The focaccia here is really good. The food was good, but not particularly worthy of the price tag in my own opinion. I liked my lasagna bianca and the burrata but there wasn't too much for vegetarians as mains. The burrata was also quite small in portion. The most interesting thing was the drink I had. The pizzas are more Detroit style pan pizzas and my partner enjoyed it, but was not super impressed. The service was good as well and the ambiance was really pretty, because you're basically eating inside the spheres on the lowest level. This spot has a lovely interior perfect for special occasions, drinks with friends, or dates. Because of its unique architecture and elegant interior, the prices are high for their salads, pizzas, and entrees. It's definitely something you enjoy once in awhile, not every day. The menu isn't large so my friends and I settled on two pizzas for the three of us and it was plenty of food. Interesting thing is that they give you scissors to cut your own pizza. The pepperoni is tasty and the edges on it are crispy. The potato pizza is good but be careful with the Calabrian chilis. They're concentrated in certain areas and I didn't think they'd be that spicy, so I didn't bother spreading them out across my piece and was surprised by how hot they were. read more

Very cute restaurant in the Amazon spheres. Came here right before a concert at Climate Pledge and it was the perfect spot. I love the unique drink and food options. We order this drink that reminded me of a sangria and it was really good. We ordered the sausage pizza with lemon and that's was surprising very good. Would definitely order it again. We also ordered the fried gnocchi which was amazing! So light and fluffy...would definitely order again. The service was also great. They were very attentive and always kept our water glass full. Willmott's Ghost is a great spot if you are in the downtown area and want a bite to eat. I always love coming here to get a pizza. It is something so pleasing just cutting your pizza with gold scissors. They cut very well + you get to determine what size slice you want. The pepperoni was very delicious with the crust so crispy but also a soft doughiness when you take a bite. MUST TRY: the pepperoni pizza Willmott's Ghost is very aesthetically pleasing inside and outside since it is right in the sphere. This restaurant is open to the public but unfortunately the spheres itself is not only on certain days. The waiters are nice and circle around to check on your frequently. Willmost's Ghost is a wonderful restaurant in the Amazon Sphere. If you are hoping to eat here to see other parts of the Sphere, this is not the place to go. However, if you just want excellent Italian food it is absolutely worth a visit. The interior is bright, new, and very inviting. It does not seem like the place for big parties, but nice to eat with a person or a couple in an intimate setting. Their wines are exclusively from Italy. I am not that knowledgable about them, but the recommendation from our server were excellent. I understand the menu is constantly changing, so what we had may not be available. We started with a burrata. This was really good, flavored with burrata and we loved the focaccia that came with this. For the main course, I had the sausage pizza. This is a healthy portion and comes in a square shape with scissors to cut it. It was different, but excellent. The crust was sold and flavorful, then the cheese was absolutely wonderful. Then I really loved the sausage, but wish there were more of them. The pizza was very filling, so I did not have dessert, but may be back to try the olive oil cake. read more

When checking in, it took a while to be helped - it seemed like they were understaffed. After about a few minutes of waiting for someone to check in, it took about 10 minutes before our server came. We tried a little bit of everything. Pizza is Detroit style and you can even order half half pizzas if you want to try a couple. The pizza dough and focaccia all seem to be the same texture. Focaccia: warmly baked with a nice crunchy crust and warm, soft interior. Although the focaccia was good, it was missing something as it tasted a little too plain. I wish the bread came pre-cut as it was a little messy handling the bread as it was covered in olive oil. Prosciutto and melon: prosciutto was good but the melon was not very sweet - it seemed like they were cut closer to the rind. pluot insalata: this isn't a salad! it's pluots and walnuts on a bed of stracciatella. The stracciatella is a creamy sauce which reminds me strongly of the white sauce from halal guys. sausage pizza: I wish they were more genius with the sausage. On half of the pizza, there were only about 3 pieces of sausage. However the sausage was good and there wasn't much lemon taste. pepperoni pizza: The pizza is pretty good but a little bit salty. Unlike the sausage pizza, the pepperoni is covered on every inch of the pizza. potato pizza: pretty simple but also missing something. There's a lot of potato pieces which was nice. I have been to this place before and not that I wasnt happy but food was way overpriced. My friend chose this place so I decided to give them a chance. Seems like nothing changed much. They get extremely busy at this location so be prepared to sit on top of each other. Other table was so close to us that we 2 girls felt very intimidated to sit beside 2 men that we could literally was less than stretched hand apart. Our waitress was extremely rude. She brought my friends main dish before mine. And mine after 15 minutes so my friend felt uncomfortable to eat without me. She never asked how meet should be cooked. My friend was ok with that but If it would be my meat to me it would be raw.She never refilled our waters I had to do it twice. And she brought us a check right after meal even we were informed that there was reservation behind us but we still had like 40 minutes. Food was also bland. my halibut was very dry, lack of any sauce and broccoli flowers that came together was so savory spicy burning in my mouth so I left it. My friends beef overwhelmed her plate and there was literally nothing else. She ate half and said she is tired of eating this alone. tried this place for the first time, and it was... ok, nothing really mind blowing in my opinion, which is a bit of a let down for how pricey it is. i would probably recommend coming for small bites/a drink or glass of wine rather than for a meal. there were a few dishes i did enjoy, their calamari was good, nice breading and yummy dipping sauce. their hama hana clams were fine, had a white wine-y sauce that definitely has a kick to it, and they did give us quite a generous amount of clams. their pickles were pretty good, simple but did the job. we also ordered the sausage pizza, its definitely a thicker crust pizza, and had an extremely (almost inedible) char to it. the inside of it was good though, dough was fluffy and airy. the citrus in the sausage pizza really brightens up the pizza and pairs well with the savory components. the sausage topping was alright, very sparse and small pieces throughout the pizza. we also ordered a lemon drop and an espresso martini.... which came to be $15 and $18... i guess thats pretty average but they were pretty small cocktails. tasted both and were both just fine, not bad. read more

This place was great. Now originally we made reservations as a sort of loop hole to see the Amazon pods and while they are within the structure you can't see the plants etc inside. It's small and definitely a nicer type place so I was a little worried about how my kids would do. I will say this. Go. Take your kids. Love this place for drinks and apps. I got the Arnold Palmer and the whole drink tasted high-quality and house-made, including both the lemonade and the tea. Their cocktail list is fun and tasty. The place is also full of light, as the entire building is made of windows (inside the Amazon spheres) I got right in and sat at the bar. The bartender was kind and let me do my own thing, but also sparked up a few conversations. It was the best burrata I'd ever had. I wanted to order a second right then, but will bring my partner for the second. Located basically inside the Spheres, this restaurant is such a cute find! They have plenty of natural lighting inside and the layout is also curved. We made a reservation in advance and were able to be seated quickly upon arriving. We got the calamari as an appetizer and the mushroom pizza for the main, which was plenty of food for 2 people! The calamari was smaller than expected, but was really good especially with the sauce. So I hate to admit this but I picked this pizza place because I fell for the pictures with the scissors. I was a little worried that the use of the scissors would mean that the place was kind of gimicky and the pizza was would actually not be very good however I was definitely very pleasantly surprised. We came here on a Friday without reservations so it definitely seems like it gets packed so if you do wanna come here just keep that in mind. We ordered the fritto misto and a Margherita Pizza. Good food - expensive prices and services was fine. This is a restaurant that I've been meaning to try for a while now. It's right in the Amazon Spheres and there's plenty of parking at Amazon buildings if you go after 4pm (which you should because there's happy hour!). I went twice for HH, both times with friends and a table of 3-4. There's a good assortment of food and I highly recommend the focaccia bread and the pizzas! Unfortunately the pizza is also super expensive (~$30 each) and while it's good and bready, I don't think it's worth the price tag. The pate was also super rich and delicious which I highly recommend! The wine selection is also quite good and while also expensive, it's nice to try the variety. I would recommend it on happy hour at $2 off (or you can get a spritz for $4 off). The service both times I've been has been alright. The servers weren't super attentive and came by when you called which is fine. The atmosphere and ambiance was nice but I wouldn't be coming back just for that. This is a very aesthetic pizza shop in the spheres. Right in the heart of SLU, it provides a great atmosphere to get an elevated lunch with coworkers or friends, and also serves as a great date spot. The menu is a little limited and can be hard to decipher, as their pizzas do not come as traditional American pizza - but that might be the point :) the service was pretty good, can be a little Slow when it is busy. All silverwares, dishes, cups were clean. 5) water tasted great. I really enjoyed our appetizers Buratta, cherries, Olio Verde olive oil with warmed sourdough bread (had to request bread, Buratta is sold as an independent dish not accompanied with bread,) and Asparagus fritti; both were fresh, prepared perfectly, and absolutely delicious! For the main course the Cheese and Margherita pizza both were made with quality ingredients, and the tomato sauce was bursting with fresh herbs; making it really great pizza!! **Plan to be patient and really just enjoy the beautiful atmosphere, because everything is made per order** My husband really enjoyed his drink, he said it had a spicy finish. I greatly appreciate our server Edgardo making me a basil citrus mocktail, it was really refreshing. I just had the greatest experience here tonight! We were greeted with a smile and our table was ready. Our waiter was so nice and answered everyone's questions with a smile. Food was delicious and we needed more crackers for a dip and they said no problem and brought more than 2 crackers! (No extra charge!!) I came across this place by recommendation of a friend and was drawn to it by the prospect of getting to see the Spheres, as the restaurant itself is located at the base. We made reservations ahead of time and were graciously seated early since we arrived there on foot earlier than anticipated. I was stunned by the ambiance and decor of the restaurant. It seemed like a good, cozy yet trendy place to grab a cocktail and catch up with friends, which is what most of the crowd on a Saturday night looked like! The host & our server were extremely friendly as well. For drinks, we had a glass of red recommended by the server (as we were not too well versed in our Italian wines) and the Cappelletti Spritz, which tasted reminiscent of an Aperol. It wasn't my favorite cocktail I've ever had, but probably just wasn't my cup of tea. I don't usually go for ordering spritzes, but thought I'd go for it. Upon seeing the ladies next to us (we felt a little packed in with how close the tables were together) order the salumi antipasti board, we decided to go for that one as well. The elements on the board were great paired together in different combinations, but I honestly felt it was a bit pricey for the amount of each thing we got on the board. Nevertheless, it was still delicious but I probably wouldn't order it again. For our main course, we split the sausage pizza. It was a hearty portion served with scissors (genius!) to make it easy to divide between us! We could really taste the preserved lemon which added a pleasant citrus acidity. Again, this pizza was a bit on the more expensive end but it was okay to split it between 2 people. For dessert, we took the olive oil cake to go. The creme fraiche + jam really made it! So good! Something I really appreciated about the restaurant staff, which is a small detail but one that went unmissed in my eyes, was that they labeled our to-go/leftover boxes with the contents as well as the date. As someone who notoriously forgets how long I have had leftovers in the fridge, I thought this detail was so considerate! Last few details: I'm unsure about where one would park to get here, as we were able to walk since it was a few blocks from our hotel. It was relatively easy to find from the outside! read more

I walked by the restaurant tonight Oct.19.2023, and both the host and a server seemed disinterested in their jobs. I asked the host if I could see the menu, and she didn't speak or move at all. She leaned against the counter, pointed at the menu, indicating that I should look at that myself. A server approached the counter, repeatedly saying "excuse me, excuse me...". We got the Burrata to start (7/10) nothing spectacular about it, but a great app. Then got a beet salad (6/10) it was a light fare to start, but their choices are pretty limited. Pepperoni Pizza (7/10) it was yummy. Again though, nothing phenomenal about the taste of anything. Going more for experience & the ambiance of this cute set up restaurant.
