With regards to the heating of our home, the windows were no better than screens. I reached out, looking for windows and installers. I had a few people come in and estimate the job. None of them impressed me until Greg from Windows on Washington came over. He walked me through several options and explained how the windows they used were manufactured and why. Windows on Washington got the job. My windows and my doors were being manufactured. So they sent out a wonderful gentleman to get the final accurate measurements. Great guy. After that, communication was wonderful as were were assessed of the stage we were in. This included when we got the email and calls explaining that, since we were on a higher floor, they needed to bring in some equipment to lift the new doors up to our balcony. No surprises. Installation day was amazing as Joon and his team came in, got everything into place, and cleaned up the areas to better than when they got here. Joon then went over the features on our windows and even explained how we get to and clean the outsides of the glass. Wonderful man and amazing team. Since then, we have gotten copies of our warranty and the guarantees. And the company has reached out twice to ask if we have any questions and to ensure that we are happy with our windows. We are. We are very happy with our windows. Almost as happy as we are with the people who got them into our home.

My project was complicated because my 1980s drywall shafts were the wrong size for modern solar blinds. Instead of just "making it work" or creating a huge mess with drywall dust, Zach proposed a brilliant custom solution: building a clean birch veneer box with custom trim. It looks stunning and kept my house completely dust-free. What impressed me most was Zach's integrity. During the install, a small piece of my old plastic molding snapped. Instead of ignoring it, Zach took full ownership and replaced the trim on both skylights with upgraded foam-backed wood molding at his own expense to ensure everything was airtight and uniform. It is not a simple fix but an upgrade, for free. See the attached before/after pictures and the broken plastic. Like most customers, I contacted a few contractors before selecting Winfield Builders. Their price is VERY reasonable, and the communication through Yelp was professional and transparent. It is rare to find a contractor who cares this much about the details. My original appointment was scheduled back in February, but no one showed up, and when I called, I was told the appointment was not even in the system so they had to rescehdule. Then on installation day, the crew arrived with the wrong size and wrong color door, which delayed the installation and caused me to miss work. Communication throughout the process was slow, and I had to repeatedly call and request escalation before receiving consistent updates. Ironically, communication became much quicker when it came time to collect the final payment. While compensation was eventually offered, it felt like the minimum possible amount considering the inconvenience and lost time involved. In the end, the final product turned out well, but the scheduling, communication, and ordering issues made the experience frustrating overall.

They were very accommodating when I called so I was pushed further back on the timeslot till after 3 PM so I could be home for the service. The technician Isaiah arrived and informed me what he was going to do. Afterwards he sent me a detailed report with photographs of my gutter system. Thankfully, everything looked good and I did not require any additional services after the cleaning and tuneup.

And even better, the windows are easy to open, and my sliding glass doors actually slide well in the track, and are not shaking and drafty when it's windy outside -- major improvements from my old, builder-grade, 20+ year-old windows/sliding door. Further, the service crew was excellent -- careful, kind, professional, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. But they did it - and did it well. Finally, Shaun, the project manager who gave me my estimate and oversaw the project from estimate, HOA approval process, to completion, was great. Highly recommended.

He also replaced four glass panes on three windows where the seal was broken and fogging up. His measurements were perfect and the new glass looks amazing. He told me that the frames were in good shape which was relief as the windows are 24 years old. Eddie cleaned the glass, tightened up the locking mechanism, and left no trash or debris behind. Eddie has a great work ethic, takes pride in his work, and is a nice person. He also responds quickly and his prices are very fair. Highly recommend.

We contacted this company because of their advertisement, buy 2/4/8 and get 2/4/8 free, but this is very misleading as the salesman stated that really only 25% per window is being discounted. A few things that were red flags to me. 1. Salesman was very UNPROFESSIONAL. He continuosly trash talked about the company and white people. He kept saying things like "I can care less if I make this sale because I'm on salary" and "I'm fairly new but they flew me out here" and "yeah those white greasy, bald, white guys". He also never introduced himself to me, I joined the meeting later because I was busy. He then proceeded to "put me on blast" for not being part of the meeting earlier. This was beyond rude and unprofessional! How dare him come into my home and do this. I would have kicked him out. 2. Salesman DID NOT GIVE A BREAKDOWN of what the cost was, he only said, "it's 50/50 for window and labor". The total was about $24,000 and he never gave a breakdown of the cost, he didn't share his screen on the ipad, no explanations, all written on a paper that looked like it was taken out of a 1st graders backpack. 3. Salesman GOT REALLY UPSET when we told him we couldn't follow through because it was not within our budget. For someone "who can care less if they make the sale" he was caring a whole lot when we told him it doesn't work for us. It is not within our budget, even after the call with the manager, or "discounts". Im not paying $1000 for a window then $1000 for installation, we CANNOT afford that and the salesman did not understand this. Not even with the payment options, it was not going to work out for us. It makes no sense to push for these windows if the customers can't afford them at all! Up until today I still don't know the salesman's name, he said he was from st. louis, missouri, he was very young early 20s, African American, slim, tall, with both ears pierced. For these reasons and more this company is NOT WELCOMED at my house EVER! read more

I would give 0 start if there was an option to. I cannot express enough how terrible my experience with Window Nation has been. Terry Kuntz, the salesperson who sold us on the 18-month no-interest financing option in 2023, completely misrepresented the financing. The contract didn't explicitly lay out the promotional terms, to which I reminded him that it should be included. He just told me to "use this email response as a confirmation" that the promotional terms still apply. Well, it turns out, they do not. What's worse is the complete lack of follow-up. After realizing I had been misled, I tried to contact Terry for clarification, but they have vanished into thin air. I've sent countless emails and I can't even leave a voicemail. This company's customer service is abysmal, and their ethics are seriously questionable. Save yourself the headache and look for a more trustworthy company. This experience has been nothing short of a disaster. We just filed a complaint through Better Business Bureau (BBB) and are exploring other legal actions. [In response to WN's comment on 10/22] Harley, I need to address a serious concern regarding our loan approval. This is the first time we're hearing that our loan is approved for 14 months instead of the previously discussed 18 months. We were never informed of this change, and I can back that up with our email exchanges with Terry. He never mentioned anything about a 14-month term, and we have not had any contact with anyone named "Kevin." Please do not misrepresent this situation publicly. We have been left in the dark and are now faced with misinformation. This is frustrating, and I expect a clear and honest response regarding this matter. read more

I have seen the unfavorable reviews and am surprised. My experience was very good. The initial sales visit was very thorough and I felt the price was fair. We had no issues with the scheduling and the installation dept. always called me right back. The installation did fall on a very cold windy day but the team showed up on time and did a good job. They were very neat and efficient, barely took a lunch break, worked through dark to get all 13 windows in in one day, plus they rebuilt an exterior window box for a slider window and did a nice job. The new windows are great and much more efficient than our old ones. Very nice quality. The only complaint is that I was promised 3 installers and only got 2 (one was sick) which possibly put some strain on the team and the job took a longer time (about 8 hours), with the entry door and some windows open most of that time. So the house was very cold that day. The caulk on some windows is a bit messy and there are some (brown) caulk drippings on the (white) walls and sills that I will have to remove after it dries. The installers did not warn me that the caulk would be wet for several days and not to touch it. I put a device on a window sill after they left (there was room for it before, but now the sill is smaller due to the thicker windows) and it was too large for the space and made a mess of the caulk, which I could not fix myself. My mistake, but I wish I had been warned not to touch the windows for a few days. I called the installation manager and he is sending out a technician to touch up the caulk next week. As long as this gets fixed I'll be happy with the installation. read more

UPDATE: I attempted to shorten my review so it wouldn't be so long, but I have noticed I left a lot information out. And even this update doesn't have everything in it. I mention subcontractors because the Window Nation (WN) salesman told us specifically that WN does not use subcontractors. I understand most window installation companies don't make their own windows, but the salesman led us to believe WN makes their own windows. Not once did he mention any partnership with Vytex or any other manufacturer. Know your capping! I didn't mention this previously. But if you have any wood rot, we were told (by the salesman) that WN will repair the sill - cost included in the installation. I cannot say they didn't repair it, and I don't have expertise to say if it wasn't done right. The repair process was - remove only the section of sill that is rotted, take a piece of good wood removed from another window and place it in the section that was removed. Next, cap the header, trimmer studs and sill with the window capping material. This repair makes it difficult if you want to attach treatments to the header. You would have to drill holes into the window capping material. We opted not to do that. This is only my experience with WN and my review. Others have had wonderful experiences. You'd have to decide for yourself. Window Nation has tried contacting me for further discuss my review. I have not spoken to them yet. We'll connect soon. read more

Just bought 17 windows form window nation! Probably the smoothest purchase we have ever made. My wife and I bought an older house about 6 years ago. We new we needed windows and finally got around to doing it. We searched many company's 4 to be exact. We found that window nations presentation and price was the best. Lots of options not only with the type of window but also the financing. A lot of companies we met with had one window and 1 or 2 finance plans. Not window nation. The sales rep had 7 windows in his car and offered tons of financing that helped my budget. You could tell the sales rep cared, he wasn't trying to be pushy just informative. All the other company's we actually had to ask them to leave because they outstayed their welcome. There Windows are well worth the investment.. look at the before and after pics. By the way we signed on the first night because we didn't feel any gimmicks. The install crew were the experts the sales rep talked about. These guys really knew what they were doing. They were on time and finished early only three guys they covered up our furniture and even vacuumed everything up. Very impressed with their professionalism. Next year or the year after we will be doing our siding. I've read every review on window nation and I can honestly say it was the best decision my wife and I made. read more

Best experience imaginable. The salesman was easy to work with and offered a fair price. The office staff kept us well informed of the process and timeline of building the custom windows that were built for our home. The crew arrived exactly on-time, were so polite it was amazing, did an incredible job of getting the old windows out and the new windows in, they were happy to have me glance over their shoulders as the day went along, were well-mannered, cleaned up so well (they must have circled our house 10 times looking for any small scrap of material that might have been dropped, they mopped our hardwood floor to ensure there wasn't even dust left behind, took me around the inside and outside of our home to inspect every window, and they thanked us for our business. Diego Zarias (if I'm spelling that correctly) was a wonderful foreman and communicated well with me throughout the 9+ hours that the job took. He explained to me the lifetime warranty and showed me where to find the serial number for each individual window, if ever a claim needs to be made. Window Nation is a fantastic company to deal with. They arrived on time and I was totally impressed on how they covered my floors as well as wearing covers on their shoes while setting up. They even put plastic on the ground outside to catch any pieces that fell. The crew was extremely polite and I felt very comfortable having them in my house. After installing all windows they removed all stickers and cleaned all the glass. They vacuumed the floor and picked up all tools and tarps. My front window has shutters and they removed them to install the windows. Also reinstalled the shutters. At the end the supervisor walked me around to have me inspect each and every window and demonstrated how to operate them. That evening I could feel a big difference. The house was much quieter and warmer. I have also noticed that my furnace is not running as much. I can't say enough good things about Window Nation. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Window nation was very professional, informative, and the turn around from order to install date was very rapid. First, Chris came to our home for the "sales pitch" he did an excellent job in explaining in detail how their window was made to order and manufactured with the highest of quality. Jay and his crew of installers were very quick and precise with their craft. Mind you it was only 39 degrees the day of install, so they moved quickly from window to window, making sure one window was almost complete before removing another. Their detail work was clean and professional. They also answered any questions we had. And went out if their way to make sure we were 100% satisfied before we signed off on completion of work. Since our new windows were installed you can definitely notice our home is warmer and the furnace doesnt run nearly as much as it had prior to with our old windows. As far as im concerned it was money well spent and with the lifetime replacement guarantee, they will continue to pay for themself for many years to come read more

The gentleman who came a week later to do our exact window/door measurements was very professional also and he too answered our questions. Juan Carlos and his installation team were just outstanding. They started on time and ended on time. Even though they had the drop clothes all throughout the house, they took off their shoes while in the house. They vacuumed the inside work areas when they were finished and thoroughly cleaned the outside area. Diondre from customer service called a few days later to ensure we were satisfied with everything and there were not any issues. From start to finish the experience was 5 star. The representative that came out to house was very knowledgeable, patient and suggested windows that fit our needs and price range. Before the install the communication and follow through and scheduling from the office was excellent. Again Window Nation was very patient and answered all of our questions. The windows were measured carefully 3 times for exact measurement. The day of install we had 24 windows replaced and 3 were large picture windows in addition to a new front door. The crew started a 9am and were done before 5pm. They were professional,friendly and courteous and never stopped working until the job was done. Drop clothes were placed on the floors and the house was vacuumed where the installers walked. Before the crew left all of the old parts and pieces were picked up and taken away and the windows cleaned where needed. We are 100% satisfied with the product and service and would recommend Window Nation to anyone. read more

I needed three windows replacing.Two of the three windows had leaked for twenty-five years and the third one was impossible to open. The two leaking windows had been so badly installed by the builder that they could not be replaced from the inside--like normal replacement windows. They had to be put in as new construction windows, which is a bigger job, requiring the removal and replacement of siding. This did not change the price I was initially quoted, even though it involved more work. The guys from Window Nation were great. There were two of them who worked very well together. They knew exactly what they were doing and wasted no time. They took about six hours to install the three windows and cleaned up perfectly when they were finished, taking the old windows and all debris with them when they left. Our windows were installed in Jan 2019 on a warm, sunny day. We had several issues that were addressed to our satisfaction after repeated trips to our home. While working outside, now that winter is over, we have noticed that the framework around the windows looks very shoddy. Out of the many times a Window Nation Employee was at our home one of the visits was to fix poorly done caulk and finishing work. Now we still have uneven framing and caulk where there should no caulk. They really messed up our windows on the outside finish/trim work. The inside finish work was done very well...too bad we can't say the same for the outside. Looking back, both my wife and I wish we would have never paid $5000.00 on new windows. We just had windows installed by Window Nation and are very satisfied. We met with Aaron for an estimate and he gave us all the information we needed to make a decision. There was no pressure. Aaron told us the sale price he offered would be good all weekend if my wife and I wanted to take a couple days to think it over. The technicians who installed the windows worked efficiently and were very courteous. A couple days after installation, we noticed two of the screens had small tears. I contacted Aaron by email and less than 10 minutes after hitting "send," a Window Nation representative called me to set up an appointment to have them re-screened. Excellent customer service! I gave a detailed description of the work we were seeking (repair of old windows that do not stay open). I did recieve a quick response only via the yelp chat, and even confirmed that they do that work and someone will reach out to me soon, which they did. However the gal who called me, asked me no less than 20 questions taking down information, only to ask me after 5 mins on the phone....if i would like to 'replace or repair'. I told her clearly to 'repair', which was the reason why i asked them for a quote.....and they had responded online that they could help me. Recently had our roof done with Window Nation. These guys were amazing. They had a wide selection of quality choices. They also had a large variety of colors to choose from. The sales team was in constant contact with us up to the date of installation. The day of installation, the crew put down tarps everywhere and when the job was complete, they cleaned up after themselves. The crew was very respectful and courteous. Best of all, the price beat many of the local vendors as well as the bigger companies. The management team contacted me when the job was complete to ensure I was happy with the work. We saw this vendor at the MD Home Show this past weekend and scheduled an in home estimate for a bay window. Our house was built in the 1960s and has asbestos siding. So, we're always up front about its presence with vendors to ensure that they have the proper remediation team, permits, etc. to handle the hazardous materials. They estimate team were on-time and polite. They seemed extremely surprised about the presence of the asbestos siding. This company also has a siding division and that division has an asbestos remediation team. Apparently, they don't cross divisions, despite being the same company. I wouldn't contact this guys again for any other work. read more

Here is a perfect example of a high-pressure, low service sales and marketing machine. High pressure sales , pushing only vinyl windows, with average ratings. Window Nation claims to make "their own window" yet they have no manufacturing space nor service department. Their reps are "one call close" commission only high pressure salesman. If you won't sign the first night, the rep will not be allowed to follow up, and earns no commission. The next day, expect a follow up call from a "manager" who will drop the price, since they don't have to pay the rep who visited. There are reputable window replacement contractors, but this isn't them. read more

My first impression of this company was on the heels of Peter Deily; he was very pleasant,…read moreinformative and detailed about the windows, roof, and siding it the company offered and the installation prep/process. I did not decide on contracting the company for my roofing and siding projects as I found another company with the same materials used and did the job for less then this company quoted. I decided in May 2025 to go with this company for my window project that included 13 double hinged windows and 1 picture window. After signing the contract, I was informed that I would be receiving a contact over the weekend for a foreman to come out and do official window measurements for the ordering of the windows. I was called on Wednesday of the following week by a gentleman only to say " I am 20 minutes out from you." I didnt understand how he decided to just impose and not make contact prior to set up an appointment as I was told was to happen. This was the beginning of red flags. However, we made it work out as I work and was not available for this impromptu measuring. On June 12, 2025 I was phoned to alert of my windows were coming in and to set up installation appointment. I settled for June 16, 2025 starting at 8am, if weather permits. I took off of work and had all window blinds/ covering down and furniture moved 2 ft away from windows as instructed; this was a lot of work. On 6/16/25 at approximately 945ish am I received a call from a female whom informed me that the installation had to be cancelled for the date as its raining. My issue with this situation was that the company (humans) knew that it was going to rain in the beginning couple hours of the morning and could have cancelled over the weekend to be considerate of my time and not have me sitting around the house using leave from work unnecessarily; the weather forecast is online. In addition, I had to get the window coverings put back up for security and privacy. The installation occurred on 6/24/25. The company had a crew that came out whom seemed okay. I had to request that they use foot coverings; this should be a requirement and something I did not need to ask. They started upstairs in the bedrooms. They placed covering on the beds. However while working they placed tools and water bottles on my wood furniture, which was a NO NO. I didnt understand the lack of respect for my property. The crew removed old windows that were put in when the house was built 30 years ago. As they installed I noticed the windows had about a 2-3 in gap all around. That was quite alarming if the windows were measured correctly. They sprayed foam as I was explained in the gaps but NEVER pur window flashing up as I was told they would. They put caulk up only. The caulking was very messing and large amounts on my newly replaced siding. Thet also cracked the siding on the rear by the light fixture. By using the ladder and thumping it harshly up against the house; assuming it was too heavy for onw person to move creating the behavior. With that created divets in my composite front bump out with ladder prints from the cross bar type thing attached to the ladder on multiple areas. Also they didnt clean up their mess. I called after they finishes to alert of issues. It took me a couple times and then I got one of the workers that came out. Then the owner. I was not too pleased with the owner as he rushed and overspoke me as ig I dont know what to look for and wasnt very pleasant and condescending. After speaking with the owner he came out tje following Monday. And later that afternoon it rained and water poured from the front bumpout kitchen window. I called owner back on facetime so he could see the activity. The owner came out the nexr day with the crew. He walked around and said the wimdow job looks nice but never addressed my window flashing issue. However the leaking window was due to the seals around the composite bump out beinh pushed and detached; consistent with the ladder pressing on it as stated prior. The crew damaged the window metal frame and caulked it in the living room. It was never corrected or fixed. It was brought to the owners attention as well. The crew resealed the areas. The messy caulk on the back and siding, the crew actually cleaned it up the day of the window installation. The crew left dirty hand prints on my white bedroom dresser and on the walls bear bedroom front window. The crew cut out areas of my window ledge and caulked over it and it was never correctes after bringing it to owners attention. Also all stickers and hand prints were left on windows. This should have been cleaned up. The crew did not clean up their mess as I was promised. Because of my experience with the seemingly condescending attitude and over and quick talking I will not be able to give a rating higher then a 3.

I hired Liberty Windows & Siding for a large exterior renovation project that included siding,…read morewindows, doors, gutters, and a portico. I selected Liberty largely based on representations that the work would be performed by in-house crews rather than subcontractors, and that quality workmanship was a priority. Unfortunately, the project did not meet those expectations. The initial installation resulted in widespread workmanship deficiencies, including improper siding installation, flashing issues, trim defects, and other items later documented by both an independent inspector and a manufacturer representative. As a result, Liberty had to remove and reinstall significant portions of the work. While Liberty ultimately undertook remediation, the process was prolonged, difficult to manage, and required extensive homeowner oversight. Remediation details were not consistently documented in writing, work was at times scheduled or attempted without prior coordination, and key quality-control steps, such as clear verification milestones and final walkthrough procedures, had to be repeatedly requested. Even after remediation, there were disputes regarding scope reductions, credits, and whether the project could be considered complete without a formal walkthrough and customer acceptance. I incurred additional out-of-pocket costs for independent inspections, legal consultation, and missed work time in order to reach an acceptable outcome. In fairness, Liberty did return to address issues and did not walk away from the project. However, the overall experience fell far short of what I would expect for a premium-priced renovation. Homeowners considering Liberty should be prepared to document everything carefully, confirm who will perform the work, and ensure that all remediation and close-out terms are clearly defined in writing before proceeding.

I received multiple quotes from different companies and decided to go with Kevin since he only has a specific crew of people he works with and was able to match the price I got from Andersen. It was a bit pricey, but I believe I got the best quality for the price and it was worth it! Kevin was easy to work, and once I signed the contract, his crew was at my house and installed the door in a day! Homerite's doors are Miliken which may not be as reknown as Andersen or Pella but their product is great! I chose the Miliken fiberglass oak door (there is a light woodgrain texture to it so it looks like a wood door) and I was able to choose different colors for the inside and outside. I opted for tricorn black on the outside and urbane bronze on the inside. Kevin's crew also installed a new satin nickel door knocker and keypad lock to my door. He also made sure the hinges were satin nickel to match. Such attention to detail and for a door, it looks phenomenal! The crew also installed a framesaver jamb that is made of a composite material in order to prevent water damage and rot. We have had the door for over two years now and it really stands out on our block. Black door against red brick looks fantastic. We recently had some slight peeling on the paint on the jamb (the door still looks brand new!) and I emailed Kevin and he came by the next day just to make sure everything was still in order. He dropped off a can of matching paint for me (July 2012) so I could do a touchup on my own--having had the door installed January 2010--that's phenomenal service! I couldn't recommend Homerite enough!

This company has no idea what they are doing and the worst customer service. We are building a 4 season room and ordered 19 Weathermaster windows ($19,000). Series of events / dates: * Dec 8, 2023- contact signed, 1/3 payment ($6000) made. * Jan 8, 2024- windows measured and to be ordered, 2/3 payment ($6000) made. Contract said ~7-9 weeks completion. * Feb 26- received call from company, foreign person, saying measurements wrong and need to come/measure again * Feb 28- new measurements done, told the order form never listed what size/where the picture window is and which was tempered glass, questioned why not noticed before and was told they just saw wrong measurements looking at the order form. Expressed being upset my windows were never ordered and sat there for the last 7 1/2 weeks. * Feb 29- called office spoke to Donna complaining we were told windows would be another 4 weeks since re-measurement. Explained that my 4 season room construction (IE: completing entire inside of the room, ceiling, insulation) cannot be finished or even worked on until the inspector comes + see's the completed window installation that this setback is costing us time/money. Asked to have manager call us. * March 1-manager Alen D- called to tell us cannot do the 2 smaller triangle windows and would have to do 2 custom windows. Change order to be emailed. He said a different manager was on my job before but is no longer with the company and my order was just sitting there. Complained they dropped the ball and asked what they were going to do for us. Said he would speak to his supervisor and get back to us. * March 13: called left VM- said never got change order and Alen never called back. * March 18: called asking what is happening with windows was told they did not know and would call us back tomorrow. * March 29: called Alen- was told the windows are in and was going to call us today, scheduled installation date, will get a discount but still has to speak to his manager and will call back and supposed to email change order. * April 9- partial windows installed, they noticed THAT morning that 2 of the windows were wrong. Complained that why on March 29 when the windows came into their warehouse that no one from their company checks orders to make sure they are correct. Windows were also not padded at all (just loose windows/frame) to get from warehouse to my house (installer Rick was commenting was trying to use his own blankets/clothing to try to cushion our windows during delivery). * April 10-spoke to Rick (installer), he confirmed suspicion that the company sold and are new owners as to why we are getting the run around since January. Called to speak to Alen. Was instructed it would be 2 weeks to rush order 2 incorrect windows and would be TOP PRIORITY to get installed due to the mess up, complained that we never heard back from him before and that he always says he will get back to us and never does. He complained its hard to get a hold of his boss ... but will get back by Friday. * April 12: Alen called said most he can do agreeing with owner is 500-700 discount and will send over the change order. * April 24: called following up where the windows were and that change order was never sent - spoke to Austin - he said he would speak to Alen and call me back in 15 min - never called back. * April 25: Called Austin said he left voicemail w/Alen to call me. Spoke to Alen said the windows are in production still waiting to get and will probably come next week, said 700 discount will be sent over via email adding in details for lifetime warranty/no labor/materials/call fees * May 2: emailed saying we havenot heard yet if windows are in and sent edits for contract to Alen. Told company windows need installed by Monday as leaving out of country. Alen called and said windows came in an hour ago and tentatively lined up Saturday for installation. Alen will call back when confirmed. * May 3. Alen called back said waiting to hear from Rick (installer) but should be on for Saturday and he will send new contract. Rick called later that afternoon and said that it is supposed to rain Sat / Monday and will watch the weather and if clear will install. Explained leaving country on cruise vacation and needs in asap for inspector so we can move forward with finishing our addition.
