Cleaned her plate (which is rare). She was trying to figure out why it was spicy. Chipotle Poppy Seed dressing, duh! I got the Ham & Swiss. A tall sandwich on marble rye. Tomatoes, onions, pickles, lettuce with honey mustard condiment/dressing. Very different for me, but very good. Fresh breads made there. The Artisan Bread slices with my wife's salad was excellent. What happened to the Turkey, Cranberry, Stuffing Sandwich? My husband and I both ordered one to go and it was horrible. The turkey meat was pulverized. The stuffing tasted like pure vinegar. The cranberry sauce was nonexistent. The bread was mushy like the sandwich was made three days ago and stored in the refrigerator. Worst sandwich ever. Wildflower never lets me down! They are so much better than Panera bread! Larger servings in my opinion when you get a full meal. Even with a half sandwich and side soup, I went home satisfied. Could not be more happy that I live right down the street The place looks exactly like you would expect from a place called the Wildflower--bright, plenty of natural light, and nice and open. I especially enjoy sitting on the covered patio. I also appreciate how the open concept lets you see what's going on in the kitchen. And then the smell as soon as you walk in! If you like baking bread as much as my wife and I do, then you will appreciate this place for sure. I love to smell and see all the amazing breads! Good stuff. The service is good here too, and I like that they have options. You can have a seat then order through your server. You can open the app and put in your table number and order in the app. Or you can go to the counter and order. The food. Oh man, where do I begin. I mean, it's the Wildflower bread company, so you know the sandwiches are on point. Everything always tastes freshly made and packed full of flavor. With the selection of healthy options that taste amazing, you always feel like you are treating your body right. Mediocre At Best!! We used to love Wildflower! The food used to be delicious and so flavorful. The soups used to be incredible and the combinations in the sandwiches were exquisite. I used to love the vegetarian sandwich that had roasted sweet potatoes, fig spread, arugula and some kind of cheese. The menue has been changed and not for the better. Both my husband and I would classify our food as "Extremely Average." The food had no flavor. I tasted two of the soups before ordering and they were so bland and tasted canned. I had the chopped salad and there was so little flavor. The bread that came with it was so dry. My husband had 1/2 turkey and brie sandwich and 1/2 strawberry spinach salad and he said it was a huge letdown. it had little flavor. We've eaten here for years but will not be going back. read more

Although, I placed an online catering order for 7 Entrees at 8am, and scheduled it to be ready by 12noon for pick up. So I decided to use the restroom; maybe they were busy and still working on my order ( because I didn't see any bags that appeared to be mine). Then after I was done with the restroom again, I came back to the take out register and was still slow to get greeted. I said I was there to pick up my 12 o'clock order, and for some reason the $5 off promo was not reflecting on my final order amount which was weird. I just wanted to clarify it was going to reflect on my bill. The woman called over a female manager/supervisor and she tried to help me and said 'I'm not sure, I don't know what to tell you'. Hmmm, does that sound like a good response from a manager when a customer is trying to clarify the dollar amount? I was not impressed at that point.. Then I said is my order almost ready? And she said, 'oh no it's going to be a little while, we just got your order like 15 mins ago'- ummmm no ma'am. I placed my order online at 8am on the Wildflower App. What in the world!? I was frustrated because of the following. - not greeted prompty - manager was unable to assist with my inquiry about mmmmm promo code being used and said ' I don't know what to tell you' (meanwhile I was very nice and calm!) - I was told my order would not be ready at 12noon even though I ordered it 4 hours in advance!? After I reminded her that I actually ordered online hours before and not 15 minutes before- they seemed to spring into action a little faster. My food was not ready for me until 12:12pm. Today, I decided to take mom to Wild flower bread company. I love this restaurant and friendly staff. Today, it was not as good as it usually is. The counters by the cut lemons, which were non-existent, were sticky and dirty. This was a shock to me. i got some lemons from one of the managers. My mom ordered the garden salad and Steak blue 1/2 sandwhich - Buy 2. I had the S. West superfood salad and the same sandwhich. There was not the same amount of steak as normal, and the bread was dry. Definitely not normal. The salad had more onions than anything, and my 97 yy mom gave them to me. My salad ws good, hers was not. I told a manager, Scott, and he told me to meet him at the register, so I had my mom sit down and wait. My receipt was on a dish, and got thrown away. Scott looked through all of the receipts and found ours. He made it right by comping our meal and giving us a credit. I told my mom and she was pleased. So an unfortunate situation was corrected with a smile and he gave me his name. Told me to check with him next time and he'll make sure my order was right. He just asked us to give him another chance. My mom wasn't willing to, but I'll go back. I really think this was an abnormal service, and believe it won't happen again.
