Went thru the drive thru. Literally no other customers. I said 3 times I wanted a grilled chicken sandwich. Ordered other items too. Was super rushed to order. Got to 2nd window, employee started handing me bags then told me to have a good day. I drove off, stopped. They came running with another bag that had my sandwich. Silvia was the person helping me out today and when I was ordering she walked away from the counter without saying anything in the middle of me talking. She then comes back like 5 minutes later and proceeds to take my order. I was ordering French toast sticks, breakfast burrito and I asked for a sausage, egg and cheese English muffin. I had to tell her 5 or 6 different times that I wanted the sausage English muffin and she even said it back to me 3 or 4 times to confirm. Then I get my back and it's missing the English muffin and when I told her, she said she didn't ring it up. I told her and her coworker that I said I wanted it 5 or 6 different times and she even confirmed it so I don't know why it was never rung up. I also asked for SALSA and she tried to offer me hot sauce instead of letting me know they don't have salsa. I have a few more issues with her as well. But this whole experience was terrible. Her service alone, makes me contemplate even coming back to this location. She is not cut out to work in the food industry if she is going to be making as many mistakes as shit did for ONE order. UPDATE: I had a MUCH better experience here. The service was excellent and it was fast through the drive thru. They did forget my sour cream but it was okay because I checked first before driving away and then suddenly a worker came to the window and gave me the sour creams. So that was the only minor issue. Otherwise, great service this time! This Wendy's takes a really long time to get you your food in both the drive thru and the dining area. They need to hire more people. Some of their workers and management aren't very nice either. They make it obvious they don't want to be there. I've had some good encounters here on occasion but this is definitely not a 'fast food' restaurant. Be expected to bring a book or something to read because it will take a while to get your food. Or you can bring a game with a friend, like 'chess' for example, and have a nice game while you wait a while to get your food. While in the drive-thru, you will need to turn your car off and play a game on your phone or read a book. You will be there for a very long time. This is not the place to come to if you are on a lunch break and need to get back to work. It will take so long that you will probably be late. If it's during a less busier time, it won't be as bad. But, they are still pretty slow which I'm assuming might be due to being short staffed? There are other fast food places up the street that are MUCH faster if you don't want to wait 30 min. The Wendy's in 4S Ranch near Del Sur is very well organized and fast too. They are professional and get the job done. So you could go there to have a much better experience if you don't mind driving farther. Hope this helps! read more

We went around 845 on a Tuesday night. The dining room was already closed when their sign says it's closed at 9. This wasn't the end of the world as We went through the drive thru instead. The menu light was not on and it was very difficult to read. When we got our food we were missing the sauce we ordered. I tried to get the attention of the employees inside just to get some sauce but they ignored me. This was a bummer because nuggets without sauce are pretty sad. We did also order a frosty and junior bacon cheeseburger. The frostys were delicious per usual and the junior bacon cheeseburger was also great. I don't think I will be returning to this location due to this experience as well as the other reviews. Bummer. read more

All locations I've been to act so offended that you're there to order in the first place. I was hoping since I was a while away from home that this place would be different, especially because there was no one else in line, but this one is the worst of them all. I place my order to pull up to the window and I'm greeted by silence. I have to ask her what my total is and then proceed to give her some cash followed by more silence. A second person comes to the window to give me my food and tries to wave me off before I get my change of more than $15. I thought it was weird but I told her I was waiting for my change only for them to roll their eyes and finally open the cash drawer to tender it. Not only that, but I had to circle around the drive TWICE because each time I noticed my order was wrong. There was about 5 employees standing around just staring at me when I came back since again I was the only customer. After I got my "correct" order the second time, I noticed that they had just thrown my food in the bag loose no wrapper or container or anything. I figure this has to be a joke! The customer service has always been good. Staff is always friendly and patient when I do my orders(We always have multiple orders). The value for the food is great. The app is our favorite thing to use great deals and easy to get points for free food. My husband and I car died in the parking lot once. We got a couple of sandwiches the other night. My wife had a chicken burger-type sandwich, and I had the mozzarella burger. They were awful! My wife's chicken was freezer-burned, and mine was just a gooey mess! The food was just nasty and we paid over $14 for the privilege of eating them. Not sure if Wendy's is going downhill or not, but I just don't think we will ever come back to eat there again. Said something about a timer and I replied that I didn't care about their timer because it takes them longer to walk it to the car. I had a disappointing experience at the Wendy's located on Scripps Ranch Poway. This occurred on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at 11:15 am. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Baconator that would give me 2nd 1 for $1.00. It appeared that it was a good deal, until I got home and saw that the 6 pieces ofbacon was all burnt to a crisp on one burger and the 2and one had 3 pieces of bacon was burnt. I can't believe that any employee/manager would serve some inedible burger. I have to look at this in one way. Employees and managers have this I don't care attitude now. There is no pride or integrity in doing your best wherever you work. Now employees just want to get a pay check and f**k everybody else. I may have to start going back to In & Out again. It is definitely worth the wait for quality food. This Wendy's need to really improve in their food quality. Don't just serve customers unacceptable food that should be thrown away. Wendys policy state that they close at 10 pm. But few times I stopped by this Wendy's at around 9:30 pm and they were blocking drive thru and they ignore their customer. Last time I went by there 2 other cars came up thru the drive thru and were treated the same. When I called the store phone #. It was put on busy tone. The next day I called to express my concerns. Manager did not show any concerns or the subject even matter. I had to call Wendy's corporate office and file a verbal complain that took 25 minutes for someone to answer. Terrible experience at this location. I went drive thru to pick up some lunch and ordered a 4 for $4 JBC with ranch and sprite as well as a small chili with cheese and onions and another JBC. I pulled up to the window and the receipt printed out saying it was a Jr. cheeseburger and I pointed out to them that it was a mistake and I needed a JBC. They made the change and I thought everything was correct so I left. I came home and to my surprise there was BBQ sauce for my nuggets and no cheese or onions on my chili (which you actually have to pay extra for). The food has gone downhill as Wendy's was one of my favorite places for quick and easy fast food. I won't be back to this location and probably won't be back to Wendy's. read more
