They were skinny fries but had such a great crunch. The salad was okay. The fish was cooked perfectly with a crispy snappy skin and a tender and flaky fish. The lettuce had a weird flavor combo in my opinion. I think the cheese had this slightly mild funkiness that clashed with whatever dressing was on it but the dressing was also mild so it just tasted mildly weird to me. I think I'd prefer a different cheese and a more flavorful dressing for sure. Great area!

Fried anchovies were tasty and paired well with sage but the portion is so small for the price. What went well: sea bass was very well cooked, very soft, flaky, well flavored. Was under salted but I could add that myself. The pork was also well cooked, tender, generous portion of meat that paired well with the cherry. We finished off with the burnt caramel tart, which had a good flavor although the texture was on the softer side. I don't think the creme fraise really complemented it, but still tasty. There were some good dishes and Sailor is a vibe, but the price point and what we received I'm not sure if I'd return for a meal.

I ordered a Moscow Mule which tasted a bit flat and it was NOT served to me in the classic tin mug. I'm convinced that the tin mug affects the cold levels and flavor of that cocktail. Our server, Pierre, was really attentive and pleasant. It was a fun night-big crowd. It's a shame I didn't get to experience their food menu. A server zipped passed me with some goodies that I must try. I'll be back.
