Did an online order yesterday. Itv was delivered in a timely manner, but the cherry tomatoes were moldy, and you could obviously see it through the plastic container that they were beyond anything anyone would eat. Went back online and was issued a refund for my cherry tomatoes. Fast forward to today when I want to serve potato salad with our sandwiches for dinner, only to discover the Amish potato salad from yesterday's order had the seal broken and looked as though someone had been eating it. Again, I went to customer service online and filed my report, only to be told that I had to go through their Customer Service 800 number. I called customer service and reached their "new AI assistant", who informed me that I had to return the opened potato salad package to the store if I wanted credit. I will say I haven't had many issues with Walmart delivery and I usually order every couple weeks or so. This time, however, was nothing but hassles and an additional hassle to get credit on an item that had been opened and eaten out of! If Walmart can't trust what I tell them issues on my order, I'm not going waste any more time by going to the store, standing in line for 15 to 20 minutes at the return desk, only to receive a five dollar credit on container of opened potato salad. I should know better, Customer Service is an oxymoron at Walmart.

Waiting 23 minutes for a pick up order.

Any Walmart manager reading this, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add more employees to the order pick up area. This is the third time I've waited 20+ minutes. Currently, I've been waiting for 23 minutes and there are still cars who got here before me. It looks like there's one employee bringing orders out. Every pick up space is full.

I stopped by my local Walmart hoping to get a bag of ice. Not going to lie, I didn't have my hopes up nor would I'll ve been surprised if they were out. Surprisingly they were decently stocked with ice and for a large bag it was under $5. I went to the self-checkout since I only had the bag of ice, however there was a long line. The employee overseeing the self checkout saw I only had the ice and ushered me over and rang me up. That was really nice of her to do.

From the store cleanliness, organization, and especially the "customer service." The store is typically picked clean of the diamonds in the rough, leaving just the rough. There are some decent prices on some items if you have the patience to search item by item and every rack for the correct size, price, and look closely to make sure it is not too "irregular." Their cart policy is more like a Pick-'n-Save or Salvation Army than a discount department store. It feels like the employees are trained to not greet customers, make eye contact or interact with customers beyond the total at the register. Not all Ross' are this bleak and this one hasn't always been this way, Hey Ross, your store could use some attention.

The tags will not come off the leather, and when they did, they left a stain. Furthermore, a dress I bought was tagged through the fabric, leaving a big, noticeable hole. I always cut the tags off to avoid damage; however, the damage was already done due to the tag placement. Please retrain the employees on proper tag placement to avoid product damage. Thank you.

Feels a bit strange to Yelp review a department store, but I really wanted to shout out one of…read moretheir associates. I believe his name is Aaron (longish black hair) because he is such a fantastic hype man! He is always bubbly and enthusiastic, and makes me feel so good about my purchases. I generally dread small talk interactions at check-outs, but he makes it genuinely enjoyable. The store itself is great too. If you like to shop at places like Marshall's, Sierra, TJ Maxx, etc., this is definitely the best version of them. I appreciate that the clothes are actually organized, and they have one of the best shoe selections of any store. The prices are generally good and reasonable, but the clearance prices are often extreme deals with the caveat of very limited selection (obviously though, since it's clearance). They also have a really good selection of skin care, hair care, and make up. Those are the discounts I often end up appreciating the most!

Apparently loss prevention staff was monitoring someone and actually prevented him from walking away with a shopping bag of items.. I'm glad retail stores embrace the prevention of shoplifters.. rather than some stores just taking the loss and letting them walk away..although is the safety of an employee worth it.. is always a other view.. I did good- no shoes- no handbags just two sweaters- hehehe.. if you use your Nordstrom card you save 5%.. !!

We are very loyal customers. Quality/Quantity - Here for the Wax and Watch event DIG. My first time and what an amazing event. Fundraising for so many nonprofits, see pictures. Also sponsored by Fifty Fifty Brewing Co; I had a few too many beers, too good of a time. I also found out about Fifty's Grand opening at RPM, which we also supported and attended the next day, see other Yelp Review. Non alcoholic drinks were also available. Too lazy to have brought our equipment for the wax. Plus Mt Rose gives us each 4 free waxes that I rarely use up. Raffle - We did NOT win. Atmosphere - Clean and organized location. Love the NV art on the side of the building/in the parking lot. Cool! See pictures. Open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm and on Sundays from 10am to 6pm. Small parking lot, but because we came in off peak (weird) hours, it is rarely an issue for us. And today we got lucky as the lot was full but a car gave us his space. Service - The team is so welcoming and friendly. This is the #1 reason we are loyal customers. Events available - See website. Again, my first but NOT last time that I will attend an event. We will probably come back Sunday for the Mt Rose Passholder Spring Sale. Price - Expensive, but worth the quality, service, and culture. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1973. And thank you for also giving 1% to not-for-profit workers "to defend the earth." And having programs that raise awareness of environmental and social issues. My favorite program is Worn Wear. You can either sell Patagonia your used clothes or trade them in so they can fix it. I believe that reusing is better than recycling. Furthermore, they give you credit ranging from $15 to $150.
