Faith was outstanding serving our group and was very nice. Our glasses never got empty and she took a picture of our group for us. Thank you Faith we will be back next time we are in town.

Ultimate sampler

We had an amazing dinner we started off with the ultimate sampler the elk sliders were amazing lots of flavor. My favorite was the gator bites, huge portion of breaded crawfish tails and a fish spread and crackers. For our entree we each got shrimp bonitta it was an amazing cheese covered shrimp and Alfredo sauce dish. We asked for a seat with a view looking right down the lake. The staff was excellent food came out quickly. I didn't care for the jalapeno cornbread I had the skillet of cornbread without jalapenos I think last time I came and that was better. Love this place.

If you are looking for a great place to eat head here. This is right on the river. Make sure you ask for a table facing the river. Everything here is fisherman approved. This is a quiet, clean, and delicious place to eat.

For many years, I'd say more than 10, I've always returned to this small but reliable and charming restaurant. The staff is so professional and friendly that you feel right at home. The food is very good, and they have some special dishes that you'll discover if you go. The view over Lake Taneycomo is spectacular. I have to emphasize Kylie's excellent service and professionalism...until next time!

Kansas City Strip with Crab Cake. Spot on!

During a recent trip to Branson, had a pretty nice dinner with my wife. For starters, were were seated and given a nice cornbread appetizer. It was OK, but nothing terribly spectacular. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, which had tomatoes on it.......not terrible, but was peculiar. Finally, the main course, my wife had the mahi mahi with shrimp and sauce. Her fish was overcooked but the sauce was to her satisfaction. I had the Kansas City Strip with Crab Cake and mashed potatoes, and was very pleased with the cook (it should be noted that I am somewhat of a steak snob, so a cook to impress me is quite some doing).

Love the ambiance

The food was great! I'm not a cornbread kind of person, but their cornbread is AMAZING! Service was a little lacking.

Our party ordered The Big Philly Bomb was top notch, and if it's a bit too big for your taste you can always trim a bit off the ends like a smash burger shawarma lol. Next up was the bacon Mac N Cheese burger. Guy is known for his Mac N Cheese so imagine it on a bed of perfectly cooked bacon.Mmmmmm Fries were perfect -o Ice tea was freshly brewed and was very refreshing in the hot weather. The restaurant is somewhat tucked away behind Bass Pro Shops along the shopping strip, but it's definitely worth seeking out. We decided to sit at the bar, and Jazz immediately took great care of us. She quickly got us a couple of cold beers, handed us menus, and made us feel welcome from the start. Friendly, attentive service always makes a difference, and Jazz did an excellent job throughout our visit. I wasn't overly hungry, so I ordered the Cheesy Burger, while my colleague went with the Bacon Mac & Cheese Burger. When our food arrived, we both realized we may have underestimated the portion sizes. These burgers were huge! They were packed with flavor, cooked well, and loaded with toppings. Even with healthy appetites, we could only finish about half of our meals and ended up taking the rest with us for later. As we were enjoying our food, we noticed an eerie fog bank slowly rolling across the lake. It created a unique and almost surreal backdrop that made the evening even more memorable. Between the beautiful scenery, perfect weather, excellent service, and delicious food, it turned into one of those unexpected dining experiences that sticks with you. Great meal, great atmosphere, and a fantastic way to spend an evening in Branson. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town.

They also have a kids' menu, even though it is not listed on the regular menu, which is nice to know if you are bringing children with you. The staff is always awesome, friendly, and welcoming. I also love that the restaurant is located inside an old historic hotel, which gives it such a cool atmosphere -- and maybe even a few ghost stories. Overall, it is a great spot with good food, great service, and a fun historic feel. I definitely recommend checking it out.

The poutine was fabulous. The fry coating was crisp and tasty and the gravy was full of flavor. The Reuben sandwich is outstanding! The way they cut that corned beef was nothing short of magic. An egg on there? What? I've never heard of such a thing, but yes please. And I had the brûlée corn; which I may need to learn how to replicate because I've never seen this on any menu in Chicago, but it's too far to travel as often as I'll be thinking about that dish! The old fashions were smooth! Went with vanilla and loved the subtle flavors. Everyone was so nice and the atmosphere was a delightful mix of old school pub/English castle. All of it was just what I was hoping to find. Food off the beaten path that deserves a huge shout out. In a town of bland flavors, this place shines like a real gem!
