My family comes here for most birthday dinners. You get a free entree! Woohoo! Weber's is a beautiful restaurant with cozy, classy seating. The service is attentive and friendly. The food is really tasty. None of the dishes are crazy avant-garde, but it is all very professionally done. Thanks to Restaurant weeks, I can confirm that the appetizers and desserts are also really great. I've had a couple good cocktails here too. I also want to point out the frequent diners program here at Weber's. I don't pay close attention to my points balance, but I receive substantial vouchers after every meal or two. Sometimes there are vouchers for appetizers and drinks, free entrees, etc. This upscale dining experience is already very reasonably priced, so this program is the tiebreaker when I'm choosing a venue for a special occasion. read more

I've lived in the area for three years and this was my first time here. The Sunday Brunch was outstanding! Especially the mini waffles with an extensive topping selection. Weber's is a pretty standard upscale classic American restaurant. You've got your prime rib, pan-seared fish, chicken alfredo etc. Sides are standard mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus etc. The happy hour barside is a highlight- cheap food to go with stiff drinks. But be warned, those $6 pizzas and nachos taste like they came from a dive bar freezer. Not bad, but not impressive. If you want to impress grandpa with a classic meal you could do worse than Weber's. However, with Carlyle and Knight's nearby, you could also do better. read more

First off when we arrived to the restaurant which was the time of our reservation we had to wait at least 20 minutes for the table to be cleaned. Also our waiter came to the table every 25 minutes which was an inconvenience because all of our plates from appetizers started to pile up and we had to help the waiters remove the items from our table and our waiter did not serve anything but drinks and our salads were not good at all. What a great place for a nightcap before going to sleep in one of the local hotels within walking distance. We stumbled into this low-key, old school steakhouse and wine bar and were delighted by the warmth, hospitality, and the groovy live music complete with dance floor dominated by locals who really know how to cut a rug. Something was going on because the bartender and our waitress acted like someone had licked the sugar off their candy, and they clearly didn't want to be waiting on us. Worst restaurant experience ever. My son and I had dinner at Webers as a celebration. He cannot have dairy so when we asked the waitress for suggestions for a side dish with his steak, she said all he can have is baked potato. She had just told us that the restaurant makes everything from scratch, yet they can't accommodate making one of their dishes without butter (maybe use olive oil or create some kind of non-dairy dressing?). The food was standard American stuff - not my tastel. I finished my meal but my son was still eating. The waitress promptly removed not only my plate but also the bread. She didn't even ask if we were done with it. Then she gave me the dessert menu, while my son was still eating. After looking over the dessert menu, we decided to pass since everything had butter or cream. She took away the menu, then gave me the check - while my son was still eating his dinner! She didn't even ask if I wanted tea or coffee while I was waiting for my son to finish. I looked around to see if they had people waiting for tables, but there was no one and there were plenty of empty tables. Why was she trying to rush us out of the restaurant? This is supposedly a nicer restaurant in which diners can take their time and enjoy the food and ambience. I still gave her a decent tip, but I should have given her nothing. It was as if she wanted us to know that she wanted us to leave quickly. Never been treated that way before. I just read a review from a few days ago complaining that the restaurant is good if you are white and straight. That's exactly how they made us feel - we are multiracial. Go there if you are white. Love that Bluetooth mirror! The remodeled rooms are very fresh and comfortable. The bathroom is amazing with the rain shower, plenty of fresh white towels and the awesome Bluetooth mirror. This restaurant has amazing food and even more amazing staff. I've stayed here all week at the hotel and eaten both breakfast and dinner there each day. I'm on a very restrictive diet and have had special requests. Each day, they've boiled eggs upon request for breakfast, no questions asked. For dinner, they've accommodated all of my special requests 100% with never an eye batted. The food is all fresh, and you can tell it's made from scratch and with love. The raw oysters are very good quality, and the king crab is extremely hearty. Altogether a great place to eat, and that makes the hotel a really great place to stay! read more

Our NYE reservations were for 745. The place was completely booked! The hostess was able to seat us at our reserved time. I was amazed that she was able to do so with the amount of people. They offered a limited menu which had more options than most restaurants on a normal day. Our waitress g greeted us right away. She never let us know how busy she was. We p placed our order and the meal was timed perfect in between courses. I had the New York strip which was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Fine dining food and nice atmosphere. Live music every night at 9pm was awesome. This is a fine dining restaurant with a bar (bar food and good sliders) attached. Nice combo because you're not alone in a fancy restaurant-- there are people laughing nearby. Crab cake was high quality, but the sauce was a little too tangy. Whitefish special with spinach: was very good-- there were a few bones (4) that bothered me, and there was not enough sauce for the large fish they gave me. The fried shrimp on top were a lovely addition and the spinach on the side was tasty (baby spinach would have been better, the stalks were big). Guacamole: was a little too limey, chips were old. You should have fresh chips, no excuse for nearly expired chips. Sorry! Crab stuffed shrimp: no flavor, boring. Polenta? No flavor. Crab inside the shrimp? Not good, zero flavor -- in fact, negative flavor. This is a special? Make it stop. Without this dish I would have rated 4 stars. Service was great both days I came. The waiters and waitresses were nice and social-- they just needed more staff and are asked to run too many tables. Sometimes on the slower side to take an order. read more

Trying to finish a wonderful Father's Day with my family and call them day before to hat a table but they told me min 5 people for a reservation and we don't need to wait for long when we get there! So after a super day we went there at 6pm and of course it was full but we like the sun and they bin 3 tables empty outside. Nice , so we walk in and the manager told me we can't go outside because they don't have enough service to deal with more people and the waiting time is 1 hour!!!! What !!!!! You cannot beat the prime rib at Weber's. My favorite meal there. They also have a relatively inexpensive lunch buffet everyday. I recommend checking the daily offering because some days it's mediocre at best. I highly recommend staying the night if you're from out-of-town, the hotel has remodeled and has awesome rooms. My wife daughter and I were in town for a wedding and went here for lunch. Took a super long time to get a really simple order, cheeseburger and fries for me, hotdog and fries for my daughter and lobster grilled cheese sandwich for my wife. My cheeseburger had no cheese, all the fries were room temperatures, not even my daughter would eat them. Never really got a chance to talk to the waiter, had to go up front finally to pay and leave.
