In regard to the vanilla bean coffee, it was okay; not the greatest or worst I've had. Overall, the space and vibe i get is an upgraded Starbucks feel. Good customer service and mediocre coffee.

They have seating on the patio and inside with both tables and booths or at the bar. The decor is fun with bright vibrant colors and picturesque walls. The Machaca Scramble was the most flavorful and best tasting dish we had at our table as the corned beef hash and eggs were standard (not bad but nothing to Yelp rave about). By far the best part was the Bottomless Mimosas which are offered everyday, not just on the weekends! Big bonus! Our server was attentive and had a happy disposition. I felt Serendipity has so much great potential, between the decor, service and bottomless mimosas I'd imagine they would have more birthdays or group celebrations going on, especially for such a large space. But the vibe was a bit off with the low playing Spanish music, I would imagine if they had more pop music or upbeat music to fit the vibe of the place they'd have more of a fun vibe. Not that there is anything wrong with Spanish music, it just wasn't jiving with the vibe of the place and was so low and not so up beat (romantic Spanish ballads were playing). The laminated menus also gave an old diner vibe instead of trendy "serendipity" vibe. I'll still come back to see if they can match the vibe to the decor and try a few other menu items, but I do hope they up the ambiance. And get that extra star status!

Let me tell you about a little gem in Redondo Beach called Wildflower Cafe. It's become a favorite for our family's breakfast/brunch, and it's not just the delicious food that keeps us coming back - though that's a big part of it! From the moment you step inside (or even as you're leaving!), the customer service at Wildflower Cafe is truly outstanding. And I mean every single staff member. They all greet you with a genuine warmth that makes you feel instantly welcome. It's the kind of friendly atmosphere that just brightens your day. The inside is cozy, and yes, it can get a little snug, which just adds to its charm in a way. But thankfully, they have a lovely patio, and since the pandemic, they've expanded their outdoor seating even more, giving you plenty of options to soak up the Redondo Beach sunshine. Our family are big fans of their breakfast/brunch, and we've even brought friends along who've raved about it too. For me, I'm partial to the California Omelet - packed with grilled chicken and a medley of fresh veggies, all topped with melty Swiss cheese. But I also can't resist "The Wildflower Two." Two eggs any style, your choice of meat (their turkey bacon is surprisingly good!), and while the toast is nice, swapping it for their fluffy pancakes is a must-do in my book. Their Breakfast Burrito, Eggs Benedict, and Breakfast Sandwich are also solid choices I've enjoyed. My wife is a big fan of their Lox Platter. The quality of the smoked salmon is excellent, and she loves the fresh red onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers, all paired with her choice of bagel and creamy cream cheese. Now, for our 7-year-old pancake connoisseur! Wildflower Cafe has an incredible pancake selection. Whether it's classic buttermilk, rich chocolate chip, nutty banana walnut, or bursting with blueberries or strawberries, there's a pancake for every mood. But if you can't decide? Go for the Wildflower Stack - a delightful combination of bananas, walnuts, blueberries, and strawberries. They also have a fantastic kids' menu, and the "Big Breakfast" (one egg, one piece of meat, and a pancake or French toast) is always a hit with our son. While their lunch menu looks tempting, we're definitely in the breakfast/brunch camp. Parking can be a little tricky, but don't get discouraged! If you head up Sapphire Street, you'll usually find street parking either on that block or just around the corner on South Gertruda Avenue. It's worth circling around for a spot. Today we enjoyed a five star breakfast here, this was our first time eating here and we loved everything about it. The food was delicious, we started with breakfast crepes stuffed with eggs and bacon, perfectly seasoned perfectly cooked eggs. Next we had some wonderful fruit crepes, mine were filled with mascarpone and raspberries, my wife's had white cheese and vanilla, both came with raspberry sauce. The crepes for both dishes were nicely flavored, the perfect thickness and cooked to perfection. The fresh squeezed orange juice was sweet and yummy and the Latte was also very nice! Came here for brunch on a Saturday morning with my Bestie and she had the Wildflower Omelette and I had the California Omelette. Both Omelettes were delicious and healthy. If you are looking for a cute, somewhat healthy breakfast place then this is the place to go to. It is difficult finding parking but other than that, there are no cons to this place. It is located in a little corner and they have indoor and outdoor seating. Very cute placements on the tables and an overall pleasant experience. Their iced vanilla latte is pretty good too! After our breakfast we came out and there were a bunch of people waiting so if possible, try to get there early. My friend ordered The Wildflower Two's for $14.25, opting for 2 eggs cooked any style and upgrading to banana walnut pancakes instead of toast. Its a bummer that they are no longer open in the evenings...... and they close at 3 in the afternoon but its a great place for breakfast and lunch very healthy and good!!! My friend and I went here for lunch today. She saw the reviews on Yelp and we decided to come here. It's a little cafe that is great to go with your girl friends to chit chat. The outside patio is such a nice place to be to catch up with your friends. I thought there menu looked very yummy. Its perfect to have breakfast or lunch. The menu is very lite and healthy. I love going here for breakfast. You have to sit on the patio. The staff is friendly and helpful. You will find good sized portions and a great selection of fantastic breakfast foods. Great eggs benedict. A good place for kids and the bathroom experience is nice too! Great for brunch, very friendly staff, but be prepared for a modest wait on the weekends. The Wildflower Twos is my favorite breakfast dish, they're cool with customizing whatever you want, and the ambiance is pretty good. Everyone working was friendly, kind, and attentive. The young boy working was so sweet and we loved the cozy ambience and artwork on the walls. Even if you don't order that, make sure that with whatever you order, you ask for the green salsa they make in-house. I could eat an entire bowl of that just by itself. It is so freakin good, and better than any green salsa anywhere, ever. And yes, I really mean that.

I asked the staff about popular drinks and the horchata latte was recommended so I went with it. They serve coffee from La Colombe Coffee Roasters. Unable to locate a restaurant as we drove aimlessly down Artesia Blvd, I'd decided to search the Google Map Application "Restaurants nearby" which led us directly to choosing this simple and emaculate cafe housed in an impressive artistically designed building that, I was concerned, might be a bit more on the fancy side. To my delight, it was an airy and welcoming atmosphere where we were immediately welcomed with a smile by a genuinely warm young woman (Anna E.) whom was as helpful and amiable speaking English as she was Spanish with us! With only one hour for breakfast, we each experienced the smoothest most delicious coffee which is every bit as smooth as the coffee I grind and prepare at home, and I daresay it may be even better! My 1st cup with cream and sugar was remarkable, and this was followed by the breakfast burrito that was a cut above many others containing the perfect balance of scrambled eggs, sausage links cut the perfect size, a small amount of hash browns, and white cheese. This was just the right amount to share along with the french fries (crinkle cut) we also shared. My second refilled cup of coffee finished an amazing breakfast and was taken simply black. This was the nicest finish to a remarkable breakfast, and I look forward to coming to enjoy the live music they have on a specific day I cannot recall, but Sheny and I pinky promised with Anna E. to return for more of their delicious fare we have merely tipped the scales with what they have to offer. I'm already planning on bringing more friends even though no one I know lives nearby! Lastly, this five star restaurant may be down to Earth, but it also has the cleanest bathroom I have experienced outside of very neat homes of families! When I got to the front door, I see that there's another change of ownership and I'm hoping that this place keeps taking because it is such a unique spot. I do feel like the food is better than the last time I came - more to the quality levels I would have received back in the day. The night I went in they were having a large event in the way back, so I was happy to see that. There was only one person taking orders, providing service for that event, and delivering food to everybody and I wish I had written her name down because she was super friendly and super helpful and got everything right with my order! Honestly, that friendly neighborhood feel is a big part of what makes TGR so welcoming! I will have to bring my kids in again soon.
