I never have to wait longer than 2 days for my car to be serviced. They always seem to have loaners available when needed. And the loaners they give out are always in great condition. I have been to other Mercedes dealerships in the area and the service at Euro Motorcars is unmatched. If you are looking for a new dealership to take your car to be serviced or looking to buy a Mercedes I suggests checking out Euro Motor Cars as your first dealership.

The team at Euro Motorcars in Germantown, however, provided outstanding service without ever making me feel bad for loving my older car. That commitment was put to the ultimate test with a persistent, tricky check-engine light. I had brought the car in for the same issue over an extended period, and the initial fixes just weren't resolving it. When I brought this frustration to their attention, they didn't treat me like a difficult customer. Instead, they simply doubled down on making it right. They kept my vehicle--and kept me in a brand-new loaner--until the issue was fully resolved. It took several months, including a master service call directly to German engineers. Throughout the entire process, communication was stellar. I received regular updates, had a long, reassuring conversation with the Service Director, and was even invited to talk through the mechanics directly with the technician working on my car. Because the diagnosis was so complex, they made some initial missteps--and rather than passing those costs on to me, they absorbed them entirely. It is rare for a business to take a frustrating situation and turn it into a genuinely positive experience. Hats off to the service team at Euro Motorcars for living up to the Mercedes ideals of quality, craftsmanship, and integrity.

This is a niche product so dont expect the massive resources that are behind Mercedes, BMW or Audi dealers. Maserati is something very special but requires a certain amount of patience and open-mindedness to truly enjoy their product. Several other posters here appear to be disappointed because their expectations were not appropriate for a small production, small sales numbers product. Further research might have provided a more realistic understanding of the brand and its products. For my part, I have had my Levante Granlusso for 5 years since new, with no issues and just regular maintenance. It came fully loaded with all the bells and whistles including supple real leather - most mercedes have fake leather, and a turbocharged V6 which sounds deep and sonorous. Some people complain it doesn't have various things but mine does - it's up to the customer to do their research. These guys only sell a small number of these cars, so it's unfair to expect your salesperson to be an expert in all the details of every model. They are not selling ten of those cars a day. You should really go in knowing more about the specifics of what you want than they do. As for service, they don't have a fleet of loaners available and given the small sales its not really reasonable to expect that. Ferrari dealers dont have a fleet of loaners either - check out Ferrari of Washington if you don't believe me. I think one time they gave me a ride home in a Ford F-150. Getting service if you live some distance away can be a challenge and expect about 24 hours realistically. Thinking they will return your car in an hour isn't realistic. Also service is expensive, partly because its a niche business and the parts are not cheap. Altogether Criswell do a great job in the Maserati space compared to other Maserati dealers and I have dealt with several other dealers, including in Sterling, Tysons, Greenwich, Long Island and Manhattan, so I speak from experience. In my opinion most of the one star reviews on here do not appear merited based on the nature of the complaint expressed. James R.

Unbelievable. Maserati extended warranty company should have told me this information when I reached out to them on 7/6/26. I didn't know until 8/11/26, when premium care specialist teresa from maserati extended warranty company called me on 8/11/26. This means that teresa from the warranty company strung me along from 7/6/26 - 8/11/26. She apologized to me over the phone on 8/11/26 for providing the wrong information and that the dealership did not receive the funds yet. It wasn't the wrong information it was an outright lie and she strung me along for 5 weeks now and continued to lie on 8/11/26, saying that the finance dept within the extended warranty company will be shut down for the month of August because they are out of the country. Really? What business shuts down a whole department for a month? Then she said that I should receive my refund check somewhere around October or November of 2026. I asked her to provide this information in an email. Of course, she didn't provide everything she told me over the phone on 8/11/26. I think the dealership and maserati extended warranty company are both at fault for not producing my refund. I would not recommend anyone purchasing an extended warrant from Criswell Maserati, Germantown, Md, if you have to cancel it at a future date.

He was quick to get to me and was super nice and helpful. Due to the battery being completely dead and corroded we couldn't get the car into neutral so he helped get it into neutral. Additionally once the car was on the truck he asked if any keys on the key ring I might need which I hadn't even thought about. Overall it was a great experience super quick and very helpful. Way better than other experiences I've had in the past.

He also said they would have to tow it from the rear and because it had a hard, folding bed cover (factory installed) his boss would not allow them to tow it. Afraid the cover would blow off and damage the cab (not likely with a folding hard cover). I called AAA back and they are sending another company. They confirmed that their carriers use dollies, skates and whatever is necessary all the time. So, if you want a bunch of excuses as to why they can't tow your vehicle - call A&D. If you don't want to waste your time - call another towing company.
