This is a brand new location. Every employee here seems cheerful and motivated to be working here. The decor is very sleek and clean. It is probably the nicest waba grill I've been to. They have TV screens for their menu, which adds to the sleek look inside. They now serve a kale salad, which looks good. Employees come out to clear tables and check in with guests to make sure their food and experience was pleasant. They work quickly and the food is good, as expected. I'll definitely be coming back. I've been a WaBa fan for years, and eat pretty regularly at locations around LA County. I appreciate the menu, both in variety and value. I know that these are franchises and there's going to be some variation, but this location is terrible. The menu changes constantly, with the options decreasing and the prices rising. I've given it a number of chances, but since it opened the food's been over cooked, mushy and flavorless. Unless ownership changes, there's no reason to go back. read more

I have placed a couple of catering orders. The first one was for 50 people and the second was for 30 people. WABA makes it so easy on me.... they bring everything and then set it up! I'm talking plates, forks, sides, condiments, everything! Everyone loved the food and it really pleases people who are trying to eat healthier. Went for lunch on Wednesday with my bf. I've ate at other locations before and it was my first time going to this location. I was impressed with the cleanliness of this location. We ordered 2 chicken salads ( they were delicious!!!) and I asked for a side of white rice and my bf asked for a side of brown rice. Desiree offered to make 1 side of rice half and half since they're big portions. I appreciated the kind and fast service we received, she continued to check on us, and always with a huge, genuine smile on her face. This waba grill is awesome!! It just opened up recently so everything is nice and new. Of course the food is phenomenal. I always get the chicken bowl and it never disappoints. But this location in particular is great because of the service. I came on a Tuesday and Waba grill usually has a deal where u buy two bowls for $10. However, this location required giving a coupon, but the person who helped me was so nice that she gave me the deal anyways even though I didn't have a coupon. And on TOP of that she gave me a little extra chicken in one of my bowls! Everyone should def come to this waba location. I HIGHLY recommend it!! read more

The food here is decent. But not worth the prices. My husband always orders the same thing. We get charged different prices every time we come in. The manager just told me his employees charged me wrong before. For the same order. I just paid 25 dollars for two bowls. Not even plates. We have had good experiences with WaBa in general, and the food here at the San Dimas location was fine. The issue was the customer service. Jessica, the cashier at the time, was exceptionally rude, unfortunately (1. The location was out of white meat and Jessica made it seem like it was our fault for asking it at 4PM in the afternoon, 2. She took our order like we were imposing on her for being there, 3. She barked at another customer who thought the order up was theirs when it was someone else's). We provided feedback to Cassie, the manager on duty, and she took it graciously, so that was a positive. Hopefully she helps Jessica present a better face to the San Dimas location in the future. read more

I'm here 8/22/19 this is my second time dealing with a young lady that doesn't like her job at this location she has been rude both times for no reason. It's ridiculous how not welcoming she is to your customers. I will not be coming back here again. I hope you guys train your staff. Walk in to any other local place like chipotle or in n out and everyone is so happy and the environment is different this girls attitude makes you want to stay away. It's 7:27 pm also maybe you can give this girl advice there's is only three employees one girl here at the moment. Forgot to mention that she started slamming stuff in the back,last time we were eating she starts mopping next to us and we were eating with a strong smell of fabuloso right next to us I though that was uncalled for there was still an hour left before closing. This location has also been sold out of white meat both times. The sauces are not out for you to use when your dining in. This location of Waba grill is very well maintained, the food is served quickly, the service is cooperative, neat orderly and clean. It's a nice place to relax at and enjoy a meal. The location is open and easy to be accessed by customers, parking is no issue here. There are some outdoor seating for those who enjoy eating their meal while basking in the warm sun. I've never been disappointed in a Waba Grill until now. The rice was cold. The veggies were cold and hard. Their cheap forks almost broke trying to stick a carrot piece. I had to get packets of extra sauce, which I'm not a fan of for some reason. I prefer being able to pump the sauce as I have at other locations. The food was bland. Had zero flavor despite the extra sauce. What a disappointment. read more
