The tuna was incredibly fresh, the blue noodles were cooked perfectly, and every bite had a balance of creamy avocado, crisp vegetables, tangy pickled toppings, and the rich umami from the miso and sweet soy drizzle. It was colorful, refreshing, and easily one of the best quick-service meals I've ever had. The Cheeseburger Pods absolutely lived up to the hype. Think of all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger wrapped inside soft, pillowy steamed bao buns. They were unique, comforting, and unlike anything else you'll find in the parks. Paired with the crunchy vegetable slaw topped with boba fruit pops and chips, it made for a fun and satisfying dish. Then came dessert... and WOW!!! The Mangkwan Mousse was rich without being overly sweet. The cinnamon chocolate mousse, caramelized banana cake, and chocolate-sesame crumble created a dessert that was beautifully balanced and packed with flavor. The Blueberry Cream Cheese Mousse was equally impressive. The presentation alone was stunning, but the combination of creamy cheesecake, blueberry, and bright passion fruit curd made it the perfect way to end the meal.
