so this was all very disappointing.

Do not let the photos fool you. The salmon was soooo small it was sad to not be able to fully enjoy it :(

One of the better waba grill chains I've been to. Chicken is moist, beef is great The veggies are always fresh Clean dine in area and bathrooms Plenty of parking Staff's friendliness is contingent on who's working so it varies from great to mediocre. read more

Terribly managed location. I ordered 2 separate orders of 5 piece dumplings. I noticed the cashier put it through as an order of 10 piece in the register so I kindly asked her to please separate them into 2 containers as they are for 2 separate people. She responded with no problem. The "manager" Lydia said that's not something they can do. I explained they are for 2 separate people going to different locations and they could not share one container and she insisted that because the cashier made a mistake the best they could do was put it the orders in a cup. I told her this was unacceptable , so her solution was to take the dumplings out of the plastic container and put them into 2 cardboard side trays and wrap a plastic bag around them. Surely this resulted in eating cold dumplings and needed to explain to the 2nd person why their order was in a plastic bag and cardboard tray instead of the normal plastic container. Terrible management. Disappointing that 5cents for a container is more important than customer service. read more

I ordered the chicken family meal and all the chicken was covered in hot sauce. I also ordered extra waba sauce and got extra spicy waba sauce. I'm not sure if they know what waba sauce is. I paid 50.00 for a meal non of my kids could eat. I think they need to train their cooks on what their ingredients are. check your food before you leave. read more

Well basically I went in and made my order and I got exactly the opposite. Everything I asked for I didn't get. No sauce, brown rice and even though I ate it because I didn't want to drive back. I will think twice before I go and buy my food here because I like what I like and I feel they just didn't care to pay attention. Also none of them wore masks which made me uncomfortable since they are handling my food. read more

My first time to this Waba Grill and I don't think I'll be back. Since it is a chain I expected the same service and quality of food that I have experienced at urge Waba Grills. That was not the case. I ordered 3 chicken bowls to go. The chicken was dry, not fresh. The rice which is usually so fluffy and perfect, was dry, clumpy like it had been sitting around for a long time. Did not taste good at all. Definitely a let down. Not the delicious food I was expecting. 15/100 read more

This has to be the most disappointing and disgusting place I've been too. As soon as you walk in, everything looks dirty. The floors are sticky. As I walk up to the counter I notice bugs all over the counter. The more I keep looking the more bugs I see. They are all over the food prep areas, the chicken was laying out on the cutting board and not a surprise it had flying bugs on it as well. The cashier is desperately trying to wipe them off like if nothing is wrong. She offered to take my order and I said this place needs to be shit down. I pass on a case of diarrhea. Gabriella the supposed supervisor really sucks. She was giving me a hard time about Waba sauce cause I ordered three steak bowls and was given two Waba sauces when I politely asked for more she denied me continuously I said I bought three bowls I should be given at least two per bowl and she said still said no I began to almost beg this Dummy chick for sauce LOL that's when I asked her politely I don't wanna fight with you for sauce LOL it's not coming out of your paycheck please she still said no LOL then I asked her coworker and he said Two per Bowl I said perfect that's all I ever wanted please give them to me then Gabriella the "supervisor" only gave me three LOL I really had to ask her for the fourth one this chick is so petty I don't ever wanna go back but maybe I will just to piss her off and ask for extra napkins. We lobe WaBa grill. We usually go in Chino Hills. We stopped in Pamona because had an outing over there. I walked in and there was nobody in the front. A guy was cutting meat, and didn't acknowledge that I was standing there. Someone was there to pick up some to go orders and he was upset because they were taking to long. So a woman comes from the back and walks around the corner, no eye contact and absolutely no sense of urgency. I work in customer service. I have for 20 years. If you are short staffed, or behind you still have to greet your customers. I walked out., I will drive across the city and take my kids elsewhere. read more

I love waba grill, but this visit unfortunately they messed my order by giving me brown rice instead of white rice and I dont necessary like brown rice. because if covid they hand out the sauces now behind the counter, which is completely fine. but they're stingy about the amount they give. they only gave me one little cup of sauce and it wasnt even half full. read more

Second tome here. Service was friendly. I have found the prices to be high for the amount/quality of meat on rice you get. I've had the steak bowl, twice. It's definitely edible...but nothing, for me , to rave about. I think I may be expecting more from quality and taste than I'm getting for the money. My food was burnt I called the moment I got home to complain but they said I needed to talk to the Manager Freddy. I left a message that same night. I called back the next day and the Manager was not in again I left another message and the person i spoke to said they would leave a message and that Freddy only worked am Monday-Friday. I finally got so frustrated since I had kept calling and no one would help. I finally spoke to a lady named Sandra and I told her how unprofessional this place was to not return a call and that i was going to post all over social media and the burnt food and a Manager never getting back to and it was finally then she said I would receive a credit. My husband took the receipt back spoke to Freddy which claims he never received any of my messages and then a girl named Daniela spoke in Spanish talking crap thinking my husband was white.Wow I couldn't belive this is how they run the business.Shame on her for being racist to her own people. Went here to grab a bite for lunch and was astonished at how expensive it was. I paid $8.20 for a chicken bowl! Not a chicken bowl combo,not a chicken plate, just a plain ole few pieces of a chicken breast and thigh meat for filler/broccoli medley and some rice. I thought, at that price I would at least get a fountain drink with my bowl but was sadly disappointed when I saw my miserable little bowl sitting in its Take out bag & no cup. The food was mediocre at best, will be going elsewhere to get more bang for my buck Or a place that at least includes a beverage. read more

I'm totally feeling jyped on my lunch today. First of all, I paid like $13.00 for a salmon veggie bowl and a large drink. The salmon was so small, and there were 3 carrots, 3 pieces of broccoli, a tiny bit of cabbage, and the rice was a very thin layer across the bottom of the bowl. Seriously...I'm still hungry! It seems as though WaBa is taking too many shortcuts lately and is going down hill. And not just this location, all of them. I used to love WaBa and would go a couple times a week. Took a break because the quality was declining, and I see after today's lunch, nothing has changed. read more

Never coming to this WaBa Grill again. 1.That tall girl moves slow af. Like the sloth in Zootopia 2. They tried to jiff me on my extra steak THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR. I went home thinking I had my extra steak because I've gone to WaBa Grill so many times so I'm confident. But I get home and my bowl first of all superlight (weight) and I open it and HELL NAH there's not extra steak in there. So I called and let them know that I didn't get extra steak on my bowl. The girl on the phone (only one there, tall sloth girl) said bring it back and we'll put extra steak on it. I get there and the cook tries to argue with me that he did put extra steak. LIKE BRO!? I can guarantee that he did not even remember what my order was let alone when he made my bowl. I've been ahead to cook at a Waba grill before. Screw this one. read more

It's low key a PvP zone where a world event can happen at any time. Countless visits, I've seen tweakers and vagrants hanging out right outside and sometimes loudly are inside the establishment. Usually I don't really care that much about other clientele unless they're inherently cringe, but the number of shenanigans occurring here is much more highly skewed than at other McDonald's I've been to in more metropolitan areas (LA, in the Bay Area, etc.). Food is normal to low quality and sloppy like may other low tier McDonald's. Again, you can save quite a lot with mobile ordering through their app. Service is normal, short and curt, but with the people going in and out and hanging out, I'm not surprised.

To be fair, every manager has their own pros and cons--there are good managers here, but there are also some bad ones in the mix. Also, if you start working here, be aware they might cut your hours (one of the department managers does that a lot). I know some people really need to get out of here, and honestly the best move is to update your resume and start applying elsewhere. It won't be easy, and you'll probably deal with rejections, but it's doable. Keep going until you get an offer. And don't think less of yourself just because you work at McDonald's. Work is work, and you're still building experience and doing what you have to do. Avoid JPY Enterprises, Inc.

So when my youngest son the 21yr old and I started jonesing last night for the best-in-the-industry honey butter rolls and mashed potatoes w/ gravy, we turned our hungry gazes to the internet...and were pleasantly surprised to see that P-town had another Church's way over on the far East side of the town, nestled on the corner of Holt and Towne. We ordered the Ten Piece Special (legs only), a large tub of their mashed potatoes and gravy and sextet of their signature honey butter biscuits. And because it was my first time deploying Church's app, we were treated to a free 3-piece order of tenders, served with a side biscuit and a duo of jalapeños. The service was, though delayed, otherwise sharply on point! The young lady offered me a free Coke while I waited eight minutes after my arrival. Bravo for her gracious, sweet gesture. She explained that this particular location experienced a lot of canceled orders, therefore they don't start prepping the orders (even those placed online) til the client arrives. My bill, for 13 pieces of fried chicken, 16oz of mashed potatoes/gravy and 7 biscuits was $34.13 incl taxes. Most definitely not the lower prices that Church's usta be famous for! Unexpected benefit of Church's longer wait times? The fried chicken is piping hot, juice geysering outtve each bite while the crackling skin makes for a wondrous textural counterpoint. Pro Tip #1- Order the spicy chicken! It's not too spicy but is vastly more flavorful than the original recipe which is a bit boring from a flavor perspective. Pro Tip #2- Be patient! Even though the website said our order would be ready at 8:05pm, I was told "Five to ten more minutes, please" when I arrived at 8:12. Now I recognize this falls under "First World Problem," but let's just say that my 8-minute wait in the parking lot of the Church's was a visual, um, torrent of the city's seedy, squalid underbelly. My heart hurt for the pair of homeless residents, likely gorked outtve their minds on their drug of choice, pushing their worldly possessions in tired old carts. Catacorner from the venue, you could see streetwalkers arrayed in brightly festooned, tightly fitting trampy garments, plying their bodies with apparent gusto but undoubtedly barren souls, within. When the rain started lightly falling just as I was receiving my order, I remarked to myself, "These are surely the tears of a neighborhood that cries itself to sleep."

The tacos were street taco style and stuffed with delicious chopped grilled chicken, tender yet crispy, and diced onions, cilantro, and fresh avocado slices included (no extra charge). Really good. The refried beans were so good, just the right consistency and flavor, with a little shredded cheese on top. Almost as good as my mom's. The rice was fluffy and plentiful, obviously made fresh. But it could've used a little more flavor. They offer three types of salsa that you serve yourself. I tried the green and the lighter red one. Both good. When I first got my order I didn't think I would be able to eat all of it because it was so much food. But it was really delicious and I was pretty hungry, so I devoured almost all of it (left some rice, the grilled onions, and the roasted chili pepper). I'm about to cook dinner now but I'm still thinking about that lunch I ordered. My dinner won't be as good as that was. Don't be turned off by the looks of the place (weird exterior; dark and unappealing interior). Some might call it a "hole in the wall". But you know, some of the best Mexican food can be found at those places. You can also order to-go if you'd rather not eat there. I think they also have a drive-thru. If I'm back in the area I'll make a point to get something to eat here again.

Do not come to this location!!!! They serve you half the actual serving size! I come to this waba location because it's the closest to my house knowing the portions are always so small. I went last week and ordered a bowl to go. When I got home there was literally three skinny slices of carrots, one thin cabbage leaf, three tiny broccoli pieces, the thinnest layer of brown rice, and a small portion of tofu. My bowl wasn't even half way full. The bowl was so small in portions I could see the bottom of the bowl!!!! They also never have lemon here! I called to ask the girl what happened with my bowl and she said she didn't serve me and that's how the owner said to serve! She said to call corporate since she said she didn't know who the owner nor manager was. She said she would give me a refund and call me back and that never happened! I called corporate and told them how the food was served and my experience. Turns out they gave me half of all the serving sizes or less I am sure!!!! It's really sad that this location is lacking in customer service and company serving sizes! I can honestly say I will never go back to this location now!
