Addition of their house hot sauce didn't improve it (maybe needed the real sriracha!). And - I got a stomach ache right after the meal (maybe from the raw bean sprouts?). Service was very good, but we were early and alone for part of the meal. The food was all good, some better than others depending on who was eating it. But I think what message I would pass on is that you can expect a twist with many of the items, which if you want same old, might not thrill you. ON THE BRIGHT SIDE, it gave me a "Ratatouille" moment where I was forced to rethink how I felt and thought about some dishes where I was forced to face the rut I have been living in, and I enjoyed it. The Kung Pow Chicken I found of particular interest, it was made using larger chucks of vegetables and a slightly lighter sauce.
