Why I love this place: -When I need food fast because I have waited too long to figure out where to go and now I'm getting hangry ("angry-hungry" for those that don't know). It is usually 5-10 min for a takeout order. They are amazingly fast! -It is a great deal! The amount of food they give you for what you pay is JUST right...you don't feel like you're getting ripped off here. -You will get full! Again, they give you a good portion in any entree you order. You will probably have leftovers for the next day. -My favorite thing to order (Chicken Alfredo w/o the mushrooms) is soooo damn creamy and cheesy and garlicky and yummy. Mmmm! -The guys who work here are SO kind and friendly. I used to hire people for customer service positions so I really take notice when someone has good customer service-they have it! -It is perfect for what it is...this isn't a fancy high-end, white tablecloth, hand cut pasta kinda place, but it's perfect for what it is and is much better than eating anywhere else that can have your food ready in 5-10 min (like fast food etc). -It is right by my house...it's right next to Foodland market city (go upstairs). If I wanted a fancy sit down romantic Italian dinner, this isn't really the place for it...and I don't mean this in a negative way, it's just really small in there and has more of a divey feel in the "dining area". I don't think they are trying to be a fancy kind of place anyhow, which works for me since I get it to go every time. read more

Absolutely blown away right now! We passed by multiple times and checked out the menu and tonight we finally decided to have dinner here. Everything was delicious! Caprese salad was so fresh. Garlic bread was perfect and flavorful. My honey ordered the lasagna, huge portion and so yummy! I had the chicken casino... Gallic wine sauce was amazing! BYOB means we had our choice of wine and at a cheap price... the quality of the food was a pleasant surprise. Everything was top notchand the price was so affordable!!! We are in Waikiki for vacation. Wanted good Italian food without the resort prices. What a great find!!! The saying "the best food is at the hole-in-the-wall places" is so true. Nothing fancy, yet very clean. Friendly staff. AMAZING food! The lasagna portion was huge and so good. The chicken Parmesan and spaghetti was great. Garlic cheese bread...need I say more! And no resort prices!!! Highly recommend to locals and tourists. They are on the 2nd floor, about 12 steps up. Not good for anyone unable to walk up the stairs. read more

Unbelievable. Win-Sputino usually treats me great and I was happy that one of Kaimuki's best was just down the street. But then today I called in an order and then when I arrived they didn't even start the order. They had to ask me three more times in person what my order was and instead of being apologetic just told me it would take 5 min. 20min later I get my food and then just bye like nothing happened. I thought a small town restaurant would support its local loyal patrons, but I guess I was wrong. I am just disappointed and angry and am not sure if I can come back again because of how I was treated. I want a zero star read more

Got this from bite squad. The food taste like something from Costco. The shrimp is really nice and big though but otherwise the noodles are over cooked and the pasta doesn't have any flavor really. The meatballs taste like the frozen ones from Costco. Just doesn't taste very great. read more

The good: service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and the food came out fast. The not so good: it's very difficult to find and the food definitely does not match the reviews. I'm hoping I just came by on an "off night". I ordered the shrimp scampi and the garlic cheese bread. The plate was a pretty decent size but did not have an ounce of salt and the shrimp was over cooked. My friend ordered the chicken parmigiana and she was not impressed with the food either. We've eaten here a couple of times and here's the lowdown on this place. 1. The food is ok at best. But for the price, expect to get FULL because they give you a lot of food for the price. 2. The place is SUPER small so plan on taking out most likely because they have only 3 tables and two are for seating of 2. 3. Service can be good or not so good depending on who is working at the register. The first time we went, they totally forgot about our order and 3-4 people who ordered after us got their food first so customer organization isn't the best here sometimes. Not sure how people can say their food is so good when it's OK. There are plenty of other Italian restaurants that are actually "good" but expect to pay more and have a much smaller portion. Rating this restaurant was a toughy, because after we ate at this restaurant, my other half's eyes and hands were swollen, so I don't know if it was due to this restaurant as my other half is allergic to shell fish. Prior to this restaurant, he didn't eat anything, but we can't prove if he had an allergic reaction to this restaurant. We did although enjoy the food, we wished we came here sooner. They have a variety of selections, and the food selection that we chose were delicious. And the service was above excellent, I never had so much service like this one. Literally one of the staff would check on us and then 5 seconds later another staff checks on us and then another. I am truly thankful for their hospitality, welcoming, and friendliness. We ordered the Chicken Parmigiana ($13.99), Chicken Anchovy Olio ($13.99), Garlic Cheese Bread w/Salami ($8), and Homemade Kahlua Cheese Cake ($5.50). We would definitely come again, but next time, we will bring Benadryl with us just in case. read more

This spaghetti place is so delicious!! It's an open kitchen style restaurant and also has a small salad bar section where you can pick your choices. Then they'll bring it to your table. Daily specials are verbally said by the waiter and they have catch of the day! it's so yummy despite the high price. I think it's better than the Old Spaghetti Factory. read more

Great home-cooking style pasta. Menu has pictures of the dishes. You can add extra anchovies, which I did to their special of the day. The linguini had a lot of everything on it--tasty chicken pieces, generous sized shrimp, capers, mushrooms, sautéed onions and lots of garlic! Unlike pasta with sparse toppings, their pasta has healthy amounts of veggies and meat. My daughter's spaghetti with meatballs came with lots of tasty meatballs. Portions are generous-sized. We had a wonderful lunch at Win-Spuntino! We ordered lasagna, chicken sorrentino, and shrimp and scallop pasta. The dishes came in very generous portions, and packed with flavor! The garlic bread was also delicious and crunchy. We tried their home made cheesecake - passion fruit cheesecake for the grownups and Oreo cheesecake for the kids. They were perfect - their sweetness and creaminess were just light and right especially after the heavy pasta dishes. Needless to say, we had lots of leftovers. We enjoyed the meal all over again and even the cheesecake the following day! Also worth mentioning is the excellent and very attentive service. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Had take out the first time I had their food. This time my husband and I dined in. It wasn't as busy for a Kuhio Day at 6:30pm which was nice. We were hankering for spaghetti since who really knows when Spaghetti Factory will reopen. I had the their lasagna and added spinach for $2 and my husband had the eggplant parmasean. When we got our food, I dug into my lasagna to no spinach. I thought it would have been in it. I continued to eat and really enjoyed the sauce cause I ate most of it while I was kinda sad that I didn't have spinach. My husband asked one of the nice men about my spinach and asked "oh, we can saute some for you" and he took my plate. I was like, thank you cause I really like spinach. Then I over hear him ask our server "did they ask for spinach?" She looked at me and then at the guy and said "yeah". I'm glad she did cause I was looking at her like "you offered me spinach so I said yes." As I waited for my food, my husband offers some of his eggplant to me. It was really soft and tasted good. When I got my lasagna back it had spinach and they put more of the sauce around it! Yay! I can eat happily now. It was so good that I totally forgot about the salad sampler we had lol. We had 3 of the salads; tomatoe and mozzarella, corn and bean, pasta salad. We were so full that we had to box our food up. It was also very nice of them to dock the $2 for the spinach. The food was lack luster at best. Also, the service needs improvement. The server forgot our drinks and couldn't understand english. Also, the desserts were mainly homeade cheesecake. I'm pleased to have this tastey little hidden gem as an addition to the Market City shopping center! The staff provided us with great customer service throughout our entire dining experience. We had the chicken parmisian and lasagna for lunch along with some garlic bread. Prices are extremely reasonable here, especially for the generous sized portions. My lasagna came out stacked high in the air with layers of ricotta cheese, a bolognese style meat sauce, and topped with melted cheese. The meat sauce was delicious and plentiful- perfect for dipping my garlic bread in! I will be back soon to try other menu items, and perhaps one of their many creative flavors of cheesecake :) read more

I was feeling Italian food for the night so I decided to try this place out for the first time. Upon arriving to the store, we were seated immediately. Looking through the menu, I decided to get their lasagna and garlic cheese bread. The prices were really good for the amount of food you get. The garlic cheese bread was really good with the marinara sauce, the bread wasn't too salty or anything. The lasagna was good in the beginning but as I kept eating it became really hard to eat for me. The tomato sauce of the lasagna was just too sour for my taste. If the sauce had more of a sweet taste then it would of been perfect. Honestly, I would give this place another shot since my friend did let me try his food and I enjoyed that a lot more. I AWAYS order the chicken Marsala, even though I always mentally psych myself out and want to try something new, I can never do it. The chicken Marsala is (as with all their food) Gaily priced, deliciously packed (tons of food), and booming with flavor. I usually eat half (or less than) for dinner and take the rest for lunch. Tonight was my first not fantastic experience here. We decided to try the clam chowder this time and although the flavor was there, the texture wasn't. It's much runnier than traditional and the carrots were cooked all the way. The chicken parmigiana and chicken casino were perfect as always. At the end of the meal I asked for a stamp card (which we just found out about), and the server brought it to us without stamps. So we had to remind her we just ate there so we need stamps. We also asked to get a box for our food and the other server took it to box. After we paid they all looked at us and said good bye nicely. On our way home we realized the food was never given back so we went to get it. When we returned for our food the only response we got was "oh you left before I could give you back the food." Dude.... you looked right at us as we walked out the door. So an apology would have prevented this review. read more

It's kinda weirdly decorated like your early levels of Diner Dash but the food never disappoints!!! The most AUTHENTIC tasting Italian food I've ever eaten on the island for an AMAZING price. Located next to the Foodland but on the second floor. Feels a bit sketch walking up the stairs, but you'll learn that it's actually the staircase to Heaven!! Knowing what we already wanted, we placed our order with our friendly waiter. To be honest, the entire staff we came across were very welcoming. Service was definitely good here. It didn't take long from the time we ordered our food to get our food, like 10 minutes. I was hoping the marinara sauce was a lot thicker, but nonetheless, our pasta was still tasty. The meatballs were seasoned well and cook to perfection. The garlic bread we ordered on the side (since the pastas don't come with bread) was toasted nicely, just wished it was more buttery and used more fresh garlic and herbs. Great taste, service and diverse menu. I did notice they increased the prices on their menu, everything is $2-3 more compared to yelp pics posted from the past. I had the shrimp scampi ($17ish)and the bf had a pasta with chicken in it. We also had garlic bread to share. We noticed the pasta was over cooked and not al dente, which was alright, we didn't complain. But you'd expect an Italian restaurant to get it right :/ The flavor was good for both our dishes and we enjoyed it. We finished off with likikoi cheesecake which was fine, but could have been better with a drizzle of syrup or whipped cream. Overall we enjoyed the food and were full! I went for the first time a couple weeks back because friends wanted to go and felt the food was pretty good. I had the spaghetti and clams in a garlic base. It wasn't bad, but I thought it was a tad salty. Now I was a bit sick so maybe my taste buds were out of whack that day so who knows.
