Horrible experience. We ordered online and received a text that the order was ready. We get there and are told it isn't ready and the text is automatically sent after a certain amount of time. Several minutes later they gave us our order and it was wrong. Tried talking to the manager who wouldn't take the time to even acknowledge us except to yell things across the store. Asked who the owner was and he apparently he was working and completely ignoring the situation. Finally got our order and it was undercooked. Will not be going back. Such a shame since they used to be somewhat dependable but I will not pay money to be so disrespected and have subpar food. read more

We ordered 2 pizzas at 8:22 pm - one pepperoni and one sausage/green pepper, some Porky sticks, and some ranch dressing, and we were told it would be 30-40 minutes for delivery. 57 minutes later at 9:19 pm I called and they told me the driver couldn't find our address and that they'd been trying to call me to confirm the address. I told them I hadn't received any calls and he confirmed my number. I told him that was my correct number but it was a 602 area code. He then told me that he had a SC area code for me. WRONG #1: I very clearly stated my area code during the original order and I also know the girl taking the order knew we weren't local because immediately after I gave her my phone number she asked me if I was "from up north." The guy on the phone is still trying to figure out where to deliver these pizzas and after we talk for a few minutes he says, "Oh, you're on ANDOVER! That's right behind the shop." Yes, we're on Andover and yes, we're right behind the shop. ‍ WRONG #2: apparently they sent it to HANOVER, not ANDOVER, even though I confirmed it was Andover ROAD (we had to look it up because we are in a vacation rental), and there is no Hanover Road any closer than Asheville with our house number, although there appears to be a Hanover Lane. We've solved the mystery of where to take the pizza, so he tells me he'll call the driver and give him the correct address. Our pizza has been driving around Greenville for 30+ minutes now, but ok. The food arrives. No marinara for the Porky sticks (menu says it comes with marinara and garlic sauce), no ranch dressing anywhere, and the sausage/green pepper pizza is HALF sausage and HALF green pepper. NO! WRONG #3!!!! (We would have overlooked the no marinara and no ranch.) so, I call back and tell him that the girl who took our order totally screwed everything up (he quickly replied, "yeah, she's new.") and our pizza is half sausage and half green pepper. He says "Oh, you wanted both on the whole pizza?" Yes....that is how people order pizza where I'm from....if they want half and half THEY SAY HALF AND HALF. I dId not say half and half, BTW. He tells me he'll have everything to us in 30 minutes. SIGH. It was actually here in about 20 minutes so there's that. The pizza is actually not bad, although we had to eat the pepperoni only kinda warm. The new sausage/green pepper pizza did arrive piping hot and I would have liked to try the hot pepperoni as well. The delivery guy (none of this is his fault, BTW, and he was very nice) brought us 3 cookies as an "I'm sorry." Very tiny but nice gesture, I guess, but there are four of us and we are all hangry so now we are arguing over who doesn't get to have a cookie. Just kidding. This review would have been more than 1 star if the guy I spoke with didn't seem like I was annoying him and/or he offered any sort of refund for one of our pizzas being an hour late. Last night was quite an experience to say the least. I've ordered from this location twice before without issue and it was reasonable quality and I would have no reason no to. However, I received the wrong order initially and it was made right 20+ minutes after the projected arrival time (ignoring the fact my pizza was room temp to cold). My "order" arrived within 20 minutes of placing my order. I was rather hungry so a quick arrival was exciting. However, I was brought the wrong order. I mean, it wasn't even close. I ordered a pizza and a sammich but received what appeared to be lasagna and a ScottPocket (I think; I've never ordered either item before). I called the location handling my order and they stated my order hadn't left and they were gonna call the delivery driver to pick up the incorrect order I received. Shortly there after, the same delivery person took possession of the incorrectly delivered order. Um........WHAT? You mean to tell me some poor unfortunate soul is going to get the food that was accidently delivered to me??? Don't get me wrong, I did NOTHING to the food I received incorrectly but you mean to tell me that this location ignores "chain of custody" and would deliver miss-delivered food to a customer after is was out of their possession? Oh the atrocities I could have done to the miss-delivered food! Then that makes me think; what if I were the final recipient of an order and it was miss-delivered to someone who drug their undercarriage across my food or worse yet, poisoned my food?????? No possible way would I order delivery from this place again. I understand accidents happen but if you're a delivery person and you take your eyes off of food, that's on you to bring me food you haven't lost custody of. I ended up picking this place because I saw a delivery car and decided to look them up. It reminded me of a place back home. The pizza was good, but small for its size order. The porky sticks were awesome, sadly the cheese would fall off the sticks but easily I picked it up and the wings were bomb. So good and had awesome flavor. My family and I arrived in Greenville after 10 PM on a Sunday -- stopping for the night during a long road trip -- and we were chomping at the bit. Nothing was open for delivery accept for Wedgy's Pizza. I'm one of those Chicago pizza snobs, so I was wary. New York style pizza rarely makes the grade and, to be honest, the showcase photos on Yelp reminded me of Papa John's, which is garbage. We ordered a few pies and they arrived hot and quick. Man, I'll tell ya, Wedgy's pizza might look similar to your average chain za, but it certainly didn't taste anything like the peddled dreck you'd get from Domino's and the like. Delivery guy used the back fender of my truck as a urinal! After delivering (the wrong!) pizza, he walked around to the opposite side of the driveway from the front door and his car and used my truck to try to hide while he deposited a puddle on my driveway. Sent a picture of it to Mgr.....didn't really seem to have much to say, except that he agreed to send a different driver back with the correct pizza. But same guy returned. I ordered 2 pizzas. They were both burnt. It knocked my daughters tooth loose. I threw some away and decided to call them. They sent new pizzas and I have them some of the old so they could see how burnt it was. The driver said he couldn't give new pizzas because all of old wasn't there. I wasn't digging it out of trash. So he took old pizzas and the new pizzas and now I am out $30. And my daughters tooth is hanging out. The asst manager was very unprofessional and wouldn't let me talk to store manager. I was told after many years of ordering from this place that I do not tip these drivers when My credit card is always charged for their tips and it was so rude and off puttin as it made it made me not want to order from there anymore. Im currently awaiting contact from management or the owner as to why "Ryan" decided to tell me I have not tipped them when I can show proof in my account where they too a additional charge of tips on my card. Not to mention the fact I have tipped even when I have gotten horrifying service. Ordered at 9:45 pm my food did not arrive until 11:21pm. It was cold. It had no sauce. It tasted like trash. One of the worst pizza's I've had. This pizza does not taste too different from a $5 Little Caesars Pizza. Customers get nickeled and dimed too. I ordered their special 2 pizzas with one topping for 16.95 and I added a bottle of soda then my order came to $24. They said the 2 liter was $3 and since I had asked for 4 cups they charged me $1 for 4 cups plus another $1.85 for delivery. First thing I noticed was the crust had holes on the bottom like they do at Little Caesars and most big chains. So that tells you it is prepacked dough and it taste like it. The dough should not taste like spongy bread which is what the big chains get wrong with their pizza crust. It is just all wrong and overpriced for what it is. You pay more, you should get great Quality. Try Pizza City in Greenville. They know how to make a good pizza. read more

We used to get Wedgy's years ago in college and loved it. They had the best garlic breadsticks. However the Wedgy's in Greenville is not the same as the one in Anderson. Terrible customer service. We live within the 7 mile radius there website advertises on their website and were never told we couldn't have delivery. After waiting an hour and not getting a pizza, I called and was told I lived too far away. They had already charged my card and everything. I called back, not to ask for anything but just to let them know their website advertises differently and was yelled at by their manager. I will never try and order from here again. Okay, so we didn't want to go back out our last night in Greenville so we ordered the large 6 cheese pizza and the foot long Philly sub. My children reported the pizza was excellent and my sub was fantastic. I ordered online which was quick and easy and I could even tip when I checked out on their site. Delivery was within the 30 minutes promised and the delivery guy was friendly. That said I did order two packages of chocolate chip cookies. These were not included. So I called and the poor delivery man brought us a pack, we stopped him and told him I ordered two, he said they sent one already, I confirmed we had not received any other cookies. Instead of him running back to the store and then back to us I agreed to him reimbursing me from his own pocket. Since he said they were busy and the weather is terrible, I quickly agreed. I used to love this place. We were hooked. Having pizza and lasagna delivered sometimes a couple of times a week. The food is awesome and the prices are good. The pizza is a little greasy, but that's probably what made it so good. There lasagna if different than any other but very good. I even like their sandwiches. I would have gave them a higher review but we kept running into problems over the last 5-7 times we ordered. I know everyone makes mistakes but they got our order wrong over and over and over. I tried to be patient cause I enjoyed the food so much, and usually they would even correct the mistake by bringing the corrected food back right away, not crediting the account for next time, or trying to make up for it, they would make the forgotten item, and redeliver it right then. Wow. But after a several times of them fixing they're mess ups and consistently having to apologize and blaming it on all the new people (over the course of two months), we caught the manager getting the order wrong. Then when we tried to call back and find out the mistake, he blamed the mistake on us, even though he repeated the order back right, he wrote the ticket up wrong and made it wrong and charged us wrong. We decided to let that one go. Mistake after mistake finally took its toll and we decided to give them a break. Hopefully they will get back on track, but I have never had any complaints about the food. Although unhealthy, it is really tasty, and a great value and the staff "usually" very professional/honorable. read more
