FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. It says on their instagram that they open 11.30am - 11pm. I even called to confirm but it was picked up by an AI bot. I asked if they're open right now, they said yes. That was at 1 pm. We drove 2 hours to this place and opened the door. The guy said they open at 4pm. So false advertising? And I even called to confirm and they answered wrong as well? This place is seriously fantastic! The meat quality is super fresh, and the seasoning is spot on--especially the marinated beef brisket, which is incredible when grilled until it's nice and charred. I really have to give a special shout-out to Wyatt for the service. He was on point all night; he was constantly checking in to change our grill grate without ever being intrusive. He even gave us some great tips on how to get the perfect sear when he noticed us struggling with the heat a bit. Having someone that attentive and professional really made the whole experience so much better. It's been a while since I've enjoyed a meal out this much. Very underwhelming. Service is basic. Meats were decent but sides at the bar pretty lacking, especially considering the price. I think there are much better Korean BBQ places for overall value and taste. I guess if you think you can eat 5lbs or meat then it's worth it. Came to Wagyu Factory and got lucky enough to have Derrick as our server. The man was on it from start to finish -- friendly, attentive, and clearly knew the menu inside and out. Every question we threw at him got a real answer, not the usual "uhh let me check" routine. The highlight though? He cooked the wagyu for us at the table and absolutely nailed it. This was my first time here as it only recently opened - I'd highly recommend a visit. The quality of food overall was fantastic. We got the A5 with Shabu option. The meats were top notch and super tasty particularly with the house BBQ sauce. Add to that the top notch service we got from Derrick. He explained the concept well, was the perfect amount of attentive without being there too much. One last great thing, this place has super nice KBBQ tables where there isn't a loud vent in your face. If you've ever been to other KBBQ places those big vents can make conversation near impossible. My husband and I are huge fans of the Chubby Cattle franchise, so when we heard they were opening a location in Washington, I was honestly so excited! We went on a Monday night and had no trouble finding parking at the strip mall. There was about a 30-minute wait for a table for two, which wasn't too bad. We decided to order the $75 premium option, which includes the top wagyu cuts, hot pot broth, and access to everything in the bar area. Because I've been to several of their other locations, I couldn't help but compare...and I have to say, the quality and variety didn't quite feel worth the price this time. In Vegas and California, the premium option included unlimited sushi and sashimi, limited wagyu with uni, and a wide selection of higher-quality meats. It just felt like there were more options and a better overall value there than in Washington. I left feeling a little disappointed that it didn't quite match the experience we've had in Vegas and LA. Would I come back? Probably...but I don't think I'd order the premium option again. read more

We did the top tier,as this was our first visit, but in the future would probably stick to the first or second tier. Drinks and buffet are included in all tiers, which is a nice, low-cost way to add value for folks spending a large sum of money on a special meal. I know some folks are focused on packing themselves with as much meat as possible; this is not us. We enjoyed the variety of items and the experience. However, if that is you, I doubt you'll be dissapointed with the generous self-serve options. Favorite dessert was the egg tart. I can imagine it feeling hot and crowded during busy times, especially trying to navigate the buffet area. The bar outside had plenty of varsities of food. There's cooked food, raw meats, desserts, PLENTY of drinks. My favorite is the Jasmine Milk Tea:). I'm really happy as not a lot of the chubby group chains has milk tea. Wyatt, our server was the absolutely amazing. We weren't expecting much, but he really went over and beyond for us. He was really friendly and helped us a lot!Whenever we needed ANYTHING, he was there. He even came by, checked up on us and noticed our meat was close to burning. Instead of disturbing our conversation, he personally flipped the meat for us and even helped us cook the fattier meats so we don't burn it. In addition the manager was also really helpful. The meat selection was pretty good, there were over a dozen beef options and a lamb option. Not many vegetables though, especially for a place serving hot pot. The black milk tea machine was out and they never refilled it, probably because it was near the end of day. They worked hard refilling the meat, veggies and fruit though.
