They had a variety of Jack Daniels drinks to choose from. Everyone that came between 7 - 9 PM received a free drink ticket. I didn't see many drinks on the menu that I liked as they all looked pretty sweet. I did choose a drink and did not like it. It was sweet and seemed watered down, though my friend said hers was pretty strong. I then got another drink, which was purchased for me, and I did not like that drink either. I plan to return and maybe try some thing not on cocktail menu. Sorry! I cannot remember the name of the drinks. S E R V I C E The bartender was kind. We did not interact with any other service individuals. A M B I E N C E The interior reminds me of a restaurant that has not been turned into a bar. This is because there are actual booths that people can sit in yet. There's also a dance floor. It sounds like the makings of a regular bar, but I believe when you enter, you'll see that it is not. The bouncers and people that work here are pretty chill and relaxed, as are the patrons. There's no particular vibe here but I didn't really enjoy the music. On the night that I went, the DJ was playing all of the hits from the 2010s and it was so nostalgic. I really enjoyed it. He also mixed it up and played some more modern music as well. Came here around 12am on Saturday Oct 18th the night after my wedding because I read EVERYWHERE online that this was a great club for dancing in midtown. I was with a large group and the staff and bouncers managing the front door were happy to charge us all a $20 cover to get in. We get inside and this place was full of people but the vibes were DEAD. The dance floor is full of hookah tables and everyone is legit just sitting or standing around watching tv. We ended up just standing around too for a minute confused, thinking that the real club vibes must be upstairs or in another room. NOPE- that's it. This place should really rebrand as a hookah bar... my group was really excited to get out and have some fun and I felt genuinely embarrassed to have brought people here. BEWARE!! Painfully loud music and scam on drinks! AVOID! After reading many positive reviews I decided to plan a coworker happy hour here. Needless to say, we will not be back, and my office is in midtown and Wicked Wolf just lost all our business. We came here for a chill afternoon happy hour, arriving on a Tuesday around 4:00pm. The music was so loud that we had to yell to even hear each other. Many in our party even left, saying they were getting a headache. I asked several times for the music to be turned down. At one point, the server told me they were auditioning a new DJ and when the managers came out of a manager meeting, she would get permission to ask the new DJ to stop. Now tell me, how does that make any sense? How is an establishment going to audition a new talent but then be in a meeting so they can't hear it? Needless to say, to have the music at "club level" on a Tuesday at 4:00pm is not the vibe I was going for. BEWARE, Wicked Wolf is running an overbilling scam. Since the music was so loud I pointed directly to the $5.00 Tuesday margarita special on the menu (the server could not hear me over the DJ). My bill showed they had charged me $9.00 for the "millionaire margarita" when that is never what I ordered. I specifically pointed to the happy hour margarita, and there is no mistaking that on the menu. I also ordered a round of shots for the table, which came to $200.00. When I did the math, it came to $14.00 per shot, which is WAY OVERPRICED. I've never had tequila that costs so much money, and the shots weren't even that good. When the shots cost more that the margarita, it just shows the establishment is taking advantage of people who come here to drink and have fun and don't pay much attention to the bill. I noticed this all before I left but I wanted to save face, so I paid the bill quietly but determined to never go back. The only positive is that the food is decent...and I would say that the server was nice....but I think she was only nice so she could pull off the drink scam. If you are looking for a chill atmosphere with reasonable drink prices, this is definitely not the place for you. There are many other places in midtown with honest prices and better drinks. I had a great experience here this past weekend. I came here for brunch with a family friend and I already knew the type of vibes that this place would provide and it very much met my expectations. It is a very lively/lit brunch so definitely be prepared for that when you come. There will be a live DJ, people will probably be dancing, all of that. What I didn't expect though was for them to also periodically have shot o' clock where they were just giving out shots to everybody in the room and I really appreciated that because I honestly can't think of anywhere else in Atlanta that does that and I just thought it was really nice and added to the fun of the experience. I ordered my entree and it was pretty good...not the best tasting food ever, but it was pretty good and I was definitely pleased with the quantity. It was so much food. Literally four pancakes, French toast sticks, bacon, and sausage and an English muffin. It was more than one breakfast serving for sure so for the price I definitely appreciated that. You also get a full bottle of champagne when you order bottomless mimosas, which were only $20 which I thought was very reasonably price. So overall, for a lit brunch experience that isn't too pricey I definitely suggest this place. Also didn't want to forget that our server Toni was such a sweetheart. She was so nice. She had the most warm welcoming attitude and tried to accommodate us as much as possible so I definitely wanted to give her some acknowledgment as well. read more

As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with basic respect--but instead, I was met with dismissiveness and poor communication. I brought my concerns to the manager on duty, only to be told that "Wicked Wolf's policy is that their staff is always right and the customer is always wrong." That statement alone is a red flag for any business. It's not just bad policy--it's toxic and unprofessional. As a Black man, I left feeling disrespected and deeply uncomfortable. This establishment does not meet the standard for quality service, respect, or inclusion. I use to like going to this place. It was fun, good music, good vibes. But started getting more popular. Which then they were more about quantity, than quality. The service went down. The first time it happened, I gave grace and thought okay it's just super busy, the second time, 3 of us were standing at the bar for 5 minutes and the girl just kept skipping us and only helping the 4 people sitting, asking if they wanted refills... so we went to the main bar... the workers were all just standing there talking, no one helped us, we stood there for about 7 minutes, whole time we are thinking they are pouring shots for customers, they aren't, they were pouring them for themselves! Too busy drinking on the job and dancing & making videos then attending to paying customers. They looked too young to be behind the bar, and it was disturbing how Careless they were, considering it's a job, and they were acting like they were on spring break. Also the food is mid, and the hookah is way too expensive and barely works. The wait time for that and just in general. Go somewhere else, where they actually want to provide good service. read more

Really bad. Thought I would take family from out of town, turns out this is a club disguised as a restaurant. Saw a woman throwing up from being overserved, and this was 2pm (!) and then watched a worker dance on a table with sparklers that were lit and dropping ambers. The food was disappointing and the service really bad. Avoid at all costs and hopefully this closes soon because it does not seem safe. The worst part was we had to see a fight with children watching on the sidewalk outside. Parking is impossible and people seemed stressed and over served. No one should have been driving from there but no one seemed to care. We came here bc the reviews seemed good but now looking back these seem crafted by what appears to be wannabe influencers who might be trying to get a free appetizer. *FOOD* I was pleasantly surprised when the food arrived at the table. I wasn't expecting much from a sports bar type of place, but I really enjoyed my Blackened Shrimp Cobb Salad. It had great flavors, and was very large. *SERVICE* Our server was able to make sure that all ten of us always had drinks filled, and made sure that we were taken care of. We had a birthday at the table, and when we ordered tequila shots for everyone, the servers came out with sparklers with the shots for both rounds. *DRINKS* They have a full bar. Additionally, they have buckets of beer - 5 bottles for $25. *AMBIANCE* This spot is great to go to to watch football in the fall. They have a lot of TVs - and even a large projector screen for the big game. They have NCAA Saturdays and NFL Sundays. The service was horrible for most of our stay. It took forever to be served, we had to go and ask for someone to come to us. The server barely checked on us and didn't think to bring basic things such as silverware, napkins or water and then told us we were stressing her out. The food was okay, I had the Caesar wrap which was fine but the sweet potato tots had a weird taste to them, not a fan. They were also pretty good.. they had an extensive bourbon collection. It was smack dab it the middle of mid town. The owner was double parked out front and just kind of milling around inside. I will give this place 0 stars if u could. We booked our reservation for 3:45p on November 1st and was treated with the upmost disrespect from the "staff" of this establishment. We arrived for our 3:45pm reservation at 3:50p and was sat at our table right away. There were two tables in front of us who appeared to have been there as they had empty plates and boxes. However their table was cleared, tab paid and they continued to enjoy their party. At 6:15pm our waitress took our payment and informed that she was off work and closing out our tab. She informed that we would receive another waitress and informed us of our 3 hour table limit. I informed her that we sat down at 3:50pm and didn't receive another waitress waitress until 4:15p when she informed she would be right back with us. She then took our drink orders around 4:20p. However, we were ready for our food orders too as we waited so long to be attended to. At 4:30 she took our orders and we started receiving our food around 4:45pm. Therefore our 3 hour time limit should have started when we were attended to. We were abruptly startled by security at 6:45pm pulling our table out and pulling us away to tell us to leave. They snatched our hookah that we ordered at 430p and didn't receive until 6:15pm and told us we had to leave. We continuously asked why we were rudely being told to leave and the security said verbatim "we don't know but yall got to go." We had just closed our tab and paid for our food. Mind you the tables there prior to us were still enjoying their tables and looking at us confused as well. I asked for the manager and yelled at by the "security" "you can look them up online and find the number." It was 6 in our party and we were all pushed out by men security guards and two of us were carried out by security guards. All while peacefully asking what did we do and who could we talk to. They continued to provide no explanation and laughed about it. Very bad CS for paying customers. read more

We came to Atlanta for my sister birthday and we had heard of the wicked wolf. We came on Saturday but was told they only seat by reservations only. The lady who was at the door told us to stand to the side and she was going to see what shoe could do. While we were standing there. I noticed it was a few big tables free. After about an hour. This tables were still free so I went to the counter to ask about them. The same lady said. It's a three hour wait now and those tables are waiting on their reservations. So we left. We put in a reservation for Sunday at four. We arrived and the same lady said she has no reservations for us. Even though we had received a confirmation stating that our reservation is in 30 mins. We showed her the message and she said she going to get the manager. Only to come back and say he is too busy to see us because of all the reservations coming in. My thing is. Our money was good Saturday and Sunday. But the waitress slash hostess was rude and nasty and made up her own rules on who she wanted to seat. As well as honoring reservations. It's sad how we were treated and we came from Arkansas and the Wicked Wolf was on our top list of things to do. I wouldn't suggest this place to a fly. I went to Wicked Wolf with a large group of friends after a big work party. We were staying at the Loews hotel, so Wicked Wolf wasn't too far of a walk at all. We went last Friday night. When we arrived, there was a line, and they were charging (I think) $20 cover. We didn't want to pay cover, so we started walking away, and then a woman, probably a promoter, came to grab us all and said we don't need to pay cover. We all went inside and grabbed some drinks. There is two floors of this place, with the upstairs being a lot smaller than the ground floor. There is a bar upstairs too, so you can grab drinks on both levels. While we were there though, the vibe is just very hectic and chaotic. People are all over the place, people smoking hookah near the DJ, girls pouring shots in peoples' mouths while standing on top of the bar, etc. It was just a lot going on. The drinks were decent, but honestly not even that good. The bartenders were kind though, so that was a plus. Overall though, it was just a lot going on and not that enjoyable. read more

Went to the Jack vs. Everybody event at the end of April and had a very piss poor experience. The establishment is nice, but the food is subpar. This was actually my second time patronizing Wicked Wolf. My guest and I managed to get a table in the back of the sports bar. We were greeted immediately and the server was extremely nice. We placed drink orders for the Jack Daniel's event but we also ordered two other drinks off the menu. I had a blackberry margarita that was very sweet (too much syrup) which drowned the alcohol. I actually didn't drink the margarita. My guest ordered a virgin mojito! For food. I ordered wings and fries. I asked for both crispy. The wings came out cold and barely fried. Also came out substantially late after my guest flatbread arrived (she throughly enjoyed her meal). So much so she was basically finished when I received my food. The server was also shocked and I told her don't worry about having the kitchen make my order over, I would grab something once we left. My food was removed from the tab. Upon receiving the check, I noticed that there was an event & fees charge on the bill (calculated at 40% of the bill). I asked the server about the fee and she said it was gratuity. My drink was $20, but the tab was $40 total. I didn't understand because the bill included taxes, automatic gratuity (20%) and this made up events & fees charge. I'm sure was included on everyone's check that night, others were probably too inebriated to notice. The manger came over and tried to say it was gratuity but I pointed to the line that clearly said gratuity. Ultimately, he walked away and the server had to get another manager to address the bill. Most confusing and frustrating dining experience I have ever had. Occasion: Went out with my wife and another couple on a hot evening. They brought their dog (Duke). First Impressions: - Exterior: nothing crazy, felt slightly uncomfortable as there was a homeless man on a sidewalk bench across the seating area. He looked at our party while we ate. - Interior: seemingly clean, with a nice vibe. Reason for the second star. Ambience and Service - **Ambience**: outside seating isn't too creative. Should've sat inside but we had Duke with us. They are dog friendly which is a plus. - **Service**: Extremely unapologetic slow service towards us, not Duke, though. Let me explain. When we arrived at the restaurant, my wife and walked inside to request outdoor seating. We were told to sit anywhere outside and a server would be right with us. I know outside doesn't get the fastest service, but we waited for around 10 minutes without menus before I walked back inside to ask for help. We waited another 6-7 minutes and a sweet server came out. We ordered drinks and fried pickles as an appetizer. Drinks were pricey and came out quick. After about 15 minutes, we ordered the mains: bbq flatbread, short rib grilled cheese, wings, and a chicken caesar wrap. 30 minutes pass and no food is out yet. The server comes by to give us an update and only asks to refill Duke's cup! We said he is okay and thought she would come back to refill our empty waters. We are 45 min in now and we ask the server for another update. We were told it would be 5 min. 15 minutes later (about an hour after the appetizer order) the bbq flatbread comes out incorrectly as a margarita flatbread! Still waiting on the fried pickles. This was delivered by a runner so we didn't say anything. We waited for our server to come out but she never did. Note: there were 3 occupied tables outside but I saw plenty of servers inside. After about 10 minutes with empty water glasses, we go inside to ask for refills, appetizer ETA, and about the incorrect flatbread. They comped the incorrect flatbread so we ate it as a temporary appetizer. After a few more minutes, the manager comes over and asks to pet Duke. He then says without concern or apology, "did they figure out the flatbread situation?" Then he cutely says to Duke, "I just wanted to have an excuse to come pet you..." Then, he offers Duke more water while we STILL have empty glasses. WHAT!!?? He also asks my friend if Duke likes bacon. To which the manager goes inside and comes right back out with 3 pieces of bacon to give to Duke. Where is our service!! Good for Duke, though LOL. The night dragged on... we got 2/4 of the meal finally after an hour and 20 min. The fired pickles also came out and they were greasy. The grilled cheese was also greasy and the short ribs were bland. The wings were good. The bbq flatbread came out 10 minutes later and then the chicken Caesar came out 10-15 minutes after that. All of us shared food as we were hungry this hot evening without water. Toward the end of service, Duke was offered another water refill, another visit and pet by the manager, and that was that. In conclusion: this dinner consumed our whole night. The whole outing took more than 3 hours with most of that being without food, water, or service. read more

The courteous attentiveness by Brian, Sam, and Abraham was phenomenal. All of the suggestions were on point and I highly recommend trying the "friends with benefits cocktail", which is a cucumber jalapeño spicy margarita, It is as phenomenal as were the shrimp tacos. My favorite thing about the atmosphere was that it's very approachable. So I arrived to watch the Clemson and Georgia game. I was with all my friends who live and invest allot of money into midtown Atlanta businesses. I understand the atmosphere and it being a spots bar. The volume was so loud that we couldn't talk unless we were screaming into each other's ears. They had the outdoor bar area open with windows open at that bar. It was hot inside. Hot and loud. Our party as a whole were very uncomfortable. We asked the manager to open the window near our table. This big expansive accordion window that obviously was designed to be opened. Such as to create a cross breeze. He's response? You can leave. So yeah we will and take our money someplace else. We each probably know over 100 people individually and we will make sure to make it a point to not recommend this places. It's the response. Not the action. Rude. Sorry. I give 1 star because I can't put 0. The only nice thing was all the TVs. They have no beers on draft. The service is atrocious. I was given my food late with no forks or napkins.
